My friend visited Purasaiwakkam Naturals Salon branch yesterday...he took hydra facial service, staff said they have offers for De-tan so did that too but the result not showing very bad service. fake offers and fake services, wasting our friend's money and time for this branch, bad service at this salon. pls Don't do those services and very desponding this service

So disappointing to hear about my frd mosses experience. They went for a Hydra Facial but didn't get the expected results. Despite trying a detan removing facial as suggested by the stylist, there was still no improvement. It's frustrating when treatments don't deliver as promised, especially after investing time and money. It's essential to be cautious when choosing where to go for facial treatments.Please don't trust them...

I had a wonderful experience for doing the haircut of my kid by Mrs. Jaya mam, they where very polite and patient with us. And Sanjitha mam did a good job for trimming eyebrows with definition in shape of the eyebrows

I did my hair cut in naturals vepery. One of the stylist named mohan. He did an excellent job. He could understand and do whatever I expect. The outcome was so good.

I am not happy with the service. I took hair spa and pedicure. Spa was not done. they just washed my hair applied cream and for 2 mins she just massaged that too not proper one and then washed my again. basically she is not ready to her job. and pedicure was not upto the mark. my leg is looking even more worse after taking the pedicure and she doesn’t know the pressure points as well. very very poor service.

I recently tried the Hydra Facial service at Naturals Salon & Spa Purasaiwakkam and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The treatment didn't live up to its promises, and I didn't notice any significant improvement in my skin texture or appearance. Additionally, the procedure felt rushed, and I didn't feel like my skincare concerns were adequately addressed. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the Hydra Facial service at Naturals based on my experience, Very bad experience 👎

Horrible service .. under trained staff, the royalty for natural is completely gone .. it’s become a very basic salon .. with nobody bother about the service .. filling hot water from kettles .. no hygiene. I told the lady my nail paint is not dried but she said it’s dried .. n I left .. MY husband was equally disappointed with his haircut and medi.
