Доброго дня.Вчора зранку записала дитину до педіатра,приїхали на визначений час.Лікаря не було на місці.Я запитала скільки мені чекати,на рецепції відповіли,що вже іде у таксі.Через пів години підходжу знову,мені пропонують перезаписати мене на інший день,при чому дівчина на рецепції робила вигляд і була з дуже незадоволеним виразом обличчя ,таке відчуття що в чомусь є моя вина ,а не їхня.Я спитала чому так довго немає лікаря,вони мені сказали сімейні обставини .Перед нами були люди,які чекали вже на той момент 40 хв.В результаті ,я з дитиною попали до лікаря через годину після запису.Лікар приємна,пояснила,що її вини немає що вона затрималася,пояснила що помилилися дівчата на рецепції коли записували,бо вона в той час взагалі не мала приймати ,її видзвонили коли вона була у магазині.Лікар нас оглянула,я оплатила 400 грн за прийом.Чеку мені не дали про оплату послуг.Вибачення,за те що я чекала 1 годину з хворою дитиною я не отримала.Питання:для чого звертатися в приватну клініку і платити за прийом кошти,приходити на вказаний час і не вчасно отримувати послугу за яку ти платиш?!В чому тоді сервіс за який я маю платити кошти?!
