1 peice of bacon for a 6 inch bacon sub, more brown sauce then bacon. Just observed your delivery of veg, shabby old van with two men that clearly haven't washed their clothes in weeks and smoking in the van, I think I'll go elsewhere for breakfast next time.

Luke was very rude and was talking about tv shows the whole time. He also wasn't wearing a mask properly or Proper uniform. Also why was there a hair on my sub? Oh ✋ wait a minute... Luke didn't have his hair tied back.

Really unfriendly person serving. I asked about having salad on a certain sandwich.. the menu had changed and I was not aware. He just pointed and told me to look.. unfortunately I did not understand the menu and the communication from the staff member was not helpful. So when the sandwhich was made .. it was not correct. When I commented about this he threw the sandwhich in the bin and sighed so loud. It made me feel uncomfortable.. he did make me another sandwhich. Which I was greatful of. But I will kot be going back there

Horrible staff , stingy and just rude . Tried to give them feedback regarding their services and the reply was “mh-hm, mh-hm” Asking me a question then turning around to speak with their colleagues about tv shows , disgusting. Wish there was a 0 star review. The manager needs to do something about this ASAP , those people can’t work with public .

Lovely sandwiches, efficient friendly staff. Avoid the standard coffee, it's very watery, can barely taste the coffee. Might be worth upgrading to something with some flavour.

The reason iv given 1 star is because of what I witnessed today. I’m a vegetarian so when I ask for a vegan patty I don’t want meat infested gloves all over my food so yes I will ask you to change your gloves if you don’t already change them I don’t appreciate being huffed and puffed at for it. On top of that the salad section you expect it to be meat free well guys I hate to break it to you I just witnessed sweetcorn being pulled off meatball marinara and being put back into the container ready to use on my vegan patty err no thank you! When I told them about it I got huffed and puffed at and then the knife used for cutting meat subs just got wiped down with a dry tissue again ready to use on my vegan patty no thanks! Won’t be going back!

Only 2 customers and took what felt like forever. Very slow, almost walked out out one point. Usually very quick. But can't knock the food.

The lady behind the desk seemd pretty annoyed when I stepped in. I ordered my wrap and then she started to drop the salad and said "Jesus". She basicalley threw my wrap in fron of me. I asked her for some nepkins as there was non in the holder. She threw them in front of me and again "jesus". She was extremely rude.

5 staff in shop - 2 in rear kitchen area 1 stocking up drinks fridge that was pretty full 2 taking orders . The order takers one was a trainee helped by another. 3 customers in shop waiting ages whilst numerous staff got on with everything other than dealing with customers. I ordered a cheese 6" sub. I was given 2 extremely thin slices of cheese once toasted I was unable to taste it !! What a joke

Very dirty been few time always same zero cleaning the child seat with all the dirt around it was next to one of the staff having brake she just got up and gone behind counter!? 3 staff here one more customer in te whole time I been there no one clean the food area was dirty zero managment and cleaning lazy staff dont know why have 5 star should be zero

Terrible, rude staff, should not be allowed to work with the general public. They are consistently like this and have got every order I've ever placed wrong. Use any Subway but this one!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Food was good but staff is rude and stingy. They didn’t welcome us when we entered the shop and it looked like they were in a rush even if there was literally just us (we went at 3.30pm)… fun thing is that the person who served us was the Store Manager!!

Just like any other subway i guess nothing spectacular, customer service was ok, was keep to covid rules.

Not great at all order a foot long meatball Mariana and and extra pot of meatballs and all but 3 of the meatballs we rock hard to the point I pushed a fork into one and the Resistance from it made the fork snap whilst I was in the shop showing them how hard the meatballs were

Didn't have anything to eat while I was there but it was busy and the food llked good. I just had coffee which was very nice staff where very pleasant..

Food was fine however we had to yell out to be served as we were stood inside waiting for 3-5 minutes with no sign of a staff member.

The assistant wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Wearing masks made it difficult to understand what he was saying and that seemed to annoy him. We had 2 portions of the potato wedge crispies which were quite cold and so they were soggy.
