A mini shopping mall well maintained

I had gone there to visit my relatives. It is nice residential gated community. Each building is about 9 floors. So the dependence on lift is quite high. Each block has two lifts - but most of the time only one lift is operational which makes the lifts too busy and we need to wait a long time to get one to go up or come down. Important that the association realises the need to maintain the lifts in good condition and ensure that the lifts are maintained well.

It is a secluded apartment complex from the hustle and bustle of Arcot Road Vadapalani Busstand. The place is calm and has over 200 apartments in 4 or 5 - nine storied apartments. Each apartment has a lift and dedicated 4 wheeler parking space. There is also small play area for kids and dedicated security for the complex. The flats are compact and well laid out.

Apart from Apartment this complex has a small shopping mall in the entrance . Clove Dental leading chain of dental clinic Vadapalani branch is here And Nilgiris for all your grocery and vegetable needs. Also we can find IFB, Konica , And Xerox shops here.

Very old building. Decently maintained

The Nilgiris in Doshi Gardens is not just a supermarket, it is an emotion. I hv been buying from this grocer for about 18 years or so now! Everything one needs in Chennai, Nilgiris in Doshi has! Doshi Gardens is an otherwise mixed commercial -residential place, quite dated, but houses a lot of functional, useful offices and businesses.

Too old now... I remember visiting this place every weekend to buy games when I was younger
