Was purchasing my first pair of diamond earrings and Talia, was lovely, I came in to visually look at the sizes and she was great and was able to show me all sorts. Then when purchasing I was still indecisive yet she was amazing and said I could exchange them for a different carat so I didn’t have to worry. Absolutely amazing customer service more stores should be like this! I’ve recommended to friends and family and some have them have ordered to. Will be purchasing my diamonds from here going forth!!!

Talia was really helpful. I used other website browsing companies for a ring and it was a hard sale from them to buy straight away without any support. Talia was really helpful and helped with pricing and working with my budget. She also helped making it a process of gathering the funds instead of constantly waiting for her to respond to me and making it a waiting game from them. As I proposed in New York, Talia was also helpful in sending good spots to propose in. A really good experience buying the ring which I love and so does the new fiancé. A shame it was over email as she was a lovely person to talk to so can only imagine how amazing she would be in person.

Kieran helped me to get an engagement made up and was infinitely patient with my changing requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and he is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He added so much value by providing the benefit of his experience and exceeded my expectations by getting the perfect ring back to me ahead of the expected date. The end result was an incredible engagement ring which she can’t stop looking at! I visited a number of jewellers when I started looking at rings but didn’t receive any of the warmth or enthusiasm Kieran displayed from any of them.
