I recently had the opportunity to visit MGM Healthcare in Chennai with my father, and I must say that our entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped foot into the hospital, we were greeted with warmth and compassion, making us feel at ease during what can often be a stressful time. One of the first things that struck me about MGM Healthcare was its immaculate cleanliness. They patiently answered all our questions, provided clear explanations about the treatment procedures, and were always available whenever we needed assistance. After this below post received a call from MGM immediately, they apologized for what happened. They gave another appointment. And took very good care. And explain about that day. It was an emergency situation itseems. They promised this will never happen to any other in future. They gave very good care. Thank you Ms.Vino. Had a very bad experience in MGM hospital went for a scan. I was taken appointment at 7pm went there by 7 :5pm . They asked me to wait 40 min. After 40min I don't see anyone in hospital staff to tell about my discomfort. So after 1:30 wait time i cancelled and came out with big disappointment nobody was there n front reception to scan room.

A well maintained multi specialty hospital ideally located, having separate block to accommodate all vehicles with efficient valet parking facility. A Well maintained lobby area with good seating arrangements. The administrative staff are polite and well trained. Cafeteria is well maintained and has veg & non veg counters. The filter coffee is served as per preference with a smile.

They have the best Doctors. Dr. V. R. Roopesh Kumar treated my partner. He has been no less than a messenger of God. His excellence at brain surgery gave my partner a second chance in life. And about the hospital..it was a comfortable stay. Overall, the nurses were concerned and helpful. However, they should improve their response time at the 10th floor as we had to wait for 30-40 minutes sometimes, after the patient requested for help. Having said that, Liza and Anju were exceptionally good and they have been blessings to us. Overall a great experience. Keep up the good work and bring smiles to all the patients and their families.

Came to the hospital with my wife under emergency. The team was very good and professional. The doctors and nurses did a great job. Moreover the support staff was great and friendly. The hospital food is great. The tests came pretty fast and everything went well.

They Provide Excellent Treatment and Service by Dr.Madan Mohan & Support Staffs..They Are Very Unique that they give assurance of fixed price for the surgery this is not avaiable in any other Top Hospital in Chennai.

Great Hospitality and utmost care by doctors, admitted here due to flu positive so I should be isolated in single share room which is bit expensive starts from 7k per day... if it's room tariff under 5k then it might be better for insurance claims also. Aprat from room charges all doctors and nursing services are very good. Patient Food also better than other hospital, thanks to Dr. Thomos George and Team for treatment.

I had a great experience at MGM hospital in Chennai. Sunita and the rest of the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The doctors were knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped. I was impressed by the quality of care and service I received at this hospital.

I came to the hospital for my annual checkup under Dr. Georgi Abraham (Nephrologist) and was asked by him to see Dr. Srichandran (Cardiologist) for an ECG. I underwent an angiogram and angioplasty for arterial blockage. Both the doctors, their team and the hospital staff took very good care of me and I would recommend others to plan their treatment here without any worries. The hospital has doctors with expertise and the staff is extremely professional. The food for both patients and visitors is great. The facilities are top notch and the patient rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

Hospitalisation is too good, went for emergency labor. The way they treated us at midnight was so good. Couldnt ask better. Dr. Lakshmi mam was very polite and knowledgeable , she is supportive from the beginning of our consultation. We are thankful to her. Hospital cost is high, but it is explained up front in financial counselling. Decision is yours to make.

The staff was really polite & helpfull. The hospital seems like a luxury hospital. I had gone here to have my 3rd dose/ precaution dose of COVAXIN.

I underwent liver transplant under Dr. Thiagarajan sir. Kudos to the entire team. From the nurses, cordinators everyone were excellent. They were like a family to us. They took care of me as like a child. Post surgery the follow up was prompt. Very much satisfied. There is no more words to express my happiness. I am from West bengal and came MGM for my treatment. I had to undergo chemotherapy along with a surgical drain. I had fear regarding my current physical condition and my personal life especially my work. During my treatment, Pavithra psycho oncologist met me and supported me mentally during my chemo cycle. I shared my queries with trust with her. Every cycle she meets me and helped me to manage my worry and overcome my problems. She has done a wonderful job.

I was admitted for surgery advised by Dr.Dakshayani mam. I have been consulting with her since 2019. She has always been very polite during all her consultations. She explains everything to us very clearly. Overall the experience was excellent right from the admission process to discharge. The rooms provided were clean and we had 24/7 service with healthy food options. They had well equipped OT, on call doctors and nurses were supportive throughout the process. Thanks for this wonderful service and I would definitely recommend MGM hospital to my family and friends.

Even though the costs are high. The way in which Dr. Veda Padma Priya explained us and answered our questions with cheerful face. Patient and family members got hope it will be cured by this doctor. Staff of each and every department were also to-be appreciated-wonderful guidance and quick response. Hope my dear wife will be cured soon.

The quality of testing are good and they have modern instruments. -- Original: Came for the master health checkup. Extremely lacking co-ordination to manage the patients. Need to follow up continuously and get to know if our records are moved from one place to another. Unless and until you speak for the record, it won't move . The check up place is crowded like a fish market and the organisers are not aware of managing it.

First of all it is a renowned hospital . With all the facilities that should be present in every hospital. Not talking about just the normal facilities we get in the hospitals it has advanced technologies and uses advanced techniques for the treatment of the patients . I should also mention about the politeness of every member working in the hospital premises. My brother has got a chance for internship here. And he himself was directed to strictly follow the hospital guidelines n the always Maintaining an approachable gesture to comfort the patients, etc etc

We have delivered our baby at MGM helathcare and the facility has been a 7 star from the ward staff to the NICU staff ward ladies and the food all have been super top will highly recommend this place to deliver your child. Labour room staff - sarla, Sangeeth, vani, baakya nurse Ward girl- gayathri (night duty) and rajeshwari (day duty) have been a very good support thru out and has always been helpful.

Doctor Bharat orthopedic surgeon is very smart and very fast, upto date in his knowledge. He assured me confidence saying for another 20 years I don’t need to worry with smart knee replacement technique. He mentioned that the treatment given in India is much better than US. Also he made me walk on the day of the surgery, on the second day I was able to go to the restroom with the help of the walker and nursing assistance. The nursing staff is very professional and the Housekeeping staff also keep asking our requirements frequently. Dietician is very good, took Individual interest and asked me several questions. Physiotherapist was very helpful and made me walk by his encouraging words. The food service is excellent. The food they provide is also very homely. There are many varieties in the food menu also. My son who is a US trained doctor is impressed with the room facilities provided here compared with the facilities provided in US hospitals. Overall I’m completely satisfied with the treatment and the hospitality staffs.

No matter what, whether you visit to get a treatment or as an attender, do not miss to have your breakfast/Lunch/Dinner at 5th floor cafeteria, I can 200% assure you won't regret the food. Especially the executive chef Mr Shariff's hospitality will keep you mouth filled with his kind words and sharp memory. MGM 5th floor cafeteria became a lunch spot for myself as i might at times come here just for their meals and live station. I felt the 5 star hotel's taste and presentation with very affordable price like road side shops. @Shariff please stay here and serve more people with your smile and happiness. It makes people happy who come with sad face !!!!!!!

Got my mother's bilateral TKR done, very happy with Dr.AB Govindarajan, one of the best for TKR in Chennai, amazing infrastructure, very soothing and calming. Nursing staff is very courteous. Food is amazing, we ordered Jain food throughout and it was amazing. Everything about the hospital is perfect. However not giving 5 star cause at the time of billing behaved like a typical hospital, no info, no hand holding, no information.

Very neat clean and professional. The best part is there is a personal touch to the healing here. The doctors and support staff are very helpful. You actually don’t feel your in a hospital but a place where you can feel confident that you will be healed.

On the whole, the experience was good. But the only concern is that while paying the money, the already registered patients could be handled faster. I had to stand in the queue for a long time along with the non registered/first timers whose entire details had to be filled and their payment made. Instead, if you can handle the already registered patients separately for the payment, it will quicken the process for us. Thanks for your understanding and follow up....

I got admitted in MGM for my second delivery. The experience here was very smooth. All the staffs were kind enough and the service provided was best in class through out the stay. Discharge process was also hassle free and quick. The treatment provided here was too good and all the staffs and doctors were very helpful for speedy recovery. Room maintaince and hospitality was too good. I would Recommend this hospital for any service.

MGM Hospital single-handedly changed my opinion of hospitals in India. Dr Georgi Abraham makes this hospital great and so do all the other doctors, PTs, nurses, dietitians, staff, etc.Dr Georgi made my Mom feel so much at ease and inspired confidence in helping her to walk out of the hospital healthy. She is on the path to recovery like he committed. I don’t normally think of a hospital as being a place where patients look for good food, but having had to help take care of my Mom who was admitted to MGM, I realized how important this can be to a patient’s experience. The staff was excellent in checking on my Mom’s food choices and always went above and beyond to accommodate and make her experience better as she received treatment and recovered. Executive Chef Shariff was so patient and attentive to her needs. Whether it was pomfret that needed to be spiced a certain way or mutton spice balls, no request was ignored. Thank you!! Also Dr Georgi Abraham, Dr Nagarajan, Dr Eugene and the hospital doctors, PTs, Dietitians are just excellent. Dr Georgi was always so caring and direct speaking and gregarious, Dr Nagarajan was so skilled and thoughtful in everything that he did, Dr Eugene helped calm my nerves down when I was stressed over my Mom’s health.

Went on a day long healthcare checkup package. If I didn't have high blood pressure before I went in, I certainly have it now. All day you are made to walk and up and down the building. There is no efficiency of process. Sometimes they just send you on a blind mission without going through your reports. The technicians are nice but the customer facing staff at receptions are very tricky to deal with. They have cat fights among themselves in front of you. They took my money for the package and promised to give me change in the afternoon and then never did. I was so tired from all the running around that I forgot to ask as well. I forgot quite other things from that package as I just wanted to get out by the end of the day. I was told I would finish by 2pm. I was there from 8am to 5pm on a weekday. Never going back again for these so called health checkup packages.
