    I was expecting outlet prices considering that this is an outlet shop.the staff seemed tensed and even if they did their best to cater to my requests,i felt like the shop assistant just wanted the customers out from the shop.someoane who seemed like a manager was talking to the shop assistant and i noticed that made the shop assistant more tensed.the atmosphere doesn't seem welcoming even if the staff do their best to be polite to the customers.maybe a more friendly manager would change the atmosphere around there.

    I want to thank Lauren and Kimberley for a beautiful experience. Customer service and product knowledge 10/10. We had an unpleasant experience at Gucci; we asked for assistance several times, and they ignored us. My 8-year-old daughter noticed, and it ruined her shopping experience at Bicester Village. However, our next stop was Alexander McQueen; thank god for that. They turned around our moods, especially my daughter’s. A massive thanks from my family and me . Gucci 👎 VS Alexander McQueen 👍 -1⭐️ 5⭐️

    I’ve reserved a pair of shoes, which the employee accepted. Afterwards he told me that he sold it to another person and contendet that I was too late, which I was not. I think that this is totally unacceptable, if they would tell me that they can not put it apart I would buy it at the moment

    A perfect shopping experience & I highly recommend. Due to travel restrictions, I couldn't travel to Bicester, so I contacted Alexander McQueen Bicester Village regarding their virtual shopping & Charlotte got me and accommodated me through the process. It was my first time ordering luxury goods online. However, The process went smooth, and Charlotte helped me go through every detail. I requested an international shipping service, and Charlotte was really in hand to provide me with the service I wanted. I want to compliment the quality of service and professionalism of Charlotte!

    What a great Team @ Alexander McQueen I'd like to compliment your employees at Alexander McQueen in Bicester outlet, for the excellent service provided to me and my fiancée on Saturday 11th of August. Mr. Owen Davies helped my fiancée Andrea with great professionalism, agility and a welcoming approach. I have always been pleased with the service I receive when visiting your outlets but this Saturday your staff quickly exceeded my expectations. We came to Bicester with a budget of GBP1500.00 and we spent GBP1750.00 at your outlet alone because we spend our money where we feel respected to what we are, even I was not dressed up very well on Saturday still got the service with a smile. Within a few minuets, Andrea had all the cloths she wanted to try and when the size was wrong, the staff instantly got the correct size even that the shop was very busy. I also noticed that when other customers tried items which they did not like and walked out of the store, the staff still treated the clients with great respect. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that we will continue to do be a loyal customers of Alexander Mc Queen and thanks to your excellent staff.

    Went to the store on 4/6, bought a big dress, one of the tall staff was being very helpful and friendly, felt welcome. Happy with his/their service. BUT my partner went again to get her shoes, the other female staff was showing poker face and no manner at all.

    Visited the Bicester village shop on 13th Nov at around 6pm. I have been to this shop and spent money here many times and usually the staff are fabulous. This day however there was a very rude, agressive and short tempered supervisor/manager on shift. I asked one of the team if Alexander McQueen had a repair facility for jewellery as a bracelet I had needed some repair. The assistant called over the manager who wouldn’t let me finish a single word, kept shaking her head and saying no we don’t do that and can’t help. She then said well look if it makes you happy I’ll take your info and contact head office who will be In touch if we do anything. Taken aback by this and tired of arguing and being belittled by this woman I gave my email. Of course I’ve heard nothing and am sure it was just binned after I left. Appalling person. Terrible customer service and I’d suggest she seeks an alternative job, perhaps one that doesn’t require interaction with the public
