You can visit and shop for the best products. They have started furniture it seems. Separate stall for Lakme beauty products. We brought olive oil, wood pressed coconut oil and a longer t-shirt on offer . Best place for glass and plastic containers.

The reason I am giving single star is.. Staffs are behaving without interest. I think something problem in the management. In my uploaded photos, there is sale "buy one get free", but they refused. They told me, forgot to remove the information . and also they are not removing. They never mind that. That is the reason there is few customers only. Reliance Big company but worst service. I am thinking they are going to close the business soon.

Good deals on top of manufacturer offers. Good for shopping daily home and kitchen needs. Spacious too. Not cheap for clothings. Multiple branches can be found everywhere. But none of them open 24 hours or even after 11 pm

This Big Bazaar is spread out entirely on the ground floor. Has lot of parking space. This mega store is neatly arranged with one long section for clothes and the other section for household items, cosmetics, groceries, fruits and vegetables. I was not happy with the staff overall. The checkout area needs improvement.

Previously called Big Bazaar, this hypermarket is very neatly arranged , spacious, clean and have great discounts . The staff are very courteous but the Billing system is a little slow. Parking area is big. Generally crowded on weekends and festive seasons.

The shop was very spacious.It had a parking lot for customers free of cost.One can also take the trolley to the car/scooter for transferring the bought items from there after security check of the bill.The shop had variety of items including the household items,groceries,toys,books,pillows,bedsheets,fruits,vegetables,drinks,kitchen utensils, electronics,fancy items,clothes,travel bags,blankets,detergents etc. the staff was co-operative.There is some work going on towards the last part if the shop and the display arrangements were still to be made for some items which were played in baskets and trolleys at many places.Overall,it was a good experience

One of the best shopping place in chennai.. Probably the best prices you can ever see.. All necessary items need for a home to run can be spotted here at bulk with good price.. Neat and clean.. Good services.. Always this place is a little bit crowdy.. Located interior and cant find in normal roads if you are new to this place.. The building is still in construction and needs to be completed soon.. Chats are available at the outside place of big bazaar. Parking is free and ambitious place is available. I would rate 5 once the bill counter moves faster than it goes(usually slow) This is what irritates there.. Nothing much.. Check out the pics for more details..

Worst experience faced, purchased Bed spread, due to billing issue either refunded the money nor given the pitched items. Already 2 times visited the outlet no resolution. Vadapalani outlet. Hope I will get resolution at the earliest.

For fortnightly and Monthly shopping, this would be a very good place. Very spacious and large collection of items for the whole house is under one roof.

Taken over by Reliance, they still have to fine tune the place so that our shopping experience becomes less stressful. There are no placards hanging to indicate the items on the shelves. Even though it's the first week we visited, some important items were already missing off the racks ...and there's no refill either ..most of the time one is forced to buy larger quantities when you just want a minimal amount...it's only fair to sell a product in all types of weight permissable. Staff are still vague but try to help. The same goes for the billing area.

From what I had seen when the shop started their clothes collection has tremendously improved besides the provisions side is very well stocked. The passage needs to be improved and they need to add some plants

No doubt they have good quality goods but very often they make spam calls to visit the store. Once you get into the store you will realize that all the offers they promote are nothing other than an illusion.

One stop retail for most house hold items. The only annoying thing about this place is their constant audio harrasment on selling their Aavin milk at less than MRP promo. This voice runs 24/7 which is very unpleasant. Not sure how the staff cope with this irritating monotonous and repetitive barrage of this message. Some soothing music with intermittent promo actually draws more customers. I doubt if i would return to this store again to hear this verbal torture! Would have given higher rating if the auditory experience was pleasant

It's a great place to shop ,great atmosphere and friendly staff. U can only go during the offer period for buying clothes its way cheaper(company brands) and totally worth it.

Visited multiple times this place. Food court is actually small and located inside the compound but outside the shopping mall. There are two small shops out of one provide all type of snacks, soups, coffee and tea.Other one provide all type of chats and burger. Earlier there were four to five small shops.

This place has been changed to Reliance Smart Bazaar from previously present Big Bazaar.The New hypermarket is very neatly arranged , spacious, clean and have great discounts - 6% off MRP , the staff are very courteous and the Billing system is excellent.Its way better than the old Big Bazaar and Spar Hypermarket present in the same road opposite side in Nexus Vijaya Mall ( earlier Forum Mall). Pl visit and see to experience what is mentioned in this review.

Always been favorite place for me to shop dresses. Love their salwar and kurthi collections. Separate trial rooms are available for men and women for size check before purchase. They have some year round deals going on for grocery items which is an added attraction for customers. They offer free home delivery for a min purchase of Rs. 500 and you can also purchase online and get them home delivered. You also have store pickup options for a min purchase of Rs. 250. Altogether a good one stop shop for multiple item purchases. Huge car parking and bike parking lots available for a very nominal fee.

Huge place with ample parking. If not ' pin to plane' almost all things under one roof and amply stocked.After renovation,the place is looking a little rundown. This is truly a place where shopping is made easy,so i hope that they pull their socks up and go back to the days of superb stocking and happy shopping

Went to buy a fridge. There was no one in the counter where fridge were kept in display. When I reported and sought help A guy came our and asked what I wanted when I said fridge the immediate reply was no fridge available for sale. very bad attitude. I had seen many fridge iin the display

Great experience especially on cloth section. Lot of option and variety available in men clothes and women section too. I have pur purchase few cloth item here and completely satisfied. Vegetable price is quite high from outside marker but logically justified since they are selling under roof of brand.

Bad experience. when we visited many dress was there in offer so we took a Jean which was kept that under 50% offer.. when we went for billing and we have billed it.. when we checked the bill they have told it was not under offer.. before selecting the dress we have checked the sales person, they have confirmed us it was under offer.. too much confusion with offer display board.. what ever they displayed in offer amount and billing amount was different.. fresh vegetables where not available, even they have not cleared the old vegetable.. it's disappointing and no proper response from sales people
