Chic-fil-a is a better dining experience than most restaurants now days. They just do everything right! Customer service, food quality and cleanliness are all top notch. It’s like the CEOs of every other fast food restaurant have never been in a Chic-fil-a because it’s rare that they get two of those right. This particular Chic-fil-a is a great representation of this outstanding chain! Everything I listed above is true about this location. And like most other Chic-fil-a locations I’ve visited, I’m always impressed by their next level customer service. Obviously they’re friendly and courteous, but they have someone who comes around and asks if you need anything or a drink refill. An employee came and took our tray and trash away after we finished eating. Another employee was doing “table touches,” stopping by each table to ask “How was everything?” Each table has fresh flowers. What other fast food franchise does any of those things? If Chic-fil-a would just start serving burgers and pizza, I’d never have to go anywhere else!

One of the friendliest Chick-fil-As I've been to in a very long time. Met a friend here, the food was actually ready before we even made it to the table. We sat and talked for a while and didn't feel rushed and they even refilled my coffee and his sweet tea very politely. Chicken was good too.

We usually try to stop at Chicfila on our road-trips as they are clean and the staff are cheery. This Chicfila did not disappoint - so clean, flowers on every table, fun decor etc. Also, for those who love Xmas to come early - they had their Xmas wreaths out on the building!

We recently stopped at this location. The runner for deliveries was hanging out with friends and talking instead of doing her job. I watched 8 customers go in for their order including us. This location also has the worst parking lot/drive thru that I've ever seen in my life. Food is always great and I love they close on Sundays but will not go back to this location.

Always friendly and food is good for fast food. It gets insanely busy and screws up traffic in the area badly at peak times. Police and the staff do their best but it gets ridiculous. Whoever planned that layout messed it up. Good food. Good people. Bad traffic.

The food is good, but the order accuracy at this Chick-Fil-A is atrocious. So many times either my order has been taken down inaccurately or bagged inaccurately. You have to check your bag before leaving the drive through every time here. When I don't, the order is often wrong.

I've only been to Chick-fil-A 3 times in my life, yet don't understand the following for such bland food. People rave about the french fries but they are literally mashed potatoes shaped into grids and deep fried. Someone said I should try the spicy chicken and that definitely has more flavor. But it irritates me that they think everyone knows what's on the menu and come up to your window and just expect you to QUICKLY say what you want. They expect you to have your order before you even get to the menu board, which I didn't know that since I never go there. So there's no way to look at the menu and they get very annoyed when you're holding up the line. I even tried to explain I've never been there and she wanted me to bring up a app but I'm in the line so I don't have time to download an app. People say they're always amazed with how many cars they process but you're literally pushed through like cattle, so it's quite unnerving. The chicken noodle soup is tasteless, so is the plain chicken sandwich and fries. I did enjoy the spicy sandwich and the peppermint shake was yummy but not worth $5.19 for a Dairy Queen equivalent sized shake. I guess I just don't understand the draw and I definitely did not experienced any amazing customer service worthy of the extensive wait and unnerving process and cramped drive-thru lines especially for my large truck. Go elsewhere.

I dont normal give low ratings. But we were driving home from a long day at bush gardens and got off the highway to stretch our legs and get something to eat and this chic fil A said that it was open till 10 pm but this was not our experience this store chose to close its dining and seating area at 9 pm and forced everyone to either mobile order and do curb side or sit in the drive thru lane. This is horrible customer service and not what I expect when coming to a chic fil a restaurant. This was a huge burden as we all needed to use the restrooms and stand up and eat dinner but instead we ended up have to eat in the car cramped and with no relief. A very unhappy loyal customer.

Nicest Chic Fil A I have ever been to. I could live here. The building is so clean and beautifully decorated and the manager stoped to ask if we needed anything else. I live in Florida and was just driving through but I would make the trip back just for this place. 6 out of 5 stars

Great place to come. Staff is friendly knowledgeable and professional... head and shoulders above most other " fast food places " We have been many times and they have NEVER gotten an order wrong. The food is awesome and you receive good value for your money. Service is efficient and effective as they are well trained and organized.

Always top service, with a smile and a super fast food service. Chicken is delicious, salads are probably the best out there within a chain.. My favourite sandwich is the chicken deluxe with bacon (add on). Also the cobb salad with avocado sauce is one of my favourites. This time i also tried the kale salad and was a good discovery. This local has a kids park on top of that so both kids were playing very happily. Only issue was that my son lost his truck and even so they tried to help by searching around. The people on this chain is always very nice, friendly and really care for customer service. The environment created by this company must be very good because i always have the same service no matter what Chick-fil-A i go. Best chain out there for sure..

They forgot to add my salad in the bag. I told them about it, and they said it was at the bottom, but it wasn't. They did give me my salad. I'm glad I caught it before I pulled off. This is the first time this has happened at chick fil A.

I don't very often do fast food but I love Chick-fil-A and my friend wanted to go also. My granddaughter and her used to work there and they are always saying my pleasure to me and it always makes us laugh! However this order taker was gruff at best. She asked me my name twice -Missy and it was wrong at the window. I ordered the 5 piece nugget meal and received the 3 strip box. The person at the window was very pleasant and deserves praise. I didn't think it was worth it to call because I wasn't going to change my order. Everybody has a bad day. The only reason I'm commenting here is because this was presented to me. I believe if a person is going to be in a customer service oriented job and they're having a bad day they should either let their supervisor know and they should be put in the back or do something else for that day. Gruffness and/or rudeness has no part of customer service.

Check before you swallow. Ruined my morning. I don’t know why my chicken is black/purple. I wish the chicken would of been crispy like it’s supposed to. Instead I get a filet without breading almost every time I go, no crunch no love. Do better. UPDATE 12/9/23: Order a crispy chicken sandwich, missing the crispy part. How are you selling fried chicken with no breading?

This place went downhill it isn’t good anymore. I got sick twice and not only that the food is never fries aka the chicken. The chicken is always old and not crispy. The chicken is stringy. The Woodbridge locations are so much better they actually know how to cook the food

I often dine in at this location in Dumfries, I’ve never had an issue, the dining area is very clean, great customer service. Decided to dine in at about 840pm on 1/19/24 half way though my chicken sandwich I noticed a weird brown spot on the bun at first I thought it was burnt but I took a piece off and it was a black/brownish paste. Apparently it’s the “factory’s” fault where the buns are made?¿
