I’ve been living here for a few months now and I have no complaints. Everything I listed after moving in as a concern was addressed and fixed. My building is very quiet, I hear music when I come in the building or the kids in the apartment next door when I come inside the building but I hear nothing once I adore my apartment. The property manager and Debbie is a very nice lady and makes me feel like she truly cares about her tenants. The maintenance staff and cleaning staff are very nice people as well. Always a smile when I see them.I’ve recommended Linden Park to a few people who I know are looking for a new place to live and that will accommodate how close they want to be to their child’s school. I’m very thankful to be at a property where they actually care about us.

For years I rode by this location and never thought that I would be living here and I am so glad that I made the choice ..The management team is awesome and they care about your happiness.. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable to call home ..Debbie and Johanna are both Gems always Pleasant

The community managers Debbie and Johanna really do an outstanding job! They were professional, helpful, and responsive throughout my lease. With apartment living you can have various issues with neighbors (most were friendly and courteous) but they were addressed properly when brought to attention. The property is well maintained, and although I rarely had any maintenance issues the staff were friendly and fixed any problems.

When I called to inquire the leasing consultant was telling me they don’t have videos for the units to see if I’m applying to them why can’t we see them! Get it together and hire more professional people to help with out of state applicants!

Affordable, very welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is caring towards me and my family. Today my daughter picked out a Christmas gift from under tree at community party today and absolutely fell in love. Thank you soooo much

I have been living in Triangle’s Linden Park Apts for a little under seven years. When my son and I first moved in, the previous management team was disastrous. I was promised so much when I signed the lease and received nothing. After when Ms. Debbie and Ms. Johanna took over, they truly listened to all my concerns. Each time when something needed fixing, they got it done with the help of Max with Maintenance. I could have moved a long time ago, however, with Covid among us, they were there when needed. I enjoyed living here and I met some great tenants; in which we became friends. It is conveniently located to the malls and shopping, what else can you ask for.

I would like to send a shout out to the Manager of Linden Park . her name is Debra . She was so nice a knowledgeable when I asked questions she was able to answer them. the apt I was shown was really nice . Even tho I prefer hardwood floors the carpet really makes it look nice..My daughter lives in a unit now and she loves it

Do not move here especially if you are new to the state. They will take your money and make a case. Plus they charge to even pay your own. Not to mention washroom that you share and always smell smoke. Furnitures not new either, manager only try to be nice when she want your money after that's it.

I would like to express how nice and sweet the management team treated me at the time when I was looking for an apartment,even tho my yearly income was not where it needed to be at the time . I will definitely be back there. The apt that I was shown was nice and clean so in my future this is where I will bring my family. Thank you Mrs Deb

I was not sure where me and my family were going to move to when i fell on hard times and could no longer afford the home i bought. I came in and talked with Ms. Debra about the complex and what i would need to be able to rent. She counseled me on a few things and stated i just needed to appy online to see if my credit would qualify. I was terrified as i did not think i was going to be able to secure the apartment and i was scared as i was facing being homeless. Ms. Debra told me to have faith and apply, the worst thing that could happen would be me not qualifying or having a high deposit. To my surprise I was approved for the apartment, and I was elated. This would be the first apartment I have qualified for since 2012. I was excited about starting over and building myself up. Every time I've gone into the office I've been greeted with a warm smile, and they genuinely seem happy to see me as well as any resident that comes into the office. I enjoyed having time at the pool over the summer and the Christmas/Holiday Party was absolutely uplifting. As I've been on hard times, I'm not really in the holiday spirit but seeing the office's smiling faces and getting to interact with some of the other residents made me hopefully that the dark parts of rebuilding are almost behind me, and I truly have a lot to be thankful for in life. Ms. Debra really is an amazing woman who always goes the extra mile to ensure that her residents are happy and if they need someone to talk to for advice, guidance or vent she listens. She doesn't even look like it's a burden on her. I've never encountered such a great team in an apartment complex setting. Thank you to Ms. Debra and her colleagues for always being there for us.

It seems perfect to me, it is a very nice place to live, very quiet, it is a spacious place and the staff is very attentive and calm.
