Was looking for this dollar, although they didn't have it in stock, they took us online via Skype to check the design from their other branches. In two days we got it from the Tirumangalam branch. Very good service from Mr. Mohamed Basith, reasonable discounts as well and I personally trust the quality of gold in GRT.

Not so big store. Prime location. Service can be improved. Collection also need to be improved. Parking facility is neither too good nor too bad. As in all other branches, wastage is very high and they do the reduction of 1 percent of wastage if we ask for gold. For Silver exchange it is robbery. For the exchange of Silver bought in their store, they consider only 75% that is if the value of the exchanged old Silver product comes to 100, they consider only 75 rs.

Although they have few car parking slot in front of the showroom, I believe they have more space available elsewhere. I preferred going with my bike that makes life easy. Service is good as usual.
