2 people working only - I could see this and didn’t mind the wait. Think they had online orders to do aswell. It wasn’t busy inside at all, probably 3 people in front of me and no one behind. Old woman who was serving was very rude, not only to me, but the people who got served in front of me. I was shocked. Very blunt and snotty. Maybe she was stressed, but why take it out on the customers? My sub was way over toasted and they didn’t have any olives.

You would think £9 on a sandwich i would get a healthy filling! This is by far the smallest most pathetic sized sandwich i have ever had from any subway! Brendan my server didnt even fill the pathetic sized spoon propely and when i questioned it just brushed me off...... do not use this subway

Honestly, a very unprofessional experience from the staff made me wonder if it was due to my skin shade. I’ll just leave it at that, gladly, some other reviews help point it out.

My sandwich was cold and cheese wasn’t melted at all when I asked for it to be toasted. The blond boy with curly hair was horrifically rude and spoke to customers very poorly. The elderly lady gave disgusted looks to people as they would walk into the store. A female who worked there forgot my cookies and kept signing whilst talking orders and abruptly slid my cookies on the counter. There were no friendly manners, no thank you or welcoming attitudes. Sandwhiches we’re poorly made. A lady behind me didn’t want her sandwich toasted to which the blond boy questioned are you sure u don’t want it toasted and pulled a face after the customer said no. The service and food was overall extremely poor.

3 staff members on and the wait time was ridiculous. The food wasn’t fresh and establishment wasn’t clean. Staff were extremely unprofessional

Quite the tight space but such friendly staff. Quick service makes it easy to just grab and go on a rush day!

Food was what you expect, service was terrible asked for a footlong meal deal and kids pack, a kids pack being hard to miss hear so i come to pay and since i dont go often i think nothing of the price. Then the guys walks of so i asked about a cookie for my kids because of the meal deal "oh you didnt ask for one" yeah i did i do every time, no option to upgrade or pay the difference he just walked of, lot of people in the shop at this moment so i left should of just grabbed 2 drinks and crisps and walked out Decent food/terrible service

Honestly the worst subway experience I have ever had, the staff had such a strange vibe, there was a rather plump fellow a young guy and another guy, they all had a strange dynamic, I it was like I had either interrupted an argument or they were lovers an I really couldn’t tell, the way they spoke to each other was far from professional, the sandwich was thrown together, the meat balls were stone cold and chewy, in general just tasted awful, didn’t ask if I wanted salad and drowned it in sauce to the point it was dripping out the end, I will not be going back in this subway. Just wana say the young lad wasn’t really being strange, it was mainly the pump chap and the guy that didn’t speak, I dunno maybe he couldn’t speak to English, but I didn’t like the way the plump guy spoke to him, he was like “get more salami” an when he came back with it he was like “ finalllyyyy”! Just really rude and sarcastic, very odd experience
