I had gone for the waxing today and was assisted by Ms.Nithya. Unfortunately the flavour that I wanted wasn't available. Instead to go ahead with the available flavours, she did a patch test first and suggested to not proceed as I had a sensitive skin. Truly appreciate her concern on the clients, instead of thinking on a business aspect. Hence i thought to go for a pedicure.Perfect pressure during massaging, and keeps you very interacting and engaging. She also suggests you the care to be taken. She was very polite & friendly. Totally loved her service 😍

Any basic head massage is common anywhere. I paid 2k inclusive of tax and still didn't get a proper head massage. Didn't feel worthy for the price. You guys are so cheap that you even changed the initial reply you gave for my review. Good thing I had a screenshot of that. I'm posting the same screenshot

Three stars given to this branch only because the therapist, Jaya Sudha was really really good. Very patient and diligent in her work and I found the experience quite relaxing. However, a big disappointment is the quality/ quantity of nail care products. They charge 350 rupees just to cut and file and polish hand nails. And another 350 if you want to do your toe nails as well. At these rates you would expect decent quality in the products. However, there were only some 5 polish colours and that were usable and anything more were all dried up. The first nail file was rusted and I had to request for another one. Anyway, increase the choices in nail polish please.

I had a appointment with Anju for waxing and deep cleaning facial. She did a good job!! She is very professional, careful and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and gave me good advices. I recommend.

Highly recommend asking for their best mani pedi person otherwise be prepared for an average service. Never left a salon feeling so disappointed after a pedicure. Something as basic and filing and cutting wasn’t done right. My nails had jaggered edges and I had to correct it myself before nail polish. Only thing the person did right was the massage. The pedicure area was also smelly and hot.
