Very unfriendly staff, had to clean my own table and put cups up on side then was informed it's a card only policy? N refused legal tender aka cash. Won't be back again! Would not recommend!

Doesn't accept cash. Order to sit in and you are given a paper cup. What's the point in offering sit in cups if you are not going to give them to customers who want to sit in? Very disappointed. Used to be great service.

Very grubby inside with dirty tables & chairs and litter on the floor. Yet only a few people inside. Visited around 3pm.

Dumb and lying starbuck staff We ordered 2 cortado, my wife has received large cup of something (not cortado) so my wife said this is not in the proper glass this female employee said we don’t have any glass. I said this is just milk, so my wife took it back only them to put more coffee in it, when we tried to drink it wasn’t cortado it was just milky coffee as the ratio is all wrong. So, I took for the 3rd time and got angry they made it in a proper glass with proper proportion of milk. If it was hot, it would of taste better. Anyhow second guy who made the cortado said “ you didn’t need to get angry just tell us”. “I said we tried 3 times but you lot still didn’t get it”. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A COFFE AND THEY ARE LIERS. (as they said they didn’t have a glass to make cortado in the first place), and the coffee they make is bloody cold. Why would you buy an expensive coffe and not to get what you want? End up disepointed and angry to ruin your day😡 thank you lying stupid starbuck staff 👎

Had coffees and sausage barm cakes which were fine however certain things let them down. I can't speak for the gents toilets but my wife said the ladies left a lot to be desired. The internal layout could have been better thought out. As you enter you fed straight into the exit from the counter.

Went into Starbucks on the greyhound park on Tuesday and they only had one member of staff working. The wait was horrendous. Evan the uber and just eat drivers where walking away, empty handed because the lady just didn't have enough time to serve them. The lady behind the counter did the very best that she could but surely she shouldn't be put under this amount of pressure. Come on Starbucks look after your staff better than this.

Nice place to be but looked like a chimps tea party had just left when we arrived. As seems the same with a lot of coffee houses I've been in there are never enough staff to clear tables leaving you to do it yourself! The staff that are in are run ragged. Not their fault....

OK. Prices still high and a dog had been allowed to sit on bench seating which was covered in hairs. Used place for convenience as we were in the area. Not sure we would return.

After a visit to this coffee shop I was left disappointed by the service ordered two Christmas latte said that I was staying inside when lattes arrived they were in paper cups and when asked to change them into cups the member of staff wasn’t pleased but when they had been done after a wait the latte was just left on the counter while other people were served so the latte were missing their little Christmas sparkle

Perfect location, great to meet friends and family as there's a good amount of seating that can get together. Free WiFi means I can happily work from there too.

Today I made an order, I asked for a latte with coconut milk of a small size. The woman began to ask something additionally, when I said that I did not understand her, she repeated something to me again very rudely. Then, she moved away and began to say something to the barista. And in the end, I get a large latte with coconut milk. I have never seen such a terrible service before, I was very upset. I was in a hurry and no longer talked about the wrong size of my coffee. Just a spoiled mood for the whole day

Had cappuccino and a blueberry muffin. Friend had vegan almond and raspberry cake. All good. Also dog friendly.
