I use this as my preferred guaranteed free place to park when I visit Chester. If you head past the Tesco, and then through the Cop, and stick to the path that goes alongside the river whenever possible, it's a pretty and relatively short walk into the city centre.

Handy if you also want to visit the chester retail park as it is literally just across the road. This tends to have more home based stores like furniture village, currys, magnet and then tapi, halfords and homebase around the corner. Plenty of free parking and not far from B+Q, tesco, aldi and wickes stores.

It's nice these days to visit fresh modern Retail Units with free out of town parking that you can purchase everything from a latte to a big screen TV. Regular place for me to visit !!.

There is a great selection of shops here (and decent sized stores) but traffic is an issue getting in and out

There is a black boy racer car parks in the Costa disabled park (I believe he works in costa) without a blue bagde and I report it to park authorities but they did nothing.

Pretty well all you need other than a Burger king which the useless council rejected although they welcomed Tim Horton's or something

A large store unfortunately the salesman we spoke to talked us out of buying. I was amazed that the store does not have toilets, even the disabled toilet was locked. I was informed that it is no longer in use due customer theft. I was then told that I could walk 200 yards to Costa coffee and use their facilities. I am disabled and could not walk the distance. Absolutely outrageous customer service! I will not use Curry's again and will discourage others.

Great store and had just the chairs we wanted. Lady assistant couldn't have been more helpful and found info and completed the necessary order. Loads of different items in shop, very interesting.

Currys. Awful sales person. We checked online that the washing machine we wanted was in stock at Chester and it was, said "come and collect from our store today" Drove to Chester and he told us it wasn't. Then moaned because he said people just thought they could just go there and pick stuff up???? Then proceeded to try and sell us one I didn't want and asked me why I wanted a Bosch one as it was made in Poland insinuating that it wasn't as good. Surely in this day and age that remark is completely unacceptable. The bosch one was an A rating and he insisted it was a C rating even though it was on the top of the machine. Needless to say they've lost a sale and we're going somewhere else. Absolutely disgusted with his attitude. Sadly we've had to give a one star rating..he deserved none.

Went to Aldi today. The area was very busy to as usual. Don't affect the shopping, as it has a large parking area with easy access to all favourites as home bargain , lidle as such....

Standard out-of-town shopping centre, great for parking, awful for maintaining a City identity.

  • 4/5 Mark C. 6 months ago on Google

Everything you need in one place. Very convenient being between work and home loads of parking easy to get in and out of unlike some of the other local retail parks.

Always hard to park and in a place with so many big name stores and supermarkets along with a huge array of main car dealers there is nowhere to buy petrol or cargo a E V.

Excellent centre for shopping, car hunting and eating. Very large (it covers a large area), with most of the big chain shops represented. Plenty of places to eat and get a coffee and just to have a shopping experience! It's all outside with plenty of free parking.

A really badly designed and laid out retail park (but they often are). It's like the designers expected everyone to arrive by car, park by the shop then drive to the next shop, because pedestrian access to the site is difficult, unwelcoming or even dangerous, and movement around the site is just as bad. A few more trees might have softened the look of the place too.

Very nice place to shop. Lots of big brand shops. Could easily spend all day going round them all. Ample free parking. All in all, a good shopping park.

Massive variety of shops and places to eat. Free parking. Good day out and not far from Chester City centre. Highly recommended you visit.

A place with many shops. The oarking is free so park anywhere and just hop around to each shop or just drive over to each shop as it does have parking. Can get manic busy on weekends. Tim hortons good for brekkie Massive asda, lidl, aldi, tesco so not spoilt for choice in grocerie shopping. Few furniture shops and a currys pc world in the vicinity. B&Q inbthe area with a dirty burger van...highly recommended. And behind all this is chester fc stadium

I personally had a very bad experience I went the first time to buy a printer and they told me it would arrive on Monday, I passed by Monday and they told me it would arrive on Friday, so I replied why you put the printers on display and you don't have the ones to sell? he couldn't answer so I decided to buy my printer from Tesco

Car park is a joke. Took us an hour to leave whilst tail end of the drive thru to McDonald's and Tim Hortons is causing madness

  • 5/5 Kieran M. 2 years ago on Google

  • 5/5 Stephen S. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of choice of shops. Well laid out, food choices good, all within close proximity. I haven't had a bad experience here. Not ideal for clothes shopping however... go to Cheshire oaks for that

Good cross section of shops in the area from DIY, food and housewares, plenty of parking although some areas are time restricted so choose wisely.

Brilliant very professional staff very knowledgeable 4 stars only because I bought my wife an apple watch and was assured it would link to the ipad as I know nothing about them and i found out toy cost it didn't, but other than that no issues

We went the Park for a variety of purposes: carpets and flooring, pet (cat) products, food, the list goes on. Most of the outlets are in close proximity, but one on your list will always need an additional car journey, so it's best to know the layout and plan your shopping. Also, try to avoid the mid to late afternoon time slot, as frustration and disappointment lurks at these times...

Went here recently with intentions of buying a new mobile phone. After 15minutes of trying to get a staff member to assist, I left. I was reminded of the last time I went to buy a TV and waited even longer and treated like I was an inconvenience (I did eventually succeed on that occasion). Won't be using Currys again as their customer service is literally the worst I have ever experienced.

  • 5/5 Seriously? S. 1 year ago on Google
Great selection of shops in the Park and easy to follow and find individual stores as they are well signposted on the main road and all have adequate parking.

its a shopping centre with various high street names and brands: lidl, b and m, wickes, hobbycraft, the foodstore to name but a few and plenty of parking. spaces are a bit tight.

Great place to shop and just wander about. Can get almost every good brand out there Love it.

  • 1/5 Ice- M. 1 year ago on Google
Not the brightest of staff here maybe they should get to know their products better before trying to sell them, and not stand around chatting to each other like it's a social club.

We often visit Greyhound park, good car parking and loads of stores giving a wide choice. The area is clean and tidy.
