Nice apartment at a good location. It has majority of Jain & Marwadi Community. The building is getting old, but, the maintenance is carried out time to time. It has a Jain Temple inside the compound which is seen as the main advantage by Jain community as they regularly visit the temple in daily basis. Another advantage of the location is it's close proximity with the Purasaiwakkam shopping area which is almost similar to T-Nagar

Arihant Vaikunt is a high rise Residential apartment with club house and park facility for children. This place is more for the North Indians residing in Chennai and for the Vegetarian Crowd. The apartment location is very prominent and close to the market and you feel comfortable residing in the apartment.
