    Speaking from someone who experiences intense anxiety, the idea of going to the gym always seemed impossible to me. Ingrid has managed to install enough confidence in me that not only is the gym possible, it is also something I enjoy and look forward to in my week. She has amazing knowledge and can provide the tools for you to improve yourself, but more importantly, she genuinely cares about your well being and makes you feel much more then just a client. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for being a genuinely good person who wants the best for people.

    Ingrid is such a passionate and realistic trainer. She makes me look forward to every session. She definitely knows her job and makes it enjoyable. I’ve absolutely had no regrets. She helps you feel confident about fitness as a whole. Ingrid should be called “No bad Vibes”. Absolutely excellent at her job and I’ve had no single regret. I will definitely recommend her a million and one time❤️

    I cannot recommend Ingrid enough to people! I’ve been using gyms for nearly 10 years now and i’ve never felt the confidence that I now feel, in a gym and within myself, since starting with Ingrid. She is so unbelievably good at what she does and she is so patient with her clients and genuinely cares for them. I used to see training as a chore but now I look forward to my sessions… I look forward to pushing myself and trying new things as I know that I now have the support to do so. I used to be quite embarrassed of my fitness and the level that I felt I was at before I started training but Ingrid has always made me feel comfortable and from day one I have always felt so welcome and not judged in the slightest which I feel is so important when starting with a PT. My lifestyle has changed for the better since starting my training with Ingrid and I feel so much healthier, i’m achieving PBs constantly and i’m using equipment that I never thought I would. But most of all i’ve never felt happier within myself… training with Ingrid has had such a positive impact on my life physically and mentally and I cannot recommend her enough!

    I have always wanted to improve my strength and size and have been going to gym for years without actually getting bigger. I didn’t know what to do but Ingrid has helped me massively with understanding the correct form, nutrition and workouts to get bigger. I am seeing great results and would recommend for anyone struggling in this area! Also Ingrid does pad work that I really enjoy, which has given me the idea to enter my first white collar boxing event.

    Where should I start.! Ingrid is an absolute 💯 star. My fitness was bad and my confidence as an older client , was at an all time low. With her guidance I was able to enter the gym again and from the very first session she made me believe I could do this ! And I did, I smashed nearly every workout, and even when tiredness was apparent she adapted the sessions so that I always felt 💯 times better leaving then when I arrived. She was able to dentify that my MH was an issue and taught me so much about positivity, I can't thank her enough and I will forever be grateful to her.Ihave no issue recommending her for any fitness journey you maybe on..

    I have been working with Ingrid for over 12 months and she really works me hard! She is very knowledgeable about fitness and healthy eating. The constant support from Ingrid is great. She always full of energy and is always ready to go on a training session. I would definitely recommend Ingrid.

    Ingrid is an amazing PT that really has a passion for fitness and her clients health. I highly recommend her to anyone needing that extra boost as she always puts her clients first and prioritises their best interests. If you are thinking of getting your fitness journey on track training with Ingrid would be the best option.

    Ingrid is an incredible, patient and skilled trainer! She has great energy, is understanding and very encouraging, helping me to push and work towards my bodybuilding fitness goals. She has very affordable rates as well, and I couldn't recommend her more as a PT

    Ingrid has really encouraged me and kept me motivated to reach goals I never thought would be possible for me. She has amazing knowledge on all things fitness which has helped me a lot also and always explains things clearly. Ingrid's sessions are fun yet challenging and have allowed me to see health and fitness improvements each week. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a PT!

    Ingrid is a fantastic trainer. Always willing to be patient and work with you to make sure you get the best out of your sessions. She is full on encouragement and made exercise enjoyable which is something I’d never thought I’d find

    Ingrid has been a great strength and conditioning coach helping our class, of mixed experience levels, push ourselves in a safe, supportive and friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed the way she leads her sessions and would recommend others to try them too!

    I have recently started PT sessions 1:1 with Ingrid and find her approach to coaching understanding and informative. She takes the time to understand what your objectives are then helps you apply them in 1:1 sessions whilst regularly checking in on your progress throughout the week with personalised video messages.

    Ingrid, is the most amazing, supportive and encouraging person I have ever met. She has given me lots of advice and really helped my on my path of fitness and because of her encouragement, my ability and confidence has grown immensely, I absolutely love training with her
