We visited Oscar & Gillian last weekend whilst looking for our wedding rings. We only had a vague idea of what we wanted at the time. The friendliness, customer service, advice and guidance we were given was amazing and second to none. I actually ended up buying my wedding band there & then. 2 hours later the band had been resized for me and my engagement ring fixed was fixed and cleaned ready for my engagement shoot the following day. Upon collecting my wedding band, my partner had had time to mull it over and decided to also purchase the ring that Oscar had recommended for him. We arranged to pick the ring up 2 days later, and the ring was stunning! It wasn’t what he set out to buy, but actually couldn’t be more perfect - we really value the advice we received. I did have a minor issue with my engagement ring. However this was resolved immediately and without quibble, which is a true sign of real customer service. We are planning on returning to have our rings cleaned just before our wedding and we are already looking forward to it. I have recommended this shop to my friends and my mum already. I collected my bespoke platinum ring on Saturday. Nothing was too much trouble for Oscar from start to finish. 1st class service, attention to every detail. I am delighted, highly recommend. It was definitely worth waiting for.

We came to Camelot to buy our wedding rings and Oscar couldn’t have been more lovely and helpful. Every time we have been back he has offered to clean our jewellery for us, he has rhodium plated my engagement ring for me and we even got our rings engraved there. I would always go back to Camelot to see Oscar and the team for the way he treated us and I would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention - we love our wedding rings! I had been planning on proposing to my partner for a long time and was looking for the perfect ring, went into lots of shops and couldn't find the right one anywhere. Went into Camelots and they gave me the red carpet treatment, amazing customer service from Oscar, Matt and everyone else there. Sat with me and helped design the perfect ring, it took less than 3 weeks to be made and it was more perfect than I could have imagined. Needless to say my partner loved the ring and we will be returning to buy our wedding bands. Could not recommend them more: expertise, quality and a love for the customer.

Great service from Oscar who is very knowledgeable on his jewellery. We picked out two wedding rings with his help. He was not pushy in any way and instead provided information and opinion in a friendly and professional way. He was flexible with payment and has offered to clean our jewellery free of charge before the wedding day. The shop is immaculate and inviting too!

My husband bought my engagement ring from the team here at Diamonds of Chester Camelot earlier this year, and I loved it so much. The team at Camelot exceeded my expectations with everything. I now have a stunning diamond wedding ring, they noticed a fault with a claw on my engagement ring and fixed it thus preventing me from potentially losing the diamond and they made a very special ring smaller so that I can wear it daily. They also polished and removed all the pitted surface so that it looks like new, all with no charge. Whatever you want they do their utmost to make you happy. I now feel like part of the Camelot family, not just another customer. Give them a visit! PS they are also dog friendly!

Sedat was wonderful as seeing my distress and my tears he arranged to replace the ring free of charge including the missing diamond.What a truly wonderful service. Highly recommend, they went above and beyond to create exactly what we wanted in a very quick turn around. Redesigned my Grandmas ring added diamonds for my engagement ring also used my other Grandmas wedding band to create my wedding band to match my husbands. Even fixed and polished up some other rings. Got my wedding band from here. They were very helpful when picking one, had it ready really quickly and were even more helpful after the wedding when it needed a minor resizing. Would definitely recommend.
