We
heard
stories
about
this
franchise,
so
it
was
a
must
to
go
and
see.
Sorry
to
say,but
it
was
a
disappointment.
When
I
arrived,there
was
af
huge
line
at
the
entrance-it
is
a
great
sign
for
a
restaurant-
but
there
was
no
one
to
guide1
the
hungry
croud...
It
might
has
only
been
my
case,
never
the
less,
it
would
be
helpful
to
take
care
of
this.
The
huge
grills
at
the
entrance
and
the
open
kitchen-hall
style
design
really
has
a
whoaaaah
factor,kudos
for
that.
On
the
other
hand,
very
poor
job
with
the
ventillation,
the
whole
place
smells
like
kitchen,
a
very
heavy
oil
and
grease
is
all
over
the
place.
Huge
crowd,
extremely
noisy
hall,
the
paper
place
mat
insted
of
tableclothes
and
the
paper
aprons
are
typical
in
these
style
of
restaurants.
Writing
the
order
on
the
paper
is
also
often
common
in
the
US
(
Crab
Shack
in
LA
for
example...)
Hard
to
get
the
attention
of
the
waiters,
and
they
forget
everything.
I
stood
up
from
the
table
3
times,
for
different
things.
At
the
end
we
gave
up
ordering
(
with
a
party
of
7
it
could
mean
a
lots
of
money...).
The
food
with
the
exeption
of
the
pita-style
bread
and
the
salad
of
course.....
was
all
look-warm.
Interesting
idea
to
chop
the
ribs
tableside,
it
could
be
a
great
show
if
it
was
done
like
one,
and
not
done
by
a
waitress
with
such
annoying
expression
on
her
face,
looking
at
the
wall
instead
of
the
guests,
and
rolling
her
eyes.
Smile
does
the
job
at
all
the
time!!!
She
was
so
upset,
she
didnt
even
notice,
that
the
meat
pieces
were
flying
on
all
over
the
customers
near
by.
The
place
opened
just
a
few
weeks
back,
so
it
was
interesting
to
have
the
tableside
butchered
ribs
served
on
a
wooden
tray
completely
broken
to
a
half.
It
is
cool
to
have
a
style
of
eating
with
hands,
although
it
should
be
an
option
for
cutleries
if
anyone
wants
some.
Not
easy
to
get
through
the
home
fried
potatoes
with
fried
egg
on
the
top
with
bare
hands....
We
men
are
easily
adopting
to
these
circumstances,
but
our
women
companion
were
not
excited
at
all.
We
found
the
food
very
bland,
tasteless.
Little
to
none
seasoning
on
the
ribs
or
the
herrings,
and
no
option
to
add
either
more
salt
or
pepper,
as
it
was
not
provided,
and
we
gave
up
waiting
for
the
waitress...
All
in
all,
the
design,
the
idea
was
great,
it's
visible,that
a
lots
of
money
was
invested,
but
it
will
be
a
one-time
experience,
no
one
from
our
group
wishes
to
go
back
again.
