Dont ever come to this hospital.. lost my wife here... the doctors are untrained.. and sisters are always ignoring patients..they dont even cared to help her drink a sip of water.... They are so partial to north indians that u will lose your loved ones... and also the management is so irresponsible that their ICU has 6 ac out of which only 1 in the corner is working and the patients are always perspiring with sweat.. When my wife was having caridiac arrest, no one was there to do CPR or help her with her oxygen. Sisters were doing "ille ille"... doctors were suggesting not to help her... my father in-law went inside and tried to save her but we lost her...😪😪

I have shared my real experience with this hospital. Hospital and doctors are good but they are completely money minded while comparing with other hospitals which was available in L B Nagar. if you want loose the money you can choose it other wise you may go with another hospital where better service available in lesser cost.they have charged around Rs.1 Lac rupees for maternity.

I am getting treatment for my diabetes from Dr. Krishna Tulsi. Sir explained everything in detail and my high sugars brought back to nearly normal with continuous monitoring and guidance. This hospital maintains it's hygiene and staff are very friendly. Overall a great experience

I have lost my daughter,she was only 29.She did MBA from IIM Kolkata,also having BTech degree in Electronics & Telecommunication.I am her proud father lost her due to poor treatment by Drs there and poor care by nurshing staff. She was gasping for breath but no Dr or Nurse attended her. She was improving but died due to wrong medication by Dr Tulsi , MD. The Dr and Nurshing staff were treating us like aliens since we donot know Telugu. We never behave with any person from any part of India like those peoples were behaving with us. So Indians please be away from South Indians as they believe they are not Indians. Be away from these type of hospitals where the Drs, Nurses only know how to encash the miseries of patients not to cure them.

Nakshatra Hospital gave me hope & confidence. Here is my story I admitted at Nakshatra Hospital 5 days back due to Dengue Fever Very 1st day it was all very new but they way here doctor's and staff made me feel comfortable. Doctor's were so good in terms of expertise, hospitality etc. Even Staff also taking care and being available close monitor even at night times. This hospital is very bad,I have joined my father in this hospital suffering with covid, daily they used to take 50k to 1 lakh...but no improvement and I lost my father due to heavy steroids

I joined my mother when she suffered from Brain Stroke and Covid Positive. Treatment is not much good it is just okay. Medical expenses are more, Investigation charges are more. They give more steroids which will make patients future dangerous. Some junior doctors in the counselling room told your mother is still going to next stages of Covid so we need to give her one more injection which costs 40,000 of two doses we said we will wait for today and after that we will see if it goes further stages as we cant afford now. By god's grace on the next her Covid report is negative so I felt like few doctors are playing with patients and their family lifes. So after getting negative report we told we will discharge my mother we feel keeping her here makes more unhealthy. I can say the Nurses and service staff like cleaners,ward boys are really very very good and request hospital management to give good salaries and take care of them. They are doing the most difficult job and doing it for 12 hours a day. Dr.Krishna Tulasi I feel sometimes he is suggesting good things and sometimes feel giving wrong suggestions finally god knows what is happening there and almost most of the times he will be watching mobile,videos etc. Which shows how careless he is.

I usually dnt have any good impression of any hospitals in hyderabad. I was always in an intention that they treat patients only for money and i was not happy to admit my mom in any hospital. Upon one of my friend suggestion I took my mom to Nakshatra Hospital, Alkapuri , LB Nagar . As soon as I reached there they first treated my mom, explained her situation to us and they have suggested only for the required tests which I really really impressed with. Just to examine , I asked them whether we need to get any additional tests done but they told me not to waste money on unwanted test, with that answer I was really shocked. Hospital is really neat and clean. No medicine smell. Doctors, Staff, Administration department, Cafeteria was really really good. Food, treatment and response towards patients was excellent and you never feel like you are in hospital. As humans, we are all concerned about the charges. I assure you that you will be charged reasonable any they never suggest unwanted expenses. To get the best treatment, with reasonable charges, I suggest everyone to try Nakshatra Hospital. Thanks to the hospital and everyone working there.

I just say please don’t go to nakshatra hospital LB Nagar at the Time of adimistion first pay the money after that they saide admission was started otherwise they don't respond and u can choose other hospital telling like this Most inefficient management and not advise to go with patients and risk their life Issue in case of emergencies they admit people unless you pay money to they give importance to money not people life Issue two They not got post delivery case slightly to the patient and the tiny torts and medical management they won’t update you on child status Issue 3 even they don’t give basic vaccinations to new born children unless we remained Finally I want caution you not to admit your people in this hospital who don’t care people but only money 💰 very bad remarks from my side. To be short and simple Absolutely Garbage !! Better going for another hospital... The doctor doesn't come on-time and even the staff didn't know what actually is happening . Diagnosis is purely commercial here. We need to pay the money prior to our diagnosis but in our case we paid our money and diagnosis doesn't by doctor hasn't even started even after waiting for an hour.

Treatment was good n' all staff are friendly in nature. Suggestion - -restrooms doesn't have jet spray. It will be helpful for patients if jet spray available. Pls get dis done first. -U can put orthopedic rubber slippers only for patients usage rather than patients using their regular one's, as it wud b more hygienic in terms of dust/allergy reduction.

I joined the hospital on 29th of November 2022 for lipoma surgery. I am satisfied with the treatment. The hospitality and infrastructure is too good and very clean. The supervisor is closely monitoring room maintenance and ensured to provide all facilities in the room. Staff ensured to clean the room 3 to 4 times in a day. The nursing staff is so helpful and I am impressed with their gentle behaviour with the patients. Specially Sindhu is so helpful. The CEO Dr Chandra Prakash garu is so down to earth and always approachable, very humble. Thank you very much for the great service.
