In actual it's a good company gold buyer. May be to my bad time, today by 11:30, i visited T.Nagar branch, north Usman road.. that fellow staff who was chatting with that another lady said.. quoting 4300/- gram for 999 purity 24 carat Gold that offered to sell for cash. Checked with him again, Again he repeated 4300/-. I came out of the branch. The online Chennai gold rate says 5460/- per gram as of 14-12-2022. That male staff was so addicted chatting with that lady staff and with no respect to customer, he answered. Sorry. Such a bad experience dealing with that branch.. my entry time aroung 11:30 am (with blue t-shirt) on this day 14-12-2022.. cam recording should be there. My name Satish Chakravarthi from Chennai.

We went to sell gold, but we found that they are buying gold for around Rs.100 less than the market rate and they will take 3% commission for the total amount. After asking about why it's Rs.100 less than the market rate,they said that is the buying rate, but we are taking in selling rate. So we felt it's loss for us.

My experience with Attica Gold Company T. Nagar branch was very very worst service I ever face. I enter the branch around 11:30am & I process the gold sales, after that they estimate the final value which I agree to accept. And then was the issue was started with them, they literally taking more then 3 hrs to process my amount. Surprising thing is they don't have proper answer to that, only saying (wait for 10 min). My small request to all public is Don,t try this gold company, please don't waste your time & money....
