Food amazing! Staff amazing! Atmosphere amazing! Best Italian I have ever been! Re booked for next week will be here all the time, staff made a big effort for my Birthday and got the whole restaurant to get involved, definitely worth a visit! A+

Hands down the best Italian I have eaten in a long time! And I LOVE Italian food! The service was second to none!! We hadn’t booked a table and took our chances at getting one on a Saturday evening in the heatwave and although they were fully booked they squeezed us in! Everyone was lovely, and given that it was 30 odd degrees too I can’t say many others would have been as pleased to be working or serving people. The atmosphere was great, my husband said it reminded him of when we are on holiday and eat abroad! The food was delicious and well presented, it tasted just like proper Italian food should! They gave us some limoncello to try and tried to knock it off the bill when my husband said he didn’t like it - although we still paid for it and more as the food and service was such excellent value for money! Honestly we have paid far more at places in the past that don’t come close to the amazing atmosphere, superb service and fabulous food! Thank you so much for a wonderful meal and a lovely time and we will most definitely be back again!

We were in the Hoole area for just 3 nights, discovered this place on our first night and would have eaten here every night but they close on Tuesdays (for a well deserved day off). We hadn't booked a table in advance but they squeezed us in despite it being exceedingly busy. Service was excellent, friendly, attentive but not intrusive and also very helpful when you can't decide what you want to eat! Food is absolutely delicious, generous portions and very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Amazing restaurant, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was brilliant. They are totally aware of gluten free celiac. They explain the cook it in the same oven but on its on separate tray. The pizza i had was a amazing. My 5 year old daughter said it was the best pizza ever, the staff were really good with her to boxing up her pizza to take it home. Qnd the gluten free was lovely. I would say book because it a very popular place, the phone was always ringing for bookings. They do do take away aswell. We will be going there again

When I booked my table for 2, I was confident I was going to enjoy the service. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we were not disappointed. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was buzzing. You could tell why it was so busy. Even when we finished, we felt we wanted to stay longer. I look forward to returning soon.

We stayed in Chester for a week, had takeaway on two evenings. Pizzas one night, pasta dishes the other night. Very nice food on both occasions. And made in reasonable time, especially considering how busy the restaurant was. And friendly staff too! Highly recommended!!!

An absolute gem. My wife and I love to go here with our 6 year old. The staff are so welcoming and fab with our boy and make such an effort. He loves going! The food is fabulous, from delicious starters to amazing pizzas and pasta. A treat for all. Thank you so much and we will be back soon.

We have been going evere since the resturant initially opened in Hoole, Chester. We have NEVER had a bad meal - always consistent (excellent) - and the team there are fantastic, as the photos show. Great food, great atmosphere and totally recommended.

After my friends have raved about this place (especially through lock down for their takeaways) I was glad to be trying it for the first time. I absolutely loved the atmosphere it was nice to see so many people enjoying themselves and the smell when you arrived was so good. The menu has lots to choose from that I found it hard to decide haha. The food I ordered was amazing and just the right portions. The only reason I've not given a 5 star is that we had to ask a few times for water to be brought to the table and when we wanted more drinks, again we had to ask a few times. Other than that the service was really good. I'll definitely eat here again and would recommend it.

The food was fantastic and the staff couldn’t be more attentive and friendly. I was concerned about it being too noisy as I am hearing impaired but they put us in an alcove against a back wall. It was very busy even though it was a Monday night but a great atmosphere and not too noisy. Couldn’t recommend it more. Thanks Made in Italy!

If you don't want to leave UK but like to go to Italy, go to the MadeInItaly Restaurant in Chester. It's basic, it's loud it's like in a family restaurant in bella Italia. Very good Pizzas and the other mains looked delicious. Tiramisu like made by Mamma.

Beautiful food, great atmosphere, great service, and their takeaway service is just as good and portion sizes are very generous!

What can I say, amazing Italian restaurant experience... easily up there with anywhere I've been in Italy. Dropped in on the off-chance with no reservation and proprietor went out of his way to find us a table for two for an hour (that's not too say you should do the same, they get very busy... do them a favour, ring ahead and book!) Food was top shelf; my pizza was as good as the ones I had in Florence, wife's veal was melt in the mouth, desserts to die for. Great staff, great atmosphere (some might find it a bit busy but it's Italian... that's how it's meant to be). Highly recommended if you're visiting Chester or Hoole.

Fantastic service Amazing atmosphere Food was great

I don't know what to think about this place. First off, there was no AC and it felt like it was 85 degrees in there while it was at most 75 outside. Just very uncomfortable. Second, it's absolutely hectic since it seems to be very popular. As a result, service is a bit of a mess. I had to work hard to get the bill and then pay it. You'd think they'd want the table? As far as the food, my pasta was great. My wife didn't like hers though. So kind of a mixed bag for us. The AC and service issues will prevent us from coming back.

This was not made in Italy. (although I have eaten there. This was the amazing food and drinks next-door at POCO_CHESTER. Dog friendly great staff
