Dr.Balaji and Dr Krishnamma treats patients with great care. For more than 15 years, they are our family doctors. To mention specially, Dr.Balaji will explain clearly the nature of ailment and what is treatment process, in such way even a lay man can understood. Thank you Doctor and our Gratitude to you πŸ™

I had visited Noble hospital (Dr. Balaji) in Dec-21 ( approx. 20 km from my home) as I had a severe burning sensation, nausea, disinterest in food due to reflux and disturbed sleep. The doctor had treated this problem very systematically (step by step treatment) and I was able to intake food smoothly in short span of time. I had undergone the Laproscopic Fundoplication procedure on 22-jun-22 for large hiatus hernia and got discharged on 25-jun-22. Me and my spouse only stayed in the hospital comfortably for these days and without any relatives support. Excellent experience as I didn't feel like that I had undergone the procedure and discharged very quickly. To my knowledge, Dr. Balaji is one of the best doctor that I had seen in my life (45 years) so far. His overall approach to the problem & treatment and the kindness to the patient is outstanding. I am sure that with God's blessings Dr. Balaji would continue his excellent service to many more in the society for long time. Finally thank entire hospital staff for their kind service (especially tireless effort from sisters).

The 2 stars are for the doctors and the OP service. The first thing that came to my mind after few hours into getting admitted was, "how is this hospital even surviving?".. poor coordination between nurses.. no prep for surgery started till we raised alarm.. same dose of medicine was about to be administered by different nurses which was stopper when we questioned.. for any help we sought from any nurse, they would simply say that they would come back and then vanish.. you might find some of the pharmacists in phone all the time, one with airpods always. We were waiting for nearly 8 hours for the insurance procedures to complete. Insurance process is most inefficient. In short. Very inefficient, lack of coordination and no brand consciousness among staffs. Disappointed with the service.

i came here before to meet Bala dr. he was very good at his timings and responsibilities. but this time i'm waiting for Orthopedic Surgeon Dr.SINGARAVADIVELU from very long time. They said he will be in hospital for a hour. In doctors board the time given is 5pm to 6pm. but it's already 6pm, he not yet came. As much as we patients respect doctors and his timings. Doctor too should respect patient. We too have responsibilities. we leave kids, much of works and came . if you can't maintain the timings then better don't tell the timings to patients. we are not jobless. So many older ppl also waiting along with me. no covid precautions too here. so many patients are waiting here. All the patients says he is always late like this. being a doctor being indiscipline is really not good.

Hi, I am Dr. Abhinesh from Chennai and I had gone to Noble Hospital for my father's Urology checkup. The Urologist doctor was very humble, attended to all my father's complaints and suggested relevant investigations and medicines. But the management is very pathetic. They give zero responses to any of our queries and are always in a hurry to keep the phone down. My father had visited the hospital thrice and the last two times, specifically were very horrible. We came all the way from Guduvancheri just to find that the doctor won't be available on that day but when we called before leaving for the hospital, the receptionist told us that he will be available today and booked our appointment. The same incident happened today as well. The management is absolutely careless and don't have any sense of patient care. My father is an Ex - Servicemen from the Indian army and we came here through an ECHS referral. For that during each appointment, they asked us to submit our ECHS card in the insurance department. I don't understand why they have such a procedure in the first place. After the appointment, they didn't give back the card as the people in the insurance office have already left and nobody else is gave any response regarding the same. The management in this hospital is highly pathetic and I had a very horrible experience for my father's checkup here due to the management. They are making the simplest of the task complicated and creating problems which wouldn't have existed if they did their work properly.

There is no zero star to rate, i hate this hospital because I lost my father in 2020 by admitting him in this non ventilator hospital without knowing, instead of arranging a ventilator they forcefully asked to get the patient out of the hospital. Few may support this hospital saying what they can do for not having a ventilator, but for those who support will not understand my feeling or loss.

Intensive care unit doctors are not having adequate experience for handling the critical patient. They are all well trained to brain wash our mind. Before we going to lose our beloved family member all the doctor team one by one will come and tell lots of stories but they doesn't have the skills to improve the critical patient health. While declaring the death they all are well trained to do a role in flim "Ramana". They will inform us in the 12 mid night. .

They said "pay the extra money (40K) without bill or else they cant do the surgery". i suggest everyone to skip this hospital if you option.. I surprise to see 3000 positive reviews... To the management, Fire the insurance lady and her manager. Hire professionals to deal with patients. You can't shout at patients and attendees. This is simply unacceptable. Please be aware this is a hospital which will try to readjust depending upon how they feel convenient and not for the expenses incurred. ECHS should be aware of the mal practices which is been going on this hospital. Be very careful while dealing with these arrogant bunch of inhumane people including the director who happens to be the expert.

Worstest hospital in the city. My poor mother passed away here because of their lethargic time frame for operation. The waited 24 hours before doing surgery. When in reality they should have operated immediately to remove blood clot. My mother went into a Coma. The attendant was pinching and slapping her thighs and legs so hard to wake her up. My poor mother. My mom died due to their slow process. They were the reason and we spent Close to 9 lakes for what?? For my mother to die? False promises disappointed.

DOCTOR and NURSE service is outstanding. Poor washroom service, especially in general ward where there is no handwash/Soap/sanitizer available. Post going to the toilet we need to go to 3rd floor at the top and then wash hands with handwash. Basic hygiene not followed. The same rule is for drinking water as well. I hope this is the way a middle class people in General Ward are treated with bed change of 1700 per day . Atleast the management must look into it for the betterment of future patients

My mom Santhi H admitted in hospital. Ambience was totally positive and friendly. They took really good care and gave a rated treatment with a high attention. Also, they let the patient know their state and gives positive boost to overcome. Their diagnosis on handling and analysis of problem were beyond appreciable. Gratitude for all Nurses and Doctors esp Dr.Balaji, being so humble and friendly.

Certainly like every other review, its money minded hospital. They are under CGHS but they denied admission for dialysis patient. Such a horrifying experience, we spoke to the hospital twice before bringing the patient for av pistual surgery. We paid 3000 for ambulance and after reaching the hospital, the doctor denied admission saying he don't know who gave these information. Need not be service minded but atleast be human. Situations can happen to you also.

I had chronic condition which went undiagnosed properly for 2 years after seeing multiple doctors including Apollo and other big hospitals. It had gone to a very severe stage and fortunately I met Dr.Balaji who was the most caring and skillful doctor who was able to correctly diagnose and treat my condition. I regret that I did not meet him earlier and am very thankful to him always for saving my life. Also during treatment, he was always motivating me to get better and always grateful for his mentoring and owe my current success in life to him.

Got my husband's gall bladder surgery done through laproscopy by Dr Balaji recently. It has been a very good experience. Dr Balaji is a fantastic, dedicated, soft spoken doctor with years of experience & expertise in this field. He makes a personal connection with his patients & explains everything patiently, which is lacking in most hospitals these days. The hospital staff is very cooperative & helpful.

Went for consulting a normal fever few times and most of the times they try to make you admit even without doing anything. Just to fill the beds and the extra money. It's better to avoid such mentality as today even getting treated as OP patient is also becoming unaffordable.

Noble Hospital, as mentioned they are healing touch for the patients. This is the second experience for me, earlier my wife got admitted for dengue and now for my father severe anemic problem, they healed both of them. Myself covered under CGHS, Dr. BRB is friendly and caring doctor and constantly giving health tips even to the patients family, Dr. Arun is another good one, billing wise Ms. Merlin is pro in handling preparation of bills and supportive staff nurse and helpers are friendly in nature expect few of them. Same way some duty doctors are adamant and they are not listening to the patient family members when the patients are admitted in ICU. Management has to identify those duty doctors and may advise them to handle polite with attenders. Treatment and diagnosis are splendid, blood banks can be installed inside the campus, I knew infrastructure is already compact, but some how it can be done, lift is often getting malfunction, bed stoppers not working. Some speedy actions can also be taken to give treatment in general ward. Discharge closure procedures are getting slow due to manual entries etc. Overall it's an hospital even for common public to rich ones.

I had a knee arthoscopy done at the Noble Hospital in Jan 2024. The surgeon was good and that is why we settled for this hospital. I was asked to get admitted at 7 am for a surgery scheduled for 1:30 pm. I finished breakfast by 6:30 am and then was asked not to take anything orally. Until 12 noon, no one came to the room for surgery preparation. I went and reminded the nurses and they said that they will come with complete nonchalance. At 1pm, still no one had come. I was without even a drop of water and what should have been a routine IV started within a few hours of admission, hadn't started with only half an hour before surgery. I had to go again and remind the nurses, that I was to be operated in half an hour. And then, All Hell Broke Loose. 4 Nurses rushed, one started IV, one put the urinary catheter, someone shaved me legs and one person administered test dose. And I was rolled in for surgery within 20 minutes. But the horror had just begun. Despite my multiple requests stating that I was on my period, I was sent to the OT without a sanitary pad. Just before the surgeon came in, the OT staff helped me with a pad and I was left with it for the next nine hours. The whole experience was dehumanising to say the very least. Please think over many times, if you are getting admitted here. Over and above the stress of hospitalisation and surgery, the inpatient experience can be very traumatic. It took me a month to heal and write a review.

During CORONAVIRUS period in 2021, I was infected by delta covid, I was not able to breathe and had the worst problem of breathing and so I went to this hospital literally asked them for oxygen they flatly refused and chased me away! They had no heart evil people who did not have any empathy. I ended admitting myself in kumaranhospital. This noble hospital wS the reason my mother died they waited for hours before the doctor showed up for surgery after a ONE day of bleeding in the brain and ear. Horrible people who couldn't attend to my bleeding mother??? Worst experience, they did surgery so late we ended up losing her after operation after 10 days. They are thesole reason mother lost her life!!! Period. No doubt. We are sad and upset everyday 😒 we lost our mother due to poor service of this hospital. Worstest hospital.

I would like to convey my sincere and heartfelt thanks to Dr.Balaji sir for his interest and humbleness in treating the patient. I was admitted with severe unbearable pain due to gallstones recently. Immediately in emergency Dr.Arun sir treated me well and relieved the pain. Next three days I was on procedural observation . Since I had multiple stones I came to know that the surgery became tough. But all those hardships are overcome and today am well because of Dr.Bala sir. Above everything the real care and attention and those consoling words gave me much confidence. Such a great person like Dr.Bala sir is a boon to the society. I thank him and his team of doctors and nurses. The house keeping is also regularly maintained neat and clean. Felt like at home.

First and foremost thing about Dr. Balaji Ravilla Baskaran, he is not at all a money minded doctor. His humanitarian nature should be appreciated. He listens to the patients complaints very patiently , afterwards he used to give his suggestions..While hearing that itself v will be half cured. V can ask any queries and he will clarify everything in simple language. I considered him as my own family member and more like my own younger brother. Another plus point I noticed in him that he is a firm believer of God Almighty. Whenever I go for review he used to call me by my name( ANCY) . I m wondering about his memory power. Now I am 60 + but so far I didn't see a doctor messaging in WhatsApp. So v can ask any doubts or v can call him and ask, he will reply it very politely .He is having the power of healing touch . What all adjectives can v give to a doctor he is the one who deserves all that. He is the shining star ⭐ in Noble hospital. So dear Dr. continue ur service to the humanity by giving ur healing speech and medication. GOD bless u abundantly. ANCY JOSEPH, Adyar, Chennai - 20

My grandfather was admitted in the hospital. The treatment and management is very poor. The nurses are never caring and very irresponsible. They don't have basic equipments. Admitted my sister a few times for acute episodes on CCP. The treatment given was exceptional, especially, by Dr. Balaji Sir, who took care of my sister as one of his own family members. The guidance and advise shared by Balaji Sir has helped to a great extent. As the hospital's quote says; healing touch is noble, it indeed is, when it comes to Noble Hospital and Dr. Balaji Sir. The hospital staffs such as the Nurses who are available 24/7 to assist in different shifts, the assistant doctors, duty doctors, receptionists, Insurance staffs, billing staffs, lab assistants, radiologists, pharmasists, were all extremely helpful and supportive. I would rate Noble Hospitals as one of the best hospitals in Gastroenterology. I really appreciate, ackownledge, and extend my hearty thanks to Noble Hospitals, and Dr. Balaji Sir!

I would like to highlight 3 best things we encointered here. 1. The staffs working are really helpful and fast. They understand the mindset of the patient and work fastly and effectively 2. The nurses a big salute to them. Really on time.to change the IV. 3. Last but not the least Dr. Balaji Ravilla. More than medicine it is the confidence he gave and empathy he showed in understanding the issue was mind blowing. Hats Off. Prayers to God to give Doctor good health peace and strength to continue this noble.service.

Last week I got admitted at Noble hospital purasaiwalkm, Chennai as I was suffering from severe breathlessness..I was treated well holistic way with medicine, food, physiotherapy, thorough investigations and the spiritual healing touch of Dr BRB...He also insisted on living the natural way by eating less, having sattvik food, doing yoga and pranayama. My Father was admitted here for the last 5 days now for his gastric treatment. He also visits our hometown in kolkata once a month for consultation. Dr. Balaji Ravilla truly has an admirable personality who cares & treats the issue from its root. We were especially pleased at his simple & sustainable approach for treating my father's age old issues. The only downside we felt was the hospital canteen's unsanitized food & the problem of language. Such a reputed hospital should have bilingual staff as they treat people from across all states, since it comes handy when the patient needs to communicate. Otherwise, we owe and strongly recommend the Doctor & Noble hospital for their noble treatment.

Dr. Balagi has been ground to earth human being. He provides medication for precise issues and believes in appropriate dosage for illness. He is the first doctor who reaches out to the patients with full respect. He ensures there is positivity around us than medicines.

This hospital is echs empaneled for ortho. But when the ex service men patients call the hospital for appointment they avoid them by say the ortho doctor is not available. If they don't wish to serve why do they enlist for it and put the patient to so much suffering .Hope the concerned authorities would do something regarding this for the people who served their country

I had my GI procedure done in Nobel hospital recently, the hospital was so well equipped and the team of Dr’s and nurses are so professional and knowledgeable in their field. The hospital is very clean and well organized. My favorite part of the stay was Dr Balaji’s morning rounds with his kind smile, clearly and elaborately explaining my progress, and my care plan for the day. Since I work in the healthcare field, to see a Dr. with so much patience and kindness it’s hard to find. So if you find yourself in Nobel, then you are in the right place. My sincere thanks to all the angels in Nobel, πŸ™πŸΌ.

I want to share my experience in Noble Hospital, Chennai. The hospital is very well organized and hygienic. Dr. Balaji really gave me confidence and completed the operation successfully. He is excellent in dealing patients and also a kind hearted man. He is a doctor with so much patience and clearly clarifies all our doubts. The motto "healing touch is noble" is well suited to the hospital. My sincere thanks to Dr. Balaji Ravilla Baskaran & his team of doctors, nurses, caretakers etc. πŸ™
