Wow! This place will knock your socks off! The staff was super friendly and attentive. The place was quiet (we were about the only people there though). The food... tasty doesn't do it justice. Delicious doesn't cover it either. I had to make myself stop eating. So good! Come put this in your face hole!!! Enchiladas Verdes. Fat-n-Happy

Just tried it last night for the first time. Great burrito! Always love these little hole in the wall restaurants. The people were very friendly, and the food was excellent. Just when I think I've had the best, something a little better shows up. I highly recommend you try this place. And between 10 and 13 dollars for a big burrito is a excellent value.

Friendly, clean and yummy. Not your typical Mexican restaurant. Family owned and operated. #supportlocal

Really good flavor in their breakfast burritos. Great portion. Made to order. My wife and I really enjoyed this place. Oh and they have this great tasting tea. I forgot what it is called but it is very good. They also have an entire bakery and ice cream. You could come here for breakfast, lunch, dinner and desert. The location is inconspicuous so if you drive to it keep an eye out for the big colorful sign.

I really enjoyed eating here. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The tacos asada were amazing as was my chicken entree. They serve fresh homemade corn tortillas and a homemade red and green salsa which were all fantastic. I did not have the opportunity to try their homemade pastries or fruits but everything looked fresh and appetizing. Great food, great service and very reasonable prices.

Their tamales are awesome, and the baked goods are divine. I haven't even had a chance to try the ice cream or fruit ices because I have been so distracted by everything else; there's so much I want to try. The prices are honestly lower than I expected. Definitely give this place a try.

My family tried La Ideal for the first time today and everything was excellent! The employees were so sweet and didn't laugh at us when we practiced our Spanish. My kiddos got basic nachos which is nothing exciting ingredient-wise but the ground beef was very flavorful and delicious. I had a Pastor torta and it was so good. My husband had a variety of street tacos and enjoyed them all. We had to try a few of the yummy desserts and were very pleased with those as well. The Tres leches cake was fantastic. I wish I had taken more pictures to share.

Ordered four breakfast burritos (tocino y chorizo) to go and they were all delicious! Loved the warm sauce on the side something that you might enjoy on juevos rancheros. Very sweet ladies, very busy, and the bakery food looks and smells amazing. See you next week!

I would give this establishment 6 stars if I could. The Chimichanga was huge and the flavor was amazing! The Tamales are fresh and authentic!!!! The prices cannot be beat for the quality. The wait staff was so kind and sweet. I will definitely be back every time I needy Mexican food fix!

One word: FANTASTIC. My husband and I have searched for YEARS for food this authentic and flavorful in Atlanta Metro. I think we finally found it! The menu has tons of options, the meats were cooked perfectly, PHENOMENAL handmade tortillas, and incredible portions for the price. We’ll probably go again tomorrow 🤣

Food here is amazing!! Corn tortillas are literally made from scratch. The owner is a great guy and I love that they have the option of zero sugar, zero calorie tea sweetened with Splenda!! My grandmother and my children love their desserts (I’m currently working on losing weight so I take their word as they cannot seem to get enough!). Though I am not of Spanish descent, I always feel as though I am at home when I frequent this location.

The tamales are a ,10. The cakes are perfection. It is a casual place with counter ordering but a nice open seating area. The food is fresh and homemade. Very friendly owner and staff. If you ask for it, he will make it for you.

DO NOT GO EAT HERE! Service and food aren’t good. We walked in to this place, sat down and were given a menu. We chose our items and ordered them. I ordered an Horchata water and a shrimp cocktail and my husband ordered a barbacoa torta and horchata as well. The horchata water was made with syrup you can just tell; the torta was ok but the shrimp cocktail was watery and with a weird flavor. We didn’t complain about it, ate what we could and we went ahead and pay the bill. Total was $32.40 + $6 tip. We got the receipt and left the place. We got in the car and started driving then I noticed the prices on the receipt were a little off from what we saw in the physical menu so I decided to call. I asked the girl if she could give me the prices of the items we just had from the physical menu. Horchata water on the menu was $2.89 and they charged us $3.7, cocktail was $13 something and we paid $14.50 and the torta was $8 and we paid $10.50!!! The girl on the phone told me they have had the same physical menu for over 4 years but the prices had changed recently. I complained about not letting us know beforehand and she said it was my fault for not reading the fine print on it stating that the prices can change anytime. She had an attitude about it and asked me what did I want her to do about it???? like idk a little accountability would’ve been nice! These girls were giggling while I was on the phone, so disrespectful.
