Rough morning at the Dunkin' that included an overcharge, and a bagel bag being thrown on the counter by an angry bagel toaster that apparently uses a flame thrower to prepare food. I ordered 2 bagels toasted and a dozen donuts, 3 of which were specialty donuts. My total was 28$. I questioned the total. They said it was because of the specialty donuts and then totaled it again. This time it was 24$. I paid, looked at the receipt, and I had been charged for 12 individual donuts. Once again I questioned the total and while my appeal was under review, the bagel toaster approached and tossed my bagel bag on the counter and stormed off. The donuts are good. The bagel disintegrated into ash.

It's an okay location, fore warning its a 84 B health score!! I been going here for 4 years, cause its the ONLY spot on this side of town at all. I wish they would build their own location, the gas station gets insanely crowded, I often do not sit in line because people will cut infront of you, or need you to move so they can get out of the spots, or honk non stop till you move to get where they want to get. The coffee is a hit or miss on being delicious vs clearly old AF. The food almost never gets made correctly - expect that. However is only location, and they seem to pay well because they have tons of employees always working. Any place that pays well gets my support, locally most hire in the 15/hr range so speaks good on this place they have so many employees choosing them.

Even though they were busy provided fast & friendly service. Breakfast sandwich was hot & iced latte was cold. Donuts were great! Clean & well organized location. County health score is currently 100.

I rarely do negative posts....this place needs to get it together. Incorrect drinks all over counter. Our drinks were made wrong. Mine had regular milk when we asked for almond milk....huge mistake! I'm still dealing with the impact of the milk allergy on my body, 4 days later.... My husbands was minor had wrong flavor syrup and no sugar. The reason people use different milk is not to be bougie....it is due to dietary concerns (religious, medical, diet restrictions, ALLERGY). THIS IS NOT TO BE TAKEN LIGHTLY!

You’d think with how many people stop at this location that the customer service would be great but this one seems to have a bunch of younger individuals who could care less. The young lady in the drive through had an attitude so I decided to go on the inside for a better experience. I get inside, no greeting from the young lady at the cash register and both employees acted as if it was forbidden to ask about a drink that I wanted to know if they still had. No “have a nice day” or anything after my order was paid for. I’d rather give my hard earned money to Starbucks. Do better and get better employees who actually act like they want to be in the line of customer service!

Nice clean shop. If you like Dunkin ' It's what you expect. Atmosphere is a shop off the interstate with a gas station so Three stars.

I tried the mini bagel bites, they were great! That is a perfect size for someone like me that doesn't like alot of carbs !!

Drive thru is horrible I ordered a medium iced caramel latte with a shot of espresso and chicken croissant with no BACON on 9/2, but they forgot to take out the bacon, so I called the restaurant back, and they acted like I was never there. I kept telling them I came through drive-thru, but they fail to understand. Wish I could give negative stars.

At the front of the line and nobody recognized me an greeted me today...four workers looked at me and said nothing. Another customer walks in and they are greeted "welcome to Dunkin'". They actually looked past me to speak to the person behind me and said "how can I help you". Even the other customer was asking if I had been helped. I said I was here to pick up my online order under my name. They annoyingly hand me my order without saying anything, proceeds to speak to the person behind me again. I was the only minority present, noticing a possible pattern here but can't be 100% but certainly not good customer service etiquette.

Great stop for a cup of joe. Friendly staff and super clean place as evidenced by the score.

Staff are kind and I usually go here once a week to do my studying. Its not super super clean but it's not awful. I would definitely recommend if you just need somewhere to stop and get a coffee that tastes good.

I really like the way this location is run. I was in a long line in the drive-thru but it took less than 5 minutes to order and pick up.

Inconsistent at best, everytime I come in I order the exact same drink and every time it come out different, different color, different flavor, more sweet then less sweet, blended sometimes other times stirred. This is noting more then teaching the same method and amounts to each new person. Unfortunately ontop of that today the donuts were stail and hard as if they sat out over night. Extremely disappointed in the quality at this location.

We've been coming here for years. Over the last year it has gotten so bad. Today our avocado toast was burnt and stale. Drinks are always half wrong. No donuts ever. Service is terrible. Mini bagels are cold and stale. Take care of your paying customers and give good food for the price we pay.

Now this was a pretty high-tech Dunkin! You can order at a cool screen!! And if you feel like it head on over to the gas station connected to it and grab you a bag of pork rinds!! 😃

The place was clean and the employees were nice. The coffee was hot and the doughnuts were good. I got everything I was expectingly hoping for 😁

Friendly staff don't get me wrong but you pay 9 bucks for a variety dozen and they give you only 2 kinds of donuts in the morning makes it not worth the friendly staff. I ordered 2 hash browns that I threw out. Both were warm yes but soggy and some had cold spots. You can tell they WERE made fresh but wasn't in the oven and long as the timer says they should be cooked for.

Sometimes it's 5 stars, sometimes it's 1 star. My most recent visit was fine; thank you. My visit from a month ago was not good; the order was wrong and the staff was ornery. You may ask -- why did I return? I've stopped a bunch of times, and usually it's fine. On my 1 star visit, I called the store afterwards from the road (while eating the wrong donuts, which was annoying), and to his credit the staff member did give me the manager's (owner's?) phone number. She was very polite and offered to compensate me, which was too much trouble. Anyway, this review is my way of reaching back/out to you.

They should start calling in-store orders by numbers and not just what ppl ordered. I was order 1174 and there was a lady that was order 1171. She ordered two avocado toasts, two sandwiches and three drinks. All I ordered was avocado toast. They called out avocado toast and order 1171 grabbed it and asked where was her other part of the order. I assumed it was mine but since she grabbed, I let it be. They informed her that they only had two toasters working and it would be coming soon. They call out two avocado toasts, two sandwiches and she takes that as well and leaves. After waiting around 14 minutes for toast, it was just me and a young man with a job application waiting near pick up. Since no one asked if I needed anything, I went to the cashier to check up on my order. Someone apologized for the oversight but they will make it right away. Waiting more than 15 minutes for toast is ridiculous. There needs to be a better system for in-store orders to avoid this happening again. The toast was good by the way but the service could be improved. I understand that COVID has changed things especially with staffing and everything takes longer but it appears as if they were well staffed perhaps too many people in the back and considering everyone had their order except me, I don't think staffing was the issue here, just customer service.

I do not live near this location, but if I did, I would be there on the daily! The nicest staff was there! All of my drinks were really quick and the staff was beyond amazing! The restaurant was so nice and clean and they honestly had more in there that I've ever seen at any other Dunkin' donuts! Great job guys!

Not sure what happened here but my midnight dark was supposed to be fresh as advised why I had to wait for it to brew. Plus my bakery snack was not fresh. UPDATE: 9/10/22 I visited the store around 6pm on this day. My order was handled by Jimmy, who was very customer friendly. The order was more to my satisfaction than my last visit some months ago.

Third time in two weeks that we have been given the wrong order. This made my daughter late for school today. Rushing people through does you no good if you can never get the order right. No way to call or anything. It just goes to a recording.

The new morning crew sucks and afternoons is why we make our cold coffee at home now. Take some pride in your job instead of rushing. Slow down guys. The good old crew has left the building.

It was our favorite dunkin location. Today didn't hit the mark. Our refreshers were switched with a different flavor which is completely understandable as they were out. It happens. No big deal at all. However, I also ordered 2 orders of hashbrowns and 4 bacon/cheese wake up wraps for me and my toddler. He loves the roll ups and since they don't have them anymore I found a good hack for it. We received NO FOOD. literally none of the items were delivered. PLEASE make sure your delivery drivers have BOTH bags of an order PLEASE. Uber made it easy for refunds but this definitely put a bad light on giving this location any business.

Dunkin’ Donut is a great place for a quick cup of coffee and some donuts. We stop at many of them as we travel, a little pick me up. On this visit the man who took our order made our stop even more special. He was treated us so nice, he made us feel welcomed. Thank you very much for making our day better!

Veggie bites were bussin! Super hot! Super tasty! Frozen Chocolate is my all time Fav!
