I've now had 2 appts with Rachel (which have included Reiki, massage and reflexology) It was all amazing. The treatments are such high quality. Rachel is friendly and puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. She is knowledgeable in all areas and explains everything in such an informative way and is happy to answer any questions. I've never felt as relaxed as I did during the reflexology today. Rachel has magic hands! Highly recommend and can't wait for my facial in 2 weeks time. Thanks again Rachel xx

I have had the Winter Warmer package with Rachel (it is so reasonably priced, I couldn't resist!!), in addition to a couple of massage sessions. Rachel is a brilliant massage therapist. She is friendly, passionate about her work and she really tailored the massage sessions to my needs. She has a wonderful set up so the gorgeous space she works in contributes to the experience by creating a relaxing, pampered feeling. I would highly recommend Rachel as a holistic practitioner!!

Sublime. The only word I can think of that discribes the treatment I had. I knew I needed more self care but it was actually my dentist who suggested I needed to take time for holistic therapies, having gone to him thinking I needed every tooth in my mouth filled. My teeth were ok. My face, shoulders and neck were the problem. So my journey of self care begins with Rachel. A brilliant facial and back massage which will be routine from now on. Everyone needs this so they can function and feel their up most best to tackle the road ahead. Thank you Rachel, you are skilled, professional and caring.

I've been going Lifestyle Holistic Therapy for about a year now and can honestly say it is a wonderful experience. Rachel is a lovely person, very professional and her knowledge is second to none. As soon as I enter her spa cabin I am at ease. All treatments that I've had are truly relaxing, particular favourites are Indian head massage and Reiki. Never believed in Reiki before but I have been converted. Highly recommended!

Booking was super easy! I had reflexology with Sue, I could of fell asleep I was so relaxed (I think I did at one point). After my treatment Sue was super informative and let me know how my body may feel, she was totally right. I have a bad shoulder and suffer with regularly occurring tendonitis and the day after it was the best my shoulder has ever felt! I have had to book back in so I can have regular relaxing treatments!
