They
should
start
calling
in-store
orders
by
numbers
and
not
just
what
ppl
ordered.
I
was
order
1174
and
there
was
a
lady
that
was
order
1171.
She
ordered
two
avocado
toasts,
two
sandwiches
and
three
drinks.
All
I
ordered
was
avocado
toast.
They
called
out
avocado
toast
and
order
1171
grabbed
it
and
asked
where
was
her
other
part
of
the
order.
I
assumed
it
was
mine
but
since
she
grabbed,
I
let
it
be.
They
informed
her
that
they
only
had
two
toasters
working
and
it
would
be
coming
soon.
They
call
out
two
avocado
toasts,
two
sandwiches
and
she
takes
that
as
well
and
leaves.
After
waiting
around
14
minutes
for
toast,
it
was
just
me
and
a
young
man
with
a
job
application
waiting
near
pick
up.
Since
no
one
asked
if
I
needed
anything,
I
went
to
the
cashier
to
check
up
on
my
order.
Someone
apologized
for
the
oversight
but
they
will
make
it
right
away.
Waiting
more
than
15
minutes
for
toast
is
ridiculous.
There
needs
to
be
a
better
system
for
in-store
orders
to
avoid
this
happening
again.
The
toast
was
good
by
the
way
but
the
service
could
be
improved.
I
understand
that
COVID
has
changed
things
especially
with
staffing
and
everything
takes
longer
but
it
appears
as
if
they
were
well
staffed
perhaps
too
many
people
in
the
back
and
considering
everyone
had
their
order
except
me,
I
don't
think
staffing
was
the
issue
here,
just
customer
service.
