Not the best…had a few from here just waiting in hope that it improves, no such luck! ALWAYS turns up either tepid or cold (as tonight’s order)…ALWAYS thrown together…ALWAYS late (we live appx one mile away)…ALWAYS wait forever or get turned off when trying to ring, new management needed. Swerve it guys, the local kebab house is a safe bet…and cheaper!

Ordered food at 20:20 kept checking my app and it said preparing, it got to 21:20 so I thought I'd ring the store, I rang them 3 times with no answer at all. I had to bike to the store only for them to say oh yeah sorry about that. My food wasn't even being prepared, I had to wait in the store for my food to be made (it was only 1 pizza and some cookies) i was promised a few extras as a "gesture of goodwill" that I never received and I had to bike home one handed carrying everything. Not a great experience not going to lie. I didn't get home until 22:00. I will not be going back

Terrible experience, will never order again. We ordered pizza and sides for four people. When it showed up, a side was missing. We called twice to get it, and were promised both times it would arrive shortly. Never showed up. Unable to get refund for not delivered item. Horrid custumer experience. Stay away.

Went to the location after getting alert by mail that order is ready for pickup. Had to wait some time before someone acknowledged me. She could not find the order, walked away and ignored me. I had to call someone who seem to manage the place after waiting for some more time and had to show the mail with the item list before he located order in the warmer. The display in the front did not show my order as well. Three star is only because the food was good. Think they don't have enough staff to handle the volume and the ones there are not trained for customer service

Difficult to give this one a higher review at the moment as the quality control is so varied. We've had delivery from them a few times and it's almost a coin flip whether your pizza will be too thin and falling apart or brilliant as ordered. I think they just have too few staff and not enough training as we've had to wait almost 2 hours in some instances. It's a shame I can't rate of higher as the actual staff in there are very friendly I think there's just not enough of them unfortunately.

Used to be pretty good, last 2 orders made me poorly, definitely need to keep an eye on your cross contamination and food hygiene

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Dry pizza with zero cheese and missing toppings. Wrong sides. This place is consistently awful go somewhere else!!! When I called to report it I had to have the same conversation 5 times with 5 different people! Couldn’t understand anything I was saying!

Pizza as always was nice arrived timely however the driver told me he had forgotten the 1.25 litre drink and implied due to the distance he couldnt go get it, i said i will try and get a refund then after calling the store and being told "something" will be sent to me i neithier got the drink or the money for it
