DO NOT RECOMMEND! I tried ordering via phone where they did not pick up, I then received a text from their number saying I have been charged for my order, which did not even get far enough for them to answer the phone let alone make an order. I then decided to go into the shop to order the food in person where I was then ignored for 10 minutes while stood by the counter, even while being the only customer in the shop. I then started ordering where half way through my order the man behind the counter decided to walk off to the kitchen and start talking to the chefs. I then waited 50 minutes in the shop before my food was ready, to only find there was still food missing. In this time there was 3 different people who came into the shop complaining that their order was wrong and late. The first man that walked in to complain explained he waited 2 hours for his food to come only for the order to be completely wrong. This was very much a similar situation for the others as well who came in. While being sat in the shop waiting for my food, the shop was flooded with smoke from the grills getting smoke into my eyes. The owner then decided to put the ac unit on where all of the customers were plunged into a freezing breeze. I then decided to walk outside where it was -1°c and still felt warmer than being in the shop. The staff that worked in the shop were very rude and unprofessional to every customer that they spoke to and near enough everyone who was there, their order was wrong and late. Overall I would not recommend going to this place as the customer service was awful, it took overall over an hour to get the food which was not that great and if you are going into the shop make sure to bring an extra thick coat! Overall possibly the worst takeaway around

Foreign metal object found in curry. Refused to accept it came from their food, refused to refund customer. Mocked customer and questioned why customer ordered the quantity of food they ordered. Argued and laughed at customer. If you want to spend your money where it's worth it, you'd be better off putting your money in a fire over eating at this absolute dump. Good customer service and treating other people with basic respect are skills both the staff were clearly incapable of providing.

Ordered a chicken tikka roll and it was full of salad and sauce with just about 5 tiny pieces of burnt chicken. How can you send so called food to people when it’s supposed to be a meat based dish but it looks like a salad?

The owner is lovely spoke to him a few times. The food tastes amazing and is worth the wait for sure! The taste is something you'd expect from a high rated middle eastern restaurant. The only downsides to this place is lack of sauce they give and the portion size could be a little bit bigger. 100% would recommend to everyone who is nearby. Just make sure to ask for extra sauce.

Wow im amazed they can serve absolutely horrible food and sleep at night. Small portions, undercooked meat, over cooked bread and sweet tasting lamb curry. To top it off they they have the audacity to say the food is authentic pakistani. Stay away

Recently went here, I asked if they do large Doner Kebab as it's not listed on the menu. After looking at a screen in front of him he said yes £2 extra on £7.50. I accepted it and was happy to pay. As this was the first time at this 'establishment' I was anxious to see how it was. So I should of been, on arriving home and opening it I was disappointed (extreme understatment). I paid £9.50 for what was a disgraceful amount of food. There was not enough meat to fill my hand, the salad was just lettuce. No onion no tomatoes no cucumber etc, again the lettuce would fit in a egg cup. The pitta was just a bit larger than a Digestive biscuit. I recently came back from Milton Keynes and am used to paying just under £10 large doner £11.50 extra large. Separate salad over filling with with Tomatoes cucumber red onions white onions red/white cabbage, and pitta bread that could fit 10 refugees in. I'm not one for giving negative reviews, However on this occasion I did sense that if I complained it would fall on deaf ears. How true that must be after seeing all the amount of negative reviews on here. For a local restaurant/takeaway (I use that term loosely) you would think they would consider thier attitude and quality of food to the local community. I had to give this shambles of an establishment one star to leave this review, it deserves none. An absolutely disgraceful takeaway, quite clearly taking customers for fools. I will never use this place again and I do eat at least two large kebabs a week. So their loss. I will also warn my family and friends to stay away. Disgraceful and they should be ashamed 0/10.

One of the worst paled to get food from ever asked for a large Donner and they gave 70% of the box filled with salad and a few strands of donner meat and when we called they said it’s because the salad is fresh hence the reason it looks small and charged us £18 for it.

As usual miserable locals plastering negative reviews on a small local business page, i had this yesterday and the food was fantastic and delivered within 30 minutes. Unfortunately the vast majority of the population here expect something for nothing hence why everything seems to fail. Anyway I enjoyed it and wish them nothing but success!
