The hospital staff were friendly and hospitable. The receptionists were kind and helping. The place was clean but some places were found not so clean (near toilet region). But the overall hygiene quality near patient wards was nice. The food quality was good but can be improved. The stay for the patient's attendees was also taken care of (wrt the food and sleeping bed). The hospital is recommended for emergency treatment.

We went for the whole body health check and had a really great experience. All the tests were done in half a day which is something I've not seen done in other big hospitals I went for health check in the past. Also most of the tests are done in the same building which makes it even better. The coordination from the health check team is amazing, worth to mention Grace who is the lead. She was always available to help and very cordial. I would recommend here for any health checks. Also the whole body check plan I chose seemed to have more tests than comparative tests from other hospitals.

I recently experienced the home care nursing service provided by Kauvery Hospital Chennai. We needed to give my father an IV injection at home since he was not in a position to go to the hospital for this. Ms.Pauline Charles and Ms.Agalya from their home nursing care team visited us. The whole process was very well handled. They were prompt with the booking of the service, reached on time and were fully prepared for the service. They were very professional and thorough and waited for some time after the IV was completed to ensure there were no reactions. Their service is very useful for non-emergency nursing needs needed at home. The charges were also quite reasonable.

As always, excellent experience. I've been to the ER thrice for various food poisoning etc situations . And other out patient treatments for myself and family members. Always great medical care, state of the art equipment and kind attentive staff. So peaceful we forget what we came for This time, took my nephew. Navin in ER was very helpful as are all the staff. Check out the color coordination uniforms of the different departments working in tandem. Lovely!

Awesome hospital with very friendly and compassionate staff. I went for a master health check up and they did a very methodical and quick job. All tests were done within three hours. Instructions were clearly written in all places in English and Tamil 👍. Very clean facilities with a nice look and modern equipment. Well organized. The way they use WhatsApp to coordinate and communicate is awesome. Kudos and thanks to Ms. Grace, master health check coordinator who got me all the reports in half a day!

An excellent hospital with all the facilities, Especially in cardiac diseases. They treating a patient with heart diseases carefully and an excellent prognosis will obtained because of the Cardiologists and the staff's from CCU. The service in CCU is extraordinary, the staff's are working so hard, I wondered so many times by watching them doing their job. Even though the situation got very busy, the staff's are handling it perfectly with a smiling face and without any tension. They never Turned their faces towards a patient. And the Cardiologists are also great, they are available 24/7 for cardiac emergencies. Very Friendly with the patients and explaining the Condition of their health status in a detail manner.

I was thoroughly impressed. Neat, clean and hygienic house keeping all areas within the hospital and rooms in Day care. Competent compassionate and friendly doctors attended to me. The staff - viz secretaries, attenders, nurses and other staff down the line - appeared well motivated and happy overall. I did talk to many down the line, no cribs or grouses. Your HR dept seems to be doing very well. Over all an excellent hospital experience. The best part -- it didn't make me feel as if I was in hospital ! Very worst!!!! No proper car parking, valet drivers are very rude and misbehaving. I'm the owner and they are calling me as "Driver" with such a cheap tone. I have a pet dog with me inside my car and I'm asked to park on road somewhere near a rubbish street. I'm coming for a treatment and they are thinking I'm some random person who came to park for free. Is this how you treat a patients attender? No separate parking for doctors and they are shouting at patients to park in some random places and come by walk. I thought this hospital has good reputation and will survive for next 2-3 decades, but not sure now with this kind of behavior from security and valet parking drivers.

Excellent hospital and the service is awesome. Dr Anantharaman sir is very kind and humble also best cardiologist so far we have seen for my parents. All the staff and nurses also very caring and treated so well. When it comes to blood test it's a small lab and only one staff to handle the big crowd. That is the only issue with this hospital.

The service at CCU was very good. The nursing care was very good. My father was admitted and he felt the nurse took care of him very well. Housekeeping also were helpful. The room partition was not adequately planned. And furnished with a single wall fan for one patient and two ceiling fans for other patients in a specially designed room 544 is the room number. Aside from that, I was really pleased with the treatment and the very professional and compassionate service at Kauvery Hospital. The staff and sister have been quite pleasant and helpful. Good neighborhood hospital with excellent doctors and nursing staff, but poor administration. It took over 8 hours to get discharged after doctor authorized our discharge. Overly cumbersome process between nurse station, kauvery insurance department and insurance company for financial dues settlement. With no updates coming to patient care giver, we had trek multiple floors many times and personally intervene to keep the ball moving. This was very tiring and a big dampner when the patient was all excited to go home.

Really good hospital. They take care of the so well as good as their own family. Prices are also low compared to other multispeciality hospitals.

The hospital was clean and the staff very friendly. The doctors were very friendly and the treatment was really excellent. I had got my mom admitted for a gal bladder surgery. A patient representative was alloted to assist throughout the consultations and admissions. Customer rep Ms. Dharshika was really very humble and helpful, who was there with us to help until I got my mom discharged from the hospital perfectly. Thanks to all the nursing and cleaning staff who helped us very patiently. The food provided for the patients were also very good.

Very good hospital, very good staffs, perfect diagnosis, no unnecessary charges. I recommend strongly. But what i observed during the prolonged period, there is a huge gap between the medical management and the hospital management that requires a solid bridging. In my opinion, the latest technology is not being used by the hospital management and to be addressed upon. It takes more than 5 hours to get discharged. As of now the post procedure review is horrible. Even after a week or so, we are unable to meet the Dr, pity is that we are still kept in Dark as we would be able to meet the Dr or not. This I am writing after waiting for more than 3 hours. I am seriously thinking of changing over to a different hospital aa the protocol is not patient friendly.

Admitted a 90yearold lady in twin sharing room. Highly short of nurses. Reception staff rude. Doctors doesn't give clear picture. Tests done without consent. Reports not given unless you insist. yet i would say it was the best hospital to go few years back. It has grown and also slackened. The doctors are certainly the best. Dr. Jeevagan urologist is one doctor an expert and with clear advice. These are my personal experience.

The doctors at Kauvery saved my father-in-law's life when he nearly died last week. Without delving into personal details, the doctors did an excellent job of neither over- or under-medicating. Every decision was taken in a holistic way with consideration of repercussions. They appropriately prioritized care to stabilize Appa, but at the same time never failed to remember and return to other issues later. They took into consideration both older established treatment courses, but also newer guidelines. The only aspect they might improve is communicating the rationale of treatment decisions to the patient and family in a more timely manner, but I reserve judging them too harshly on this point because of the compelling need to prioritize patient care in the moment.

The services during the hospital stay for my surgery was excellent. Mr. Surendar from admission helped us a lot and the way he speaks to the patients was very good. Overall the nurses here were very much caring and also food serving was very good and really people were following up for each and everything starting from the admission till the time of discharge.

Was treated so well By Dr Sujay Susikar sir and team. He made sure my mom doesn't feel scared for surgery and carried out surgery in a great way. Staffs in Kauvery were also very good. They looked after my mom so good and she was in safe hands while she was admitted there. Thanks to ward staffs like annadurai anna, sundari akka, sisters like Nithya, thamizh, kalai.

My mother underwent treatment under the care of surgical oncologist, Dr. Sujay Susikar and his team at Kauvery. He was approachable, patient-friendly and definitely boosted the patient's confidence from consultation to recovery. Nurses, admin and housekeeping staff were also very considerate and provided timely services. The private room at the hospital was spacious and well equipped with all amenities amidst the covid pandemic.

From admission stage till discharge stage nice care was taken by all concerned.Nurses were very kind and helpful. Precise diagnosis & total care given by the team of doctors lead by Dr.Sivarajan. All nursing staff, admin staff did give wonderful support. Food was good. Patient service team was good. Housekeeping, ward boys did a thorough job. Physio team gave good support.

Emergency & ICU ward had been taken care very well. Nurse availability was quite delayed in general ward. Staff & nurses were polite. Cleanliness can be improved. Doctors are very professional & work as a team consist of one senior doctor along with 3-5 doctors. Uniform has allocated separately based on the hierarchy level. I had personal experience with the vascular team. The senior doctor Dr.sekar N & team treated me & cured completely. Thanks to the team!

The services were good in overall. Everyone took good care the Doctor and sisters were friendly. I could see special efforts taken for children to make them feel comfortable in the hospital by giving them some activities and spending some time with them.
