சின்ன திருப்தி .. located at Nandanam TNagar road.. it is a small version of Thirupathi .. there use to be a Darshan booking office for Thirupathi temple. Due to pandamic it is closed nowadays. Only online bookings are open. They have a set of guidelines for the people who visit this temple. Also they have a timetable for dharshan hours in the entrance itself.

My friend was asking me to come visit chennai tirupati since we where studying UG, I completed my Higher studies too till he was inviting me, I used to reply I will come since I ever known , after a very long wait , Balaji finally called me made me visit his devasthana, such a blessing. Parking was a problem but as I crossed the temple I immediately get the parking spot, we entered and had a very close dharsan so blessed we are. They have holy water and kumkum. They sold laddu for 100 per packet. After a very long gap such a peace of mind😍 and very powerful too my friend on Saturday did the dharsan and gave his interview on the next day Sunday and he got placed ⚡. Do wear a mask, your bakthi need not to be proved without masks.

TTD Balaji temple is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara & his consort Padmavati/Alamelu Mangai. It is modelled after the original Tirupati temple. On entering the temple complex, one can see the Bali Peetham & the tall Dhwajastambha. There are two statues of Jaya & Vijaya in the entrance hall. Lord Hayagriva engraved in gold silver is also there. As you exit after the darshan, you see Lord Ranganatha in resting posture along with Lakshmi, Bhu Devi & Brahma. There are beautiful Panchaloha idols of Srinivasa with Sridevi & Bhudevi, known as Utsava idols. Idols of Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, Anjaneya, Krishna with Rukmini are also there.

We had Darshan of Lord Venkateshwara/Balaji. Here, a lot people will come and have Darshan of Lord Balaji. Down the hill and up the hill, there many temples and places to visit. TTD is doing the most to help the pilgrims.

I've had the privilege of visiting Tirumala for the second consecutive year, with my visit falling between the last week of August last year and the first week of September this year. My darshan was booked for September 6th, which coincided with the auspicious Krishnastami holiday. While I anticipated some crowds, it was a bit more crowded than expected. The 300 Special Darshan, which I opted for, took close to 4 hours. If you're planning a trip, I highly recommend booking your accommodation in advance to ensure a comfortable stay. Alternatively, consider staying in Tirupati and starting your journey to Tirumala early the next morning. The spiritual experience is undoubtedly worth the effort, but a little planning can go a long way in enhancing your visit.

I love visiting this temple. Situated in the heart of the city at Venkatanarayana Road in T nagar. Lord Venkatesha and Padmavati thayar are in the main shrine and the interior well lit. Felt happy we could get a good Darshan. There is a big hundi inside as we see in Tirumala temple. There is facility to book Darshan tickets for Tirumala here. We got curd rice as the Prasadam from the temple.

One the most crowded temple all over the year. Devotees have to pre-book your tickets either 300 rupees which typically takes 3-4 hours for darshan and if it is any seva, worth that and will not take more than a hour. And free darshan tooks more time in queue. And there are water and toilet facilities inside queue complex. Inspite of huge crowd, the moment we enter inside temple from queue, the vibe and feelings will be too good. 🙏

I loved the temple so much. The lord of the universe, the majestic Sri Venkatarama of Tirupati incarnated yet in another similar form, right here in T-nagar to bless his devotees of Chennai. Decorations with flower garlands to the mool Virat and his consort won't let you blink. Also there is a book store with amazing books and delicious laddu Prasadam sold there which almost resembles the taste of Srivari laddu from Tirumala.

Clean and we'll maintained place. Parking might be difficult as it is located in a busy road. There's a rack for our footwear. We can look at the deities from up close, as long as we want. There is a free drinking water facility, and they provide tasty 'prasadam' as well. A book stall is located inside where we can get devotional books, devasthanam magazines etc

Tirupati Alipiri is one of two ways to reach Tirumala on foot,[1] and it was until recently the only one in modern times. Srivari Mettu, about 20 km away, is the original one that was renovated and brought back to use in 2008. Alipiri is the longer route with 3550 steps,[2] Srivari Mettu is shorter with 2388 steps. Alipiri is also the foot of two road ways, one up and one down leading to Tirumala through the Seven Hills. It is therefore called "The Gate Way to Tirumala Venkateswara Temple"[3] A long time ago, pilgrims used to climb all Seven Hills through the stepped way on foot because there were no other options. Pilgrims would visit from far away, cook and eat there and rest for some time. After resting, they would start to climb the steps.[4] Now the entire stepped way is covered with a roof to protect pilgrims from sunlight and rain. Lights are also provided. Special privilege is provided to the pilgrims who came on foot to visit the Lord

I had divine experience visiting the beautiful Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam temple with my family located at T. Nagar. We reached the temple on a weekday around 5.00 pm and could reach the deity (Lord Balaji/ Lord Vishnu) within 5 minutes. There wasn't any queue and we could stand inside for 15-20 minutes having wonderful Darshan and prayers. The people who paid Rs.100/- could reach a couple of feet closer to the idol through a separate lane. The temple is beautiful and well maintained. I shall recommend these divine darshan's to everyone residing in/ visiting Chennai.

Visited during vaikunda ekadashi. It was beautifully decorated and always a blessing to be here. Went around 1.30pm so there wasn't much crowd, could complete darshan in 15mins. The only con is parking if you make it in a car. If you're lucky you may get some free space nearby in the main road or around the play ground ahead.

One have to take darshan ticket and have to wear dhoti to enter temple. is run by body Tirumala tirupati devasthanam  (TTD) which is under control of Andhra Pradesh Government. It is the richest temple in the world in terms of donations received and wealth. The temple is visited by about 50,000 to 100,000 pilgrims daily (30 to 40 million people annually on average).

Temple has got 1000% positive vibes same like Tirumala Tirupati. Go to temple at 6 sharp to get opportunity to see pooja . Carry Jasmin flowers only , florist tries to sell bigger garlands to support them its ok but inside they do not take other tham Jasmin flowers. Temple is very neat and clean . Pooja performed by pandit ji creates very positive vibes. Overall satisfied

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) is an independent trust which manages the temples including the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple in Andhra Pradesh. The trust oversees the operations and finances of the second richest and the most visited religious center in the world.[1] It is also involved in various social, religious, literary and educational activities. TTD is headquartered at Tirupati and employs about 16,000 people. TTD was established in 1932 as a result of the TTD Act of 1932. According to the act administration of the temple was vested in a committee of seven members and overseen by a paid commissioner appointed by the Madras Government. Advising the committee were two advisory councils – one composed of priests and temple administrators to aid the committee with the operations of the Tirumala temple, and another composed of farmers for advice on Tirumala's land and estate transactions.[3] The Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institution and Endowments Act (1969), sections 85 to 91, expanded the provisions of TTD. The number of trustees was expanded from five to eleven with compulsory representation from certain communities. Apart from the responsibilities defined in the previous act, Devasthanam was obliged to promote the study of Indian languages and propagate Hindu Dharma by research, teaching, training and literature creation.[3] The A.P. Charitable & Hindu Religious Institutions & Endowments Act (1987) superseded the 1979 act. The Board of Trustees' membership was expanded from a maximum of eleven to fifteen and the hereditary rights of temple priests and their right to garner a share of the hundi proceeds were abolished. After increased pressure from the priests over a long period,[4] the AP government made an amendment to the act in 2006, to discontinue these two controversial clauses. It is mandatory for non-Hindus to sign a declaration form before entering the hill temple, stating that they have faith in the presiding deity, Lord Venkateswara TTD has almost all the departments that would be in a government, including production (laddus), engineering (dams and roads), water supply, human resources, transport, procurement and marketing, finance and accounting, public relations, information technology, forest and gardens, educational institutions and hospitals, revenue and general administration The food offerings as "Annaprasadams" are being undertaken by TTD in a massive way in the Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Annaprasadam Complex, donated by Matsuri Tarigonda Ananta Koti Raju at Tirumala, in all the waiting queue lines and compartments of Vaikuntam Queue Complex I and II, footpath routes etc. In Tirupati and Tiruchanur also the distribution of free food as "Annaprasadam" is being made to not less than 15,000 devotees.
