Great experience. We went from Assam for my father's health checkup. They have different different health checkup packages. Whole body checkup costs โ‚น13000. After checkup they will tell you to visit a specific doctor. We met best nephrologist Dr. S Vanketesh Rajkumar there. He was so polite and extremely awesome doctor we had ever met in our life. We were extremely satisfied with his treatment and gesture. If you want to do health checkup visit one day earlier and pay the amount and next day you should go at 6 in the morning to stand in queue. It will take whole day for health heckup to be done. A lot of Bengali people come in to this hospital. You can get many lodge near by ( Bengali bazar or sabzi market)

Apollo Hospital Chennai is good for different kind of treatment. I went there for my mother treatment, we found two good doctors Prof. Dr. R Narasimahn, Dept. of Respiratory Medicine and Dr. B Subba Rao, dept. of Nephrology, they treated us so well that my mother felt good. But we faced a problem with orthopedics doctor(Dr A Navaladi Shankar), who treated my mother too badly that my mother leg infected and had to do operation when back to Dhaka. We tried communicated with Dr A Navaladi Shankar several times but he didn't response, so be careful about this doctor. Except this orthopedics doctor everything is good for me in this hospital. You also find a canteen for having snacks. They have 2 type of wheelchair , for those couldnt walk or too sick and those legs are broken or fractured who have to Straight their leg. Transport (auto rickshaw) available in the gate of the hospital.

One of the most important hospital of India, very crowded but try to attend all with smile and give the best of them, well organised and renowned doctors give the support. Patients from round the India and abroad come here for treatment. Near by so many rooms with kitchen facilities are available in affordable prices.

Worst place for treatment. Set of unprofessional gathered together starting from valet parking (made me go round and round twice), main reception guy (his actions and his speed of work gave me a good hint of this unprofessional place), then the doctorโ€™s secretaries are league apart. Despite taking an appointment on call I was told that doctor will have lunch now and this is at 1250 hr. Then one doctor referring to another to mint money. Full body check up and blood tests are like mandatory aspects for any treatment and even if they are why any doctor (if they are) can prescribe those tests and do away with need to pay another set of Rs 1500 for want of prescription from another doctor. Had a really bad day at the hospital, there is no human touch. I think even robots will do a better job, at least they will make your hard earned money count. Doctorโ€™s secretaries are clueless in even explaining the procedure. More interested in accounting money than suggesting the course of action. I pity on the quality checks if there exist any and the poor services (even the lift takes like eternity to reach your floor) been provided and accepted by the patients/ their relatives. Really bad experience and I am never gonna suggest Apollo medical facilities to anyone. I paid today Rs 2150/- and that to without any medicine prescriptions ; time wasted not accounted in this. Overall worst facility and waste of time and effort.

This hospital in Chennai stands out as one of the finest. The efficiency of their service is commendable. During my visit, I consulted with two doctors and underwent three to four tests, all within a single day. Of course, experiences may vary, but overall, the quality of treatment is excellent. The doctors here truly listen to your concerns and what sets them apart is their genuine attentiveness. They afford you ample time to articulate all your issues. The facility boasts a high-standard cafeteria and maintains a clean, welcoming environment. It's noteworthy to observe the diverse range of patients, including those from out of state and even international visitors, like those from Bangladesh. I am thoroughly pleased with the level of service provided and their steadfast commitment to delivering top-notch care.

Always a good Healthcare companion. Most of the doctors are experienced and friendly to consult their patient. Very easy to access their process to check-up any patient from Locals or Abroad. But their testing fees are too expensive.

People who are thinking that Apollo hospital has the best of facility in terms of attending the patients and attenders - A definite No โ€”- A Very Big No - No place to sit , Standing on every single counters for minimum 1-2 hrs . have been roaming around with my in-law for the past 3 days and the standing time per day has been 8-10 hrs every single day - It could be neither they have More patients than the hospital could accommodate , nor the process flow in billing and reports , pharmacy itself is poorโ€ฆ Request to have a better system in place โ€ฆ Govt Hospital have way far better coordination , we ended up paying 3 times bigger than the real cost .. Poor us..

If you want to meet a Doctor of any specialisation Apollo Hospital GREAMS ROAD is the perfect choice. Emergency unit team also does their service to the maximum extent. Doctors are available on phones whenever necessary which makes the patient to stay positive. Overall the hospital is always crowded with Out-Patients and there is a big queue for MRI Scans, X-rays etc., For Best doctors in town I would highly recommend this place. Getting admission is also tough nowadays.

Famous landmark for greams road is Apollo hospital, the biggest and the best chain of hospitals in India. Facilities and technology are at its peak here. More than native people of this state we only find the majority of migrant patients pan India and other countries. But it is highly advisable to visit this place with proper insurance for big and complicated treatments, else you may witness your pockets burning Asap. โš ๏ธ important noteโš ๏ธ: cash payment upto 2lakh INR only is accepted and beyond which only bank transfers they take in, which is as per Indian income tax norms.

Terrible experience. Sms says to visit first floor but not intimation of registration. It took almost half hour for just get basic weight, height and BP checked. Took appointment for 8.45 am. Doctor not reached till 9.45 am. So left without consultation. Hospital has reached such level that people will come with such worse service too. Has long as people don't value their time, these will continue with their attitude. Suggest to visit some other hospital were people are treated better.

Great hospital, fantastic doctors. However, the price of diagnostics and tests have increased substantially in the last couple of years. Please note that, while there are great doctors like Dr Vivek (nephrology), Dr Kondareddy (Ortho), Dr Vijay Sankar ( Neuro) and Dr Santharam (Diabetology), there are doctors like Dr. Babu Manohar (ENT) and Dr. Ramkumar (Diabetology) are equally terrible. Please check the genuine doctor's reviews (many doctors reviews are bots/paid) before booking a slot. The Apollo ProHealth Whole Body Checkup is useless. Instead would advise to get the whole body checkup elsewhere and visit Apollo for specialised treatment.

Apparently this is how covid test is taken in chennai's apollo hospital greams road. Only 1 cashier to manage all people. Cashier doesn't have provision for card payment. They are not able to manage crowd well. This place is a prone area for Corona spread. I suggest people not to take at apollo greams hospital for covid test.

Apollo Hospital Chennai is situated at the Greams Lane of Chennai city of Tamil Nadu. This multispeciality hospital facilitates world class treatment facilities for the patients from all over the world. The Chennai Apollo consists of sevaral buliding or blocks, such as main block, Sindoori Block, Health Check Up building, Vaccination center. The infrasturcture is good. The cleanliness and hygiene management of this hospital is incredible. The patient management systme of this hospital is outstanding, the staffs of hundred desks in this hospital are very much helipful. Though there are a little crowd present during weekdays. However, the hospital management manage it very efficiently. The doctors of the Chennai Apollo are world class and they are very much concerned about the patients' best treatment. There thousands of international patients are taking treatment in this hospital from all over the world. Countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, many European and African country people are taking treatment in this hospital everyday!

No one can identify my motherโ€™s issue, every doctor refer to another doctor and giving lots of tests and prescribe the lots of medicine. From last 4 days I just did only reports and spend lots of money. โญ๏ธ Doctor response like go to hell โญ๏ธ If she has no issue then why they prescribe lots of medicine. โญ๏ธ All doctor are holding their degree from international like USA UK.I have a doubt how they got their degree.they shown their certificate in chamber and I realise that Iโ€™m in gods room. โญ๏ธ I thought itโ€™s a good health centre but I found here itโ€™s a robber centre. โญ๏ธ I came over here for good treatment even I donโ€™t care about the money. I feel so embracing here nothing els.

Everything and Overall it was good but cost could be nominal.. While bringing for emergency and asking for deposit of 50000 is bit more and this can be charged may be installments during the treatment rather than charging huge amount at once and other charges are also quite high.. As Apollo is huge chain and good reputation I think If the Costs are nominal it will be easier for everyone who needs medical assistance... On the Positive Side Doctors are very good and has very sound knowledge, hospitality is good, good food, good treatment, proper attention given to patients. On Medical Scale I will give 4 to 4.5 ratings

Hospital is clean and hygienic. Dr Narshimhan R is a very good and well experienced. The main problem of this hospital is their staffs. Not all because I don't know all of them but some staffs are very biased, no matter when you took the appointment if local people comes to see the doctor they will have the first preference. Some of they don't talk in hindi or english. Don't know why if they are indians or not!! Their are no way to complaint about that too as they will say something and let you go. Overall this hospital experience was not that good.

One of the best hospitals of the country. Specialized in all branches of Medical Science. Whole body health checkup packages are not only pocket friendly but also very useful in diagnosis. The most important point is health checkup data and other consultations are recorded and preserved for years. I visited the hospital after 5 yrs and got all the records just at one click of the computer.

Words can never express my gratitude for all you did and continue to do for my dad who has been admitted in ward in 2nd floor. You have proved to be truly amazing, compassionate and brilliant human beings as you have taken the steps for celebrating birthday of my dad. I admire you and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am overwhelmed by all the attention received by my dad on his birthday. This has been a birthday to remember for him. You all made him feel at home. It means a lot for a person who is so far away from his home and from his family on the day of his birthday. I thank Mr Sudarsan from guestrelations relations, all the respected Doctors and all the medical and non medical persons of the Ward for such a precious gift to my dad on his birthday.

The hospital is really good considering the footfall. Management is good but there are still long waiting times with no clarity when your chance might come. Pairents have to wait for long hours to get their turns. Doctors are really good here and give detailed advice based on the case history. Still to experience operative experience and will update post that. Food in the canteen is good and tasty. The charge is also reasonable.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional care that I received during my recent stay at your facility. I was admitted due to severe vomiting and diarrhea, and I cannot thank your staff enough for their prompt and attentive care. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They immediately took charge of my situation and provided the necessary treatment to ease my symptoms. The nurses and doctors were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise manner, which helped alleviate my fears and concerns. The facilities at your hospital were also very clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the efforts made to keep everything sterile and hygienic, especially given the current pandemic situation. Overall, my experience at your hospital was exceptional, and I would highly recommend your facility to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you again for all that you do, and please extend my gratitude to the staff who helped me during my stay.

Last hope of the people of Bengal including Bangladesh. This Hospital is known for its efficiency, transparency and speed at which all the process is done.It is expensive but accurate in its diagnosis and thus doctors are able to give correct medicine.Area in front of Apollo is known as Bengali market but basically Oriya people are managing most of hotels and guest houses.I am including contact of best Bengali hotel and guest house in the photo section.People from Bangladesh must first go to sindoori block and Indian Nationals must visit Main block first to get yourself registered.

I want to write a lot review for the Hospital. I'll share my journey in other site for people better understand that how facility do it. I just say in a line that Itโ€™s not a hospital for gentle guys. International sinduri Block never works to solve your problem. Front desk people mostly do aggressive behaviour. OT Staffs are like Government hospitals ( sometimes they can eat your juice in your absence). Bill payment staff do like money leanders. Doctors are very expert in their fields and cooperative. This hospital management system should upgrade and should work for better service

Very positive experience at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. Went for treatment of my 78 year old mother for Sepsis infection. Admitted in MDCCU. The patient care was excellent; attention from the nursing and staff is top class. One nurse is dedicated to each patient with periodical rotation. Their facilities are very good and the systems also top grade. Everyone is polite and caring which was very encouraging. Doctors were accessible and ready to share their analysis and treatment plans with us at all times. I would highly recommend Apollo Hospitals for their top notch facilities and caring staff.

I had booked an appointment with a general physician (Dr. Rama Narasimhan) for my mother who is suffering from cough and wheezing. I've the made payment of 1500/- at the hospital premises. She asked some general questions to my mom regarding her health, and based on that she recommended few test and scans which could cost me 20,000/- And also Its like 2 hours travel from my home to reach apollo hospital to get the test done. So I preferred to take those test nearby my home. In Aarthi scan the same test cost me 6,642/-. She said those test results are wrong and inaccurate without any further explanation, she refused to give treatment and asked us to wait. The intentions are clear if you are planning to visit Apollo hospital in greams road, then they will loot you and if you are trying to get smart then they will refuse to give the treatment.

As on 30.09.2021-It's congested and chaotic, especially the main block registration and counter 6&6A in peak hrs. We had a hectic schedule test at 2 in the morning but had to wait untill 7 in the morning. The guys at MRI counter were unapologetic for shortcomings at their end. The initial tests procedure was rather dismaying as you have to queue up for hrs and even days. There is no effective Covid protocol maintained. The whole building is over crowded during day timings. The waiting areas are inadequate and crowded. You have to stand for hrs. The Consultants may be good but the management lags professionalism as they apparently can't handle surging flow of patients effectively. The lackadaisical attitude of some staffs is hampering the whole system. The majority of patients are from Eastern India and there is no major language barrier in the hospital and in the locality.

Okk everything here is good enough. Like the hospital, staffs, canteen food is very hygenic, they maintain cleanliness, their behavior is vey nice, hospital is evn very hygenic, they are very much strict about the health of people, the rooms are very clean & light, nd even washrooms are very well maintained. They have the most advanced technology tht is "robotic surgery". I have my experience of the top most doctor's visiting here in the India's no. 1 hospital *Apollo* Here they maintain the illness as their own prblm nd treat u to be the healthy one. Over all my words can't define the Apollo. I'll suggest everyone to visit it atlst once in a life to live a healthier lifestyle.

Facilities are top notch and you get best of the doctors. BUT right from billing counter to even the doctors are CORRUPT. Shelling out 100s and 1000s that wonโ€™t be on bills is not uncommon. I have lost all the respect to this facility after my momโ€™s recent surgery here.

My mother got robotic knee replcaement surgery here and I was accompanying her. Facilities are good from the moment we step into the hospital premises. Rooms provided are clean and ok. Robotic knee surgery was done with minimal pain (a good part) unlike the manual surgery for the other knee that we got it done at Hyderabad (post surgery was painful). Doctors are experienced and friendly, so are the staff. Canteen and coffee shops are available. Rooms near this hospital are little expensive and so you can find rooms in a radius of 2-3km. The hospital is little inside but reachable in local transport mode like cabs, autos and all. People from Bengal and Orissa seems to visit a lot to this hospital. We are also considering this hospital for other treatments in our family. Parking is not a problem here but sometimes the cans have to wait in line for turns (may be 5-10 mins wait for drop and pickup at hospital entrance)

Had a great experience at the Urology department. Clarification by the doctor on questions is calm and composed. He did answer the queries, any or whatsoever. Kalyani ma'am, the doctor's secretary, is very helpful.

What does one need to say about one of the best hospitals in the city. It is bustling with activities all the time multi disciplinary and very professional. Always crowded, but I think it is a positive as so many people trust the hospital. All activities are departmentalised, so one would have to brace oneself to queue up for all requirements. Patient care is good both by doctors and nurses. Very few options in the city of this class. Affordability is also OK not too costly. All this cumulatively are the reasons that you will see lot of patients from other states thronging this hospital, especially from north eastern states.

My only concern is that the valet parking is not available and there is no proper parking space for vehicles. Other than this one points...the service provided, the staffs hospitality towards even other state and country people remains the same humble way. The Doctor's are well explained and the trust and confidence they give during very critical time is remarkable. Overall I would appreciate the Apollo family for everything thing.

I came to apollo hospital for my mother treatment and as per doctor advice, admitted in hospital as in patient. During period as in patient, I observed that concerned nurses are available in ward are not trained enough. Please make ensure that trained and smart nursing persons are available in ward so that patient care will be better and faster. During as in patient, no fever check, no spo2 check and even wipes issued for patient bathing also did not used by the nurses. Overall I have been observed that nurses are busy and given priorities to filling and updating the patient progressive report and daily tracker. My suggestion will be nursing person take care the patient and maximum time spent with patient. Please do needful and look in to this matter. Thanking you.

My experience here was pathetic. 1) There was no place to park so I had to stop my vehicle for few secs to drop my parents near the main entrance .A security came shouting and raised his index finger to threaten me . I confronted him for his gesture. 2) Doctors here never show up on time. We had to wait 2 hours for consulting the doctor. The doctor was informed about our appointment by the hospital staffs only after we arrived . 3) A guy approached the help desk saying that he is covid positive. The staffs were least bothered and made him wait along with the other patients.

The service I experienced was very good instant medication was given all the doctors said about the condition of the patient nicely. The AICCU ward did nice job taking care of the patient very nicely. I would like to thank all the nurses and the ward boys who instantly helped him. After shifting to the Q ward had full monitoring and the sisters were cooperative in assisting the patient. The ward boys and others did excellent job in cleaning and the maintenance of the room. A big thanks to the food managers to supply well balanced diet to the patient keeping in mind the nutrition and the patient 's liking. The service manager of the floor also did excellent job assisting me to pay the bills.

Apollo Hospital is one of the best hospital. Not only now but since several years. Doctors are experienced and cooperative. One can choose this hospital for quick and also best treatment. Secretariat staffs are always cooperative. But with others, there are some language problems. Otherwise everything is good.

Went to take my master check up. During the check up, one of the gynecs on just examining physically told me you are infertile and having baby should be an issue for me. Later we took hormone test and found everything to be in normal range and from there again consulted one endocrinologist and now I am 5 months pregnant !! Gave me such a negative vibe and from then was worrying about myself and doubting my capability till I am pregnant Even if there are possibilities, why should she say all to your face without any test and confirmation?? I am giving 1 star to the nurses who were really good and the doctors were only threatening. I could think the reason may be of snatching 1000 Rs for the hormone test. No more Apollo

Hospital is neat & clean. Staffs are supportive for new & outside Patients. Services and OPD procedure is easy. Doctor is well behaved and give proper time to the patient with proper guidelines. All staffs are found well dressed, educated and have no language problem with other state patients, is a very important factor for out state patients. No communication problem has been found during doctor Consultation which also helps the patient to easily communicate his/her problem. Doctor's consultation fee is also affordable.

Very good hospital, everything is so far excellent excepts the covid test section for foreign passengers. The system is very very slow and not so co-operative. Also, their pharmacy in thebmain block is purely frustrating. Besides this, I like everything, their treatment, diagnosis facilities, most of the doctors and all other facilities. They should look into the oharmacy system and covid test system, then it will be 5 star.

I met with Dr.Kartikeyan.He was very gentle and friendly with me. The staff members who were under the authority of tests was really very nice. Thanks to the team for such gesture. Just one thing i want to add that the Doctor was too late to visit which must be look into by the team because my father is a sugar patient and it is tough for him to sit for hours..

We went for an adenosine heart scan which is apparently done only in Apollo greams road, Chennai. I rather not have the scan done ever. The management is so so slow and incompetent. They told us 2 hours and we were at the hospital for 8 hours, in an overcrowded hospital that follows no covid protocols. I regularly go to SIMS hospital, Vadapalani and Kumaran hospital, Kilpauk and their management is far far better than Apollo.

Apollo health checkup department , Chennai - The service of the hospital is very friendly and staff are cooperative. They help me and guided for proper and smooth completion of the work. Ms. Shukla Saha was associated with me for getting medical reports and she is very polite in nature. I recommend this hospital for any health related checkup to everyone.

This hospital is absolutely overcrowded, and has very low staffing to cater to the needs of patients. As much as Apollo is reputed for its advanced facilities, basic patient care, nursing attention, on time food delivery, is lacking. Any and all requests need constant followup with nurses, secretaries, and we were able to get the basics only after repeated complaints to chief/head nurses. For the cost of care and the efficiency in billing every procedure, Patients and Patrons expect the best quality of care and Apollo still has a long way to go to improve and meet the standards they have set for themselves. All these comments have been repeatedly mentioned in the feedback that Apollo collects across multiple visits and admissions, but very little progress has been made.

Moores Road dialysis unit service is good. Diet class helped us to know more about patient food intake and their food restrictions. Physio session was a good initiative for dialysis patients. Thanks and keep up your excellent services .
