If I could give this a negative 10, I would. NIGHTMARE of a place! My father who was admitted for a very commonplace surgical procedure was neglected to the point of extreme suffering post-op until he passed away a few days later IN THE MOST CRUEL WAY. Not even our consent was asked before the ventilator was taken down after they found no pulse on him. We were not informed/updated at various stages about the trauma he was enduring even after repeated efforts and pleading to take better care of him. They only started giving him attention after reaching a critical stage and THEN told us survival rate was minimal. This is a BIG warning to others. Do not pay heed to the positive reviews if you want to save your loved ones. Take them to APOLLO! In addition, they even calculated payments wrong and wanted us to pay extra. Complete FRAUDS.

Money is the priority here,even after taking lakhs of rupees they don’t take care of the patient even if the patient is about to die they neglect the patient very easily. Worst ever service experienced for me and my wife. Date- 22 Jan 2022 Highly expensive, paid 1.29 lakh for normal d&c treatment. Discharged on same day. Waited 2 hours at the nursing station after payment. ( This is after 4 hours from doctors discharge advice) note - this is cash payent , not insurance . Duty nurses where searching for the sumary sheet and case file. Finally they wrote in a paper- discharge sheet. Very dissapointed. Doctors where really caring and well behaved. Especially Dr. Deethy Raydu and Dr. Sheshi Kiran was really helpfull . Dr. Nasif helped too get the clearance finally. After long wait. Paying 1.29 lakhs and facing this treatment is unbelievable and pathetic. Wont recommend this to anyone.

Cheap hospital. Mismanagement to the core and greedy doctors who are concerned about money only. The hospital staff which includes management and nurses were not cordial. The whole hospital should be accounted for the unethical practices it is carrying out.

To begin off with the doctors are really qualified and know thier job well .the rooms i thought were a little expensive at the beginning but it made sense later. Single room is 8,5 k the double room is 6.5 k and general ward is 2.5k. i was initally shocked at the prices but then i could find reason such high rates. The maintenance was excellent, the nurses and doctors had good bed side manner. The only thing was they didn't respond very quickly to the emergency button. The dietitian and many other departments gave consults which was nice. The food was genuinely good and healthy. It was not like hospital food. They gave morning breakfast, snacks, tea, lunch , tea and biscuts and snacks, dinner all with a 1 liter waterbottle. They even gave a freshness kit in a jute bag containing a comb, tooth brush, hair comb, shampoo, soap, handwash, sanitizer,tissues and toothpaste. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and in the sharing room the bathroom is shared by bothe patients and the person accompanying them. The bedsheets are changed very regularly. The food is served hot and on time. The caretakers of the patients can also get food from the hospital canteen and don't have to look for food outside. They have a sofa cum bed type thing to rest. the housekeeping and the nurses and the food and beverage and the doctors are really good. Overall the place is a bit pricey but thier care makes it kind of worthy.the in patient services come daily and ask if all is fine. They are very friendly and consistent with thier work. Their approach is commendable.

This is really bad. My father had 3 stents done here. But after that procedure, the doctor did not visit my dad and tell any precautions. The hospital charged a lot and did not even provide a breakup of the bill. When asked, they said “this is an agreement between our hospital and insurance provider we cannot show the break up”. Insurance folks did not cover the bill as per the coverage. Money was paid extra from our pockets a lot more than expected. Appreciate the doctor’s expertise and thank you so much for performing the procedure with care. But I guess hospital does not care much. Not to mention, the general ward was filthy. Dont come back to me with “ Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review... We checked our records but not found your details”. You won’t find my details as Im not the patient. Do something useful and good for your customers. When your bills touch the sky, make sure your service and facilities are also good.

After long standing for 4.5 hrs , i mean it, only standing they can't even give chairs to attenders, and the staff even not responding and very rude on their way. I have asked them in bigger voice and then they responded (i think till i had that bigger voice, my frequency didn't match them). One of the consultant(lakshmi) in the operative wards she is white in color but not fair at heart and thoughts told me clearly that "we at yashoda hospitals treat patients and their attenders like this only, do whatever you want. We are not allowing you to go inside you have to stay at hospital 2 to 3 days and even for fistula one has to wait in the same way. We have trained in such a way. You people are mannerless". They are not at all concerned and i am requesting still, whether he is concious or not.They are not responding. Not only me, when i am standing here there are many attenders who are shouting at yashoda admin and consultant people regarding their behaviour in not responding about the patients. Do you think this is good hospital.? No not at all... Please check i am posting the pictures too how they behave with patients and their attenders tooo... In picture also the lady is shouting at the old man and i am in same standing position only and they are not asking the attenders to sit because they don't have chairs.A man/attender asked the chair and sat. How many beds are there in total for pre operative and post operative wards?. For one patient - one attender policy at yashoda, how many chairs are there? This is for management and i am ready for discussion.. Please inform to the not fair consultant, this is the only job for them i think she don't know, let me tell you "treat well patients", there is no hospital without treating patients in good manner.

I cannot say enough expletives for this place. Extremely negligent nurses and doctors. For my uncle admitted in the ICU where there is supposed to be a duty doctor present 24x7, most times hardly any doctor was to be found especially when patient was needing urgent attention. Two days later, he suffered cardiac arrest due to their inattentive and rude heartless and inhuman behaviour. Due to their negligence we lost a pure soul.

Absolutely disgusting service here. My poor brother who needed a simple enough surgical procedure was messed around with during and after surgery, infected with sepsis which was not identified until too late and was nearly on his deathbed. No sense of accountability from doctors and nurses were incredibly rude. He suffered needlessly on their behalf. Can never forget this experience of treating the patient like meat being presented for sacrifice for the sake of money.

Terrible hospital. My friend lost her husband due to carelessness of the hospital staff. No proper treatment was given to the patient. This is really so heart-wrenching. A hospital is considered to be a place where the patients are treated for their illnesses and not mistreated. They left him to die. Really careless attitude of the doctors and nurses. If you really want to save your loved ones kindly look for some other hospital and not for a money making one which simply doesn't care about the patients but simply want to mint money. A genuine request to go for another hospital.

Hello Everyone, Please don’t ever think of taking to this hospital. They don’t have proper staff to take care of post surgery treatment. Money is everything for them. They can’t even handle normal surgeries, they keep my brother after normal surgery in ICU for 2 days and 3rd day they told us that his condition is getting critical after that they put him on ventilator for 2 days before declaring he passed away. Please don’t go to this hospital.

Highly DISSAPOINTING, COMMERCIAL, THIRD CLASS, CORRUPT hospital and staff!!! This hospital does not even deserve a star. Without the family's consent, ventilator was removed by the doctors. Virinchi Hospital is a fully commercial hospital where money is of primary importance than the life of a patient.

Yashoda Hospitals of somajiguda is located to the left on the way from Raj Bhavan to Begumpet. We've been to the hospital for consultation, Check-up and surgery. The doctors are very professional the treatment was on point. Our relative had a laproscopic surgery and it was a good one. The charges were a bit high than other hospitals but the neatness is amazing. The smell on the ground floor and the b1 is un bearable,some rotten smell is present there. For consultation and surgery if you're in this area this is the place to visit.

The Yashoda Hospital is located in Somajiguda. I have taken my mother for Vaccination last month there. The registration staff and the nursing staff is very cooperative and ensured smooth vaccination. They have given tokens to the people who have registered online for Vaccine. They distributed tokens to those who have come for Vaccination. The hospital has followed all Covid norms. They have not charged service tax for Vaccination, collected only ₹150/-. I suggest all to go there for Vaccination.

Me and my wife have experienced best treatment at Yashoda Somajiguda. They have excellent doctors. They followed best procedures for surgery. My wife recovered in 24 hours. The staff is very good and they supported a lot, especially night duty staff nurses took excellent care post operation. Thank you very much to all doctors and staff at Yashoda Somajiguda.

My father is admitted here in the hospital for treatment of Leukemia. The doctor are good but the management is worst. The blood bank is more worst than ever. There is a requirement of blood everyday. We are trying out hard to find donors. Once the donors come here they response in collection is worst. They ask to wait for a long time for no reason. My father is currently in MICU and there are lot of bugs in the room but the charges are very bad.

I joined 1st ICU ward in 3days, aftr operation complete we r in icu 2days aftr we r in sharing room.. total all r good doctors & nurses are all good service.. but doctor says no need to icu you join in genaral ward but hospital staff not properly respond we r not shifting in ward..

We are from Hyderabad and took the treatment under Dr Ravi sir for my back pain. He suggested laser followed by PRP. Have been suffering from 10 years. Looks like I am bit pain free now. Services from nurses and housekeeping are also very nice.

Good Experience, we came for a minor operation, after that stayed in General Ward A Block for a day. Nurses and service boys response is good. Washrooms Cleanliness is maintained well. Dr. Surya Prakash performed operation. CONS: General ward is suffocating, i requests you to take some necessary steps and make it comfortable place. Planting tress around might help. 3 star is for your Discharge process Time and costly. The charges are not satisfactory wrt treatment. Discharge Process time must be reduced.Its taking almost 3 hours even for cash payment option(Without Insurance).

Came here for treatment of my father. This place is not for people who are looking for economical treatment . The fees are pretty high and even a general consultation would end up making your pocket lighter by Rs. 2500 at least ( Doctor Fees + Pharmacy + some minimal test) . SO visit this place only if you have the financial means to incur such costs. They have a pharmacy as well but they do not give any discounts. So instead purchase medicines from nearby shops.

My brother was treated by Dr. Jayachandra Pulmonologist. Man of excellence. He is very positive oriented and has tremendous knowledge in lungs. He treatment was excellent and very effective. Overall it is a nice hospital.

This Hospital means ONLY commercial and improper management. I have visited for my treatment and only because of good doctor and he works there. I have been in hospital for 4 days for post conservative treatment, PR team is poor in communication and non of the provided Helpline numbers work. Parking facility is horrendous and I appreciate housekeeping and nursing staff for their utmost help. I have observed these nursing staff is overstressed and they are unable maintain proper timings due to too many patients wards, they need to hire enough nursing staff too. Hospital doesn't have financial counseling team if you are admitted with Insurance or no Insurance. There is no transparency with hospitalization charges or treatment charges whatsoever. Even though I insisted for itemized bill for the cost of treatment they simply denied and asked me to pay for the non covered insurance amount and I really felt that was insane. I see that this hospital is like rural hospital and there is no corporate standards in place. I would like to extend my thanks to Dr. Sunil Dachepalli and his team. Treatment and procedures were explained really well. I joined here because of dengue. Doctors are well attentive to me and paid timely visit. They have explained the problem and treatment they going to follow in due course. Nurses are all well trained and takes care of patients very well. Cleaning staff are very punctual and kept the room very hygienic. Food given to me is very tasty and nutritious. Over all i had a fulfilling experience at Yashoda and recommend this hospital for all treatments.

Good afternoon everyone On August2020 I got paralysis on left side of my body and then When I got admitted under Dr Jaydip Ray Chowdary Sir, firstly I got scared of corona to visit hospital then my Dr JRC sir was very good in treating and gave me good motivation And then he suggested me to take Physiotherapy at home while getting discharged.. So I consulted Dr Akhil Physiotherapist who is working in same hospital..He used to come daily to my home with all the protection and made me to do all the exercises perfectly with many repetitions.. After 2months when I visited Dr JaydipRayChowdary sir for review he wondered me seeing great improvement.. So I was very glad with my Physiotherapist Dr Akhil had taken a very good care of my progress.. . Thank you Yashoda and thank-you to all my doctors

Doctors are good but general management of hospital is ridiculous. Hospital has made Covid19 test mandatory before admission, however for simple Rapid Antigen test, the patient was made to be pushed on wheel chair to a different block made to sit on road where there is no provision for wheel chair access, simple they could do the test in the main block and avoid giving unnecessary trauma to sick.

Hospital is expensive but it is worthy. I impressed with their hospital hygienic maintenance. They clean every part daily.and change bedsheets daily. the house keeping system is very good.doctors visit frequently and responsiveness is good. qualified doctors. to my dad they did surgery for 6 hours with very intensive care.

We have stayed in this hospital for 3 days due to some medical emergency for my father. Hospital staff especially duty nurses has provided exceptional care/service during our stay and did their very best to take care of my father. I joined Yashoda Somajiguda for an ACL reconstruction surgery after the suggestion of our family doctor. The treatment process was soo smooth. The ambience, the hospitality, the cleanliness is simply superb!!! . All of these at an affordable pricing. We did enquire about this surgery in multiple small hospitals. The price difference was very minimal but the service difference was very huge!! Worth every rupee we paid!! We normally tend to judge the affordability of a hospital by it's size and cleanliness. But trust me, my surgery was priced nearly same as it is in other small hospital which is far behind Yashoda in terms of Hygeine and advanced equipments. So, do enquire at Yashoda for any such schedule-able surgeries and compare the costs. I strongly believe the difference is very minimal and negligible/no difference in most of the cases. And all the major health insurances work here(even the cashless claims). I got a cashless claim with my health insurance done. There's a seperate desk for it help us out. They have even taken care of my rehab plan with a week by week exercises plan & Diet plan. I'm soo satisfied with my decision of getting treated here!!! I was in 903 room post surgery for 2 days. It's a single bed private room. The hospitality was soo good. Everything's on time and handled by staff including my food. I highly recommend this hospital. :)

My fracture was fixed by Dr. Praveen Mereddy and undoubtedly ; he is an excellent doctor. Throughout the process of recovery , my experience with the hospital staff and surgeon are very nice and heartwarming , especially the insurance procedure is completely done by the assistant manager of the Doc, Miss Bhargavi and that's one of the best parts of the entire procedure because that submitting all the stuff to the insurance agency, getting the insurance granted is a headache in itself and doing that part for a patient is really great and appreciable . The regular phone calls to keep a track of my health even after the discharge is so kind definitely builds up patient's mental strength. We visited and consulted the doctor at 11am for OP and We had undergone CT lab test at 1pm after waiting for 1.5 hours and and received film. And have been waiting for more than 3 hours since then but the radiology report did not turn up. Overall waiting period for reports is outrageously more than anticipated. Our consultancy would have been completed if the reports are delivered quickly rather than keep us waiting and performing lab tests for new patients. I have been still waiting for the reports when I am writing this review at 4PM.

If Dr.Nikhil Ghadyalpatil is the medical oncologist then chemotherapy, considered as the worst phase becomes a cake walk. He is not only a master in his field, but an outstanding human being.Jovial in nature, always keeps patients at ease and guides at every point in the difficult phase. God bless him!

Since last 2years she is doing well. Really dr sachin marda sir is like God for us. I keep telling it in my village. He is the best cancer specialist and top oncologist in hyderabad. We were admitted in Yashoda for 3days. Comfortable private room. Sharing rooms are too small. Good service from doctors, nurses and floor managers. But the lifts dont work until manually stopped by a person from inside the lift. Most frustrating thing about the hospital.

Good hospital. Neat & clean. Doctors are good & attentive. However there are two major challenges in the hospital Discharge process is extremely slow. The hospital took 6 hours to forward the file to insurance. And then the insurance takes its own sweet time to approve. However 6 hours to process the bill at the hospital is unacceptable. The parking is a major problem. Their car parking gets full at 10 am. They have another parking however, it also gets full by 11. Better come by cab.

After thorough investigation I found about Dr Sukumar Sura who is specialised in Endoscopic surgery. After consulting him I got the clarification and the confidence which helped me to took a decision which was very difficult for me to take from past 5 years. The expertise of senior doctors is very good. But junior doctors i don't feel much sound knowledge and unable to bring trust to the patients. I had been here for my treatment, but somehow my personal experience is that I felt being in an business hospital more. Charges I felt on higher side. For three days of observation and treatment, it costed me 100K Rs. Everyone will not have insurance to claim as all are not having job or having no source of income. In such case, it’s hard for such people to get the service from quality doctors. I do agree service of quality is not free, but I felt for three days 100K is very huge. I had come for the treatment of my mother-in-law cancer treatment. The hospital staff is very nice and quick responsive. Just that one feedback is that always they charge consultation fee though if you have insurance which is not that easy for a common man to pay 800-500 everytime when they come.

Dr. Sunil Dachepalli, is the best orthopedic doctor,we have ever seen. My grandmother Mrs. Kalavathi, has been suffering from joint pains, But after he operated on her, everything went back to normal. She is doing extremely well. Truly indebted to the doctor for all his good work and his excellent services. The staff also responded very well. Lastly the elevator system is the best. No long waits. Entire staff was very friendly. There were frequently checking on the patient without any miss. Time to time food was provided. Cleaning staff has done amazing job and kept it clean all the time. A big disconnect between doctors and hospital administration. A Doctor recommends a Surgery and you become a subject of non-hospital cartels who do the billing. Almost a week later, We’re are unable to get billing for our surgical procedure. We were referred to a person who hasn’t been able to give us the estimate bill for the procedure. Today again we were seen by three medical doctors for one consultation. I will never refer any one to this shiny shiny hospital. My lowest experience in Indian Hospitals. In addition to that all the 3 patients were referred to do endoscopy as the best way to diagnose our gastroenterology concerns by all the 3 doctors. The support staff training is needing as they keep arguing and shouting among themselves and with clients instead of giving proper directions. The hospital environment is noisy and more like an open air market place.

Very professional and well organised. Doctors are very good, courteous and kind. Problem is with billing and Insurance counters. No coordination between various departments. OP billing counter should be revamped. They have no information regarding availability of concerned Doctors. Nurses are good, polite and courteous. Cleaning and mopping department are well maintained. Security personnel are also kind and very helpful.

Am very disappointed to share dis Dat it is such big multispeciality hospital with so many facilities n care but it doesn't have waiting area where patient attender can stay at nite.. asking to buy a room in another Block.. hospitals have become so commercial Dat even a patient attender also has to buk a room to stay at nite Dat to in another Block which is away from hospital... BIG hospital but NO WAITING AREA FOR PATIENT ATTENDER at nite ..ridiculous
