I
am
writing
to
express
my
profound
disappointment
with
the
recent
customer
service
experience
I
encountered
at
your
restaurant.
On
November
24/2023,
I
ordered
the
food
from
your
restaurant,
and
got
the
food
with
the
less
quantities
as
mentioned
as
I
have
ordered
2
numbers
of
same
item
and
both
have
less
number
of
pieces
(malai
kabab)
,
and
I
know
the
establishment
with
high
expectations,
considering
the
positive
reviews
and
reputation.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
The
issues
I
encountered
included
the
malai
kebab
2
numbers
with
have
less
quantities
and
informed
and
i
didn’t
get
any
resolution.
Despite
attempting
to
address
these
concerns
with
the
staff
on
site,
the
resolution
was
unsatisfactory,
leaving
me
with
a
lingering
sense
of
frustration
and
dissatisfaction.
I
believe
that
a
restaurant
of
your
caliber
should
prioritize
customer
satisfaction
and
uphold
the
standards
that
customers
have
come
to
expect.
I
understand
that
challenges
can
arise,
but
the
manner
in
which
they
are
handled
speaks
volumes
about
the
commitment
to
customer
service.
Regrettably,
my
recent
experience
has
left
me
questioning
whether
I
can
recommend
your
establishment
to
others.
I
urge
you
to
thoroughly
investigate
the
issues
I've
raised
and
take
corrective
measures
to
ensure
that
other
patrons
do
not
face
similar
disappointments.
Customer

and
