Brought a steak slice and sausage roll, walked for 2 minutes to the lock29 and took a seat, both items were barely warm, and the beef slice had the biggest bit of gristle I have ever come across in a slice, wouldn't recommend, certainly won't be going there again.

Appalling. 25 minutes queuing to be told they didn’t have what I wanted. Missed my train as a result. Staff were just taking their time, not a care in the world. One person serving. Appalling. Disgusting customer service.

Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Basic food but ok.

This Greggs is a disgrace to the name, on my visit the tables and floor are disgustingly dirty, not been wiped or swept for hours at best and possibly all day. How this place gets so many stars rating is amazing definitely not on this visit. Staff too much chatting not enough cleaning. Anyway that's my rant over and my last visit. Yuck.

Can't fault. Nice staff and excellent food. There is usually quite a queue to be served, but it moves quickly, as they are so well organised.

I bought a Margherita pizza, my daughter had a vegan soz roll. We paid. We sat down. We ate them. It was nice. I was carrying a heavy shopping bag though, this made the experience slightly less good

All Greggs are the same. You get what you pay for. The one in Castle Quay in Banbury was good because there was nobody in it usually I have to queue

Beware of the Halloween Grinch working here, I witnessed a little child of 18 months ish playing happily with the decorations doing no one any harm with her grandparents when out the blue came this monster voice who made me jump telling the little girl not to touch, made me jump so God knows what it did to the young child, but fair play to the grandparents who turn round and told the Grinch there's ways to put your point across shouting at a innocent child is not one of them I agree no more Saturday trade from me.......

Fast service. Good quick grabs and bites. It would be more exciting to see some new options in food or sandwiches. Same stuff day after day gets a bit boring. Otherwise no complaints. Food is always fresh and hot.

Quick and efficient service, but hard to hear the staff behind the screen

Do not risk getting it delivered. The vegan sausage roll is usually undercooked, and for some reason, when ordering hot food, they pack it in with the drinks so it's cold when it arrives. Most takeaways pack them separately. Refunded!

Was able to get what I needed and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Quick service. Nice food but the Tottenham cake had obviously been cut a long time ago as the edges were stale. It was very nice inside though
