The workers are really rude and kicked me and my friend out because she thought we were stealing a ring because one was caught on the side of my friends bag. She was completely rude when my friend tried to explain how she would never do that. We even offered her to search our bags, but she was unreasonable. I am never going to claires again because no one should treat a person trying to pay money that would pay for her rent or whatever trash she wants.

NEVER get your ear pierced here. The lady marked my ears and COMPLETELY missed the dots and now my second ear piercing is too close to my first piercing. I reccomend you go to a tattoo shop or one of the mini shops in the mall because claire’s is extremely bad at piercing ears. They miss the dots and always get the gun stuck. I went back the next day asking if they could repierce them but they kept declining unless I payed for another pair of earrings. The earrings were already so expensive and I have to pay again for THEIR mistake?! That’s pathetic. If I could I would give them negative stars.

Joyce pierced my daughters ears last night and she was phenomenal. She was so patient, calm and positive she made a nervous 6 year old get through it with no problem! Highly recommend.

i love claires, but shopping today was awful. a worker was very rude to me and my friends. she said her job was to “ kick people out” and then said to us “ladies, try on the little girl stuff. its for little girls.” we are all 14 and were looking at glasses and stuffed animals. mid lmao

It was easy to find in the crowded mall, just ask vendors to point you to the store direction. It had a nice clean unique look. I got my ears pierced in a timely manner with little to no pain for my first time. It's a great place for what it offers.

The staff were sitting at the entrance of the store chatting and didn't pay ant attention to the clients trying to shop. And when asked to help they said if the items are there we could find them by ourselves on the shelves.

Wonderful store but I use a walker and store Is to tight to get around to be able to purchase anything

My daughter turns evilly demanding and gets a rather strange look in her eyes if I attempt to walk past the place, ANYWHERE Lol Diva'd out!
