Wonderful yoga class for mamma's to be & anybody else who would love to start a day in a relaxed & settled way. Great for beginners to learn the basics and experiences yogis to slow down. Very very recommended.

Good quality yoga adapted to strengthen and relief tightness/pain in pregnant ladies. Rehana is warm and conduces the class in a very relaxing way but keeps it professional and well structured. I liked in particular that she explains the exercises very well and the rational for doing them or not doing them in a certain way. As someone who has practised yoga before, I am very happy to have found this pregnancy yoga class. COVID-19 safety measures are in place and the room itself is spacious. Highly recommend this class!

Very much enjoyed the mummy yoga class, plan on returning very soon! Prefect for beginners to advanced as given options for a lot of the moves to make it easier/harder. Went on the recommendation of my nurse due to back pain and noticed a difference after just one class!

A wonderful relaxing way to exercise in the 3rd trimester! I just wish I’d started earlier in pregnancy as I thoroughly enjoyed the sense of calm as we stretched and moved preparing for labour. Perfect for any level - I’ve never done yoga before but there were some much more experienced women in class who were able to adapt the exercises to their level. Thoroughly recommend, Rehana is kind, professional and empowering.

I had been to antenatal yoga classes before Rehana’s class in my previous 2 pregnancies & I have to say that her one was by far the best. I very much enjoyed every class; such a relaxing environment but also felt like it was of real benefit physically & mentally. I highly recommend!

MummyYoga is a welcoming and relaxing yoga class for mums to be! Rehana is so knowledgeable, and takes a real interest in everyone’s wellbeing. The exercises can be adapted to suit your needs and growing bump, and Rehana encourages you to do what is best for your body, without any pressure. I have been attending MummyYoga from 23 weeks pregnant, but you can start at any time - even if you have never practiced yoga before, this class is a lovely safe space for meeting fellow mums to be! I will certainly miss MummyYoga once I’ve had my baby, but not to worry, as Rehana also has a baby wearing yoga class which I will be trying with my little one!

I adored going to MummyYoga classes when I was pregnant. It felt like the ultimate self care for me and my baby. At the start I often felt my body was tight and by the end I physically and mentally felt relaxed and at ease. Rehana is authentic and intuitive with a wealth of knowledge and compassion. I loved being tucked up at the end, lying down and listening to her soothing guided relaxations 😌

I attended MummyYoga with Rehana throughout both of my pregnancies and consider both keeping active through yoga, and the support and guidance from Rehana, to have been instrumental in my two very positive births. The classes are very inclusive and require no previous knowledge or experience of yoga; Rehana guides you to work with your changing body and prepare both your mind and body for labour.

Amazing class, I 100% recommend to anyone pregnant whatever ability. The class helped all my pregnancy aches, prepared me for birth and ensured I could make a quick recovery afterwards. Rehana gives lots of options for different abilities and the group is so welcoming, it is more than just a yoga class!

My partner and I recently attended the Breathing for Birthing workshop. We both felt very positive after the session and gained a lot of knowledge and techniques to help us in the next stage of our birth journey. Thank you Rehana.

Rehana is a lovely yoga instructor and always conscientious to work around our growing baby bumps. Through her own experience of doing yoga all the way up to childbirth (40+ weeks), she teaches moves that help us open our hips and prepare for a smooth childbirth experience. My acupuncturist recently confirmed for me that the bones in my lower back that open up for birth (I’m 33 weeks) are perfectly aligned and he believed it was due to my yoga practice (he often treats pregnant patients whose bones are misaligned as they expand and shift into place preparing for birth). I leave Rehana’s class every Saturday morning feeling rejuvenated and restored, light yet grounded, and generally happy and thankful, likely due to the focused breath work and energetically calm environment. One of my favorite results from the class is the social connections. Meeting other mums-to-be and sharing tips on maternity clothes, nursery equipment, and stories about our shared experiences is invaluable. I can confidently recommend Rehana’s MummyYoga class to any mums-to-be at any stage of pregnancy.
