They don't handle every customer politely.. If you're going to buy any small product, you will be treated very rude and you'll be handled properly only if you buy some costly products.. Not the right place for all kinds of customers.. Better search for any other shops with good customer care...

The only Sports Goods Shop in the Ashok Nagar - KK Nagar area, having a good range. The shop doesn't have proactive Sales guys. If you know what do you want, this is a good shop to get into.

Bat bought from this place broke in 2 half in middle and they are not replacing it. Very bad customer support. Though it was bought an year back, it's an gift and we were seasoning it for an. As suggested by you. You even see the bat which is looking totally new. Pics are also there if u wish. And if bat breaks like this in half it's totally wood fault. Very detective product. Totally not satisfied and won't suggest anyone from.my side to purchase from here.

They've got decent collections of sports equipment. The prices are pretty steep, but the products are worth the money you're paying. A good store to visit.

They lie they have exchange policy, but they don't have one. Staff are rude enough and also they only have limited models. Better to get shoes directly from the branded stores than these kinds cheap shops. In my opinion, this is completely avoidable.

Huge collection but seems products are bit costly

I did a custom logo embroidery for my son here on a T-shirt bought there. They delivered the work in time and I collected the product in showroom. Delighted with the customer service!

Filling the vacuum of a good sports store in this area. For the small shop, they have a good portfolio across different sports and great service. But majority of the products are bit pricey (if you compare with decathlon). This is a good alternate, if you wont mind spending few bucks extra, since you can shop at peace here.

Good place to buy quality sport apparels and equipments.

One of the useless places for sports goods, you basically don't get anything good and the prices are rocket high and the so called owner doesn't know how to deal with customers.

The quality altitude (products,staffs,infrastructures)of the shop is quiet good but the rude and impolite attitude of the owner has destroyed all its advantages mentioned above.The shop may run well if the owner considers his attitude and not judge his customers by their price range,outfit,slangs etc

I am really surprised with customer service...Am I in India? This is the first time I am getting a responsible reply from a Shop.. They made replacement of my son's school shoes with in 2 working days. They listen to the customer's problem and try to solve it soon...
