I have literally never been treated as bad by any customer service rep as I did yesterday at this store. I was returning an item and I didn’t have one of the receipts that is needed to do the transaction, the supervisor came over to help and she was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met. From the offset she was treating me as if I was lying about not knowing where the receipt was and that I was an absolute burden. The lady tried all options to try and figure something out which I appreciated but the entire interaction between us was so uncomfortable and made me so anxious I started to shake. I got my dates mixed up as to when I bought the items because I felt like I was being interrogated, and she started raising her voice at me. She was talking about me in front of me, saying ‘she just can’t understand that she needs the receipt’ and when I responded saying I do understand I just don’t have it, she just ignored me. The rudeness and horrible tone continued throughout the interaction and it got so bad I said that she has made me feel like a pain. I continued to say she was very rude and should be nicer which she responded with pulling a horrible face and said ‘well there’s nothing I can do about it’. I am not one to complain as I know customer service jobs can be hard but this was beyond being a bit fed up with your day. This was concerning to me that she as not only a supervisor, but as a grown woman thinks it’s acceptable to speak to people this way.

The new Rita Ora range looked very good. Store was quiet due to being middle of day.

Love this shop, so many brilliant bargains to be had. If you love Disney goods then plenty to choose from , very reasonable!!

Went to Primark chester on sunday and the lovely girl harley in the fitting rooms was amazing, i was having trouble finding the correct size jeans she offered to help me and bless her she took my jeans back and got me the right size, she even recommended a top that would match perfectly for the occasion i told her about! This girl was amazing!

Good prices but poor availability of different sizes, especially if you're tall.

Good selection and decent prices. Gets very busy, but the queue moves quite quickly.

Got some really good stuff today, although none of it was clothing as they don't do larger sizes. If you look in the right ,you get a good bargain.

Absolutely awful, the Mrs spent 2 hours in there with my bank card I had to spend that time in the Leopards pub opposite up the road drinking Guinness and watching the cricket. Would highly recommend.

it's a nice primark, I just think primark has gone downhill in general with its men section, it's so much smaller than its ever been, they used to do great graphic shirts but now all the women's is very bright and preppy and the mens get three pairs of shoes, some pants and cargo shorts, not as exciting as it used to be but this primark was nice! big and spacious too

Good store and good selection, easy to navigate also. Service was really good very friendly. No complaints.

Didn't get what I wanted this time but I do like this shop for my work clothes

Lov Primark only problem is the clothes are big to small they need to get correct sizes

Great value for money but always long ques & as a bloke I just don't like it as we spend so much time waiting for our wives. It was great when they used to have a Costa here where is blokes could escape.

Affordable fashion. Their home section also has really nice stuff.

I was able to get some of the products what I intended to buy here. There were few buyers though because they were about to close. If you intend visiting I recommend visiting at earlier hours. The overall experience was fair partly because they were short staffed because some staff had closed for the day. Couldn't take enough pictures though.

shop was lovely. assistant at tills was very bossy. I put my shopping bag on top ready to pit stuffing, she said I couldn't till I paid for everything as I could just run off. then she was annoyed because she had to wait till I packed the bag. I spoke to a manager who said she should of let me just pack. she was like the Basil Fawlty of primark

Big store. Large selection. Unbelievable prices. Low I mean. For 120 quid we got enough clothes for your average orphanage.

I'm beginning to like this place. Amazed at the unique designs and good enough quality...and tailored fit too. Attractive ranges and easy to look great on a budget.

Just another Primark! Nothing much to say - wide selection of items, mostly clothing. Covid precautions in place.

Small/medium sized primark over 2 floors. Fitting rooms are open again (upstairs but not down) and are a good size but had no air con on. Good Disabled access. Parking nearby is limited unless in one if the local multistorey carports (such as market Street). Good place for cheap holiday clothes. Long queues.

Really very nice clothes and a wide choice, the only downside was they seem to concentrate on the smaller size, so I was limited to choice. The pyjama sets where very small and so I had to buy separate for top and bottoms at double cost.
