Stumbled across this place with a design in mind for a unique eternity ring. After describing what I wanted in about 3 sentences Selina replied ‘I know exactly what you want’ and sure enough she did. She then spent time talking through every single detail to make sure our requirements and design was just right for this bespoke piece. The service was second to none. Forward 8 weeks later my ring had arrived and it was even more beautiful than my expectations. We wasn’t spending thousands here, but I get the impression this service is standard regardless of your budget, they take such pride in what they do. They really made the experience so lovely and produced the most amazing ring. Will 100% recommend.

Metin and Lucas were wonderful and made the whole experience feel special. I first went to enquire about a possible remodel on a diamond cluster ring. They were so helpful, they got the job. Due to the fabulous customer service we have purchased a new diamond marquis ring to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Hand picked and made to order. Amazing! Incredible service from Trust & Co! I was let down by another jeweller 72hrs before me and my girlfriend (now fiancé!) were due to go on holiday, where I would be asking her to marry me. I was completely gutted and at the last minute I was doing everything I could to see what rings were in stock at every place I could find. I was beginning to lose hope. I spoke to Lucas at Trust & Co, he reassured me he would do everything he could to help and within an hour of talking over the phone, he’d arranged for a ring to be handmade to my exact specification and for the exact diamond I wanted to be sent to their store in Chester. 24hrs later I picked it up and everything has been perfect since. Our engagement was only possible thanks to the amazing team at Trust & Co, don’t make the same mistake I did by looking anywhere else. All I can say is a huge thanks to Lucas and the team!

We have known Metin & his family for many years now. We first discovered Trust when we were on holiday in Turkey. My parents have bought many beautiful pieces of jewellery from them which are to the highest quality and standards! Now they have a new shop in Chester it is even better and of course easily accessible for us. My partner purchased my engagement ring from the new shop and we have just been back to purchase our beautiful wedding rings - so pleased! There is a nice 'personal' feel when shopping for jewellery here which we love :-)

I was made to feel like royalty!!, they made the whole experience of choosing a ring very special and possible. I have a condition that has grown my hands , particularly my knuckles so haven't had the confidence previously to get a new ring but desperately wanted one. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they had my chosen ring enlarged to my size within an hour , the ring is absolutely stunning emerald and diamonds. You can definitely see that they are a family run business because of the personal touch they gave me. I am so thrilled I will be returning in July for my 55th birthday for a new engagement ring, I can't wait 😁

We went to Trust and Co chose an engagement ring at 15.30 on Saturday afternoon and it was resized by 1645 . We were even given a dram to celebrate. Met Metin and his brother in Icmelar a few years ago, where they crafted a special ring for me using stones from my mother's engagement ring. That same Turkish hospitality and skilled jewellery making has now arrived in Chester. We bought our wedding rings here in March 2023. There was a lot of choice for both men and women. We received helpful assistance as to what looked right against my engagement ring and what looked natural on my partner's hand. We also had a glass of bubbly and chocolate coated almonds to celebrate our purchase. Thank you very much. I cannot recommend Trust & Co. Jewellery enough. I had a specific budget on what I wanted to spend on a ring for my now fiancé, and I also had an exact style of ring that I wanted for this budget. I must have walked into most of Chester's jewellery stores during the week, and Trust & Co. Jewellery were the only shop able to accommodate my request. And to add to this, I felt like they really listened to my request and tried their best to match it, instead of offering me what they wanted to sell. Selina was genuinely so lovely, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Myself and my fiancé couldn’t be happier with the ring, so please make sure to visit these guys first if you're looking at shopping around for a ring in Chester.

The team at Trust & Co are amazing!! I was instantly greeted by Metin when arriving, such a warm and welcoming person! He introduced me to Selina who looked after me from start to finish, she was fab!! I proposed an idea of what kind of ring I wanted to buy for my partner and the team there couldn’t have made the process any easier! They went above and beyond to make the most beautiful, hand made engagement ring ever! The ring it’s self is everything I wanted and more, the quality and craftsmanship is perfect! Trust & Co. adjusted my engagement ring earlier this year. The service was second to none. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even made my puppy feel welcome by giving her lots of cuddles whilst we were there! They did a wonderful job, being particularly careful considering it is fairly old family ring. They made sure that the ring was perfect for me, having to alter multiple times until I was most comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will most definitely be visiting back in future!

I went into this store with a tight deadline to purchase an engagement ring before a holiday and without much of an idea of what I wanted (or rather what I thought my partner would like!), and no idea about sizes. Selina and the team were fantastic in helping me get the perfect ring, in time, and discretely to keep the surprise. The ring didn't quite fit so we have been back and had it re-sized free of charge and everybody was again so welcoming and helpful. A fantastic customer experience.

I have been looking for such a long time for a ring and am so glad I found them. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish I recently purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend Sem (who’s now my fiancé!) from Metin at Trust & Co in Chester I initially popped in to get some ring ideas with Sem to see what she liked the look of. From the start I just felt extremely at ease and felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever to buy, Metin just genuinely wanted to help us both. Metin listened to exactly what Sem wanted, as she liked a particular round shaped pear stone, a certain mounting etc. We looked through several options at the shop and after the ‘initial consultation’ Metin set about sourcing the diamond of our chosen shape and specification which would be within my budget Very shortly after Metin found an incredible pear shaped stone which was swiftly shipped in for me to view Once I had seen the stone we then finalised the custom ring design and it was sent off to be made We had quite a tight deadline for my holiday in Tenerife where I planned to propose but Metin and the team pulled out all the stops to make sure the ring was with me on time! I would highly, highly recommended Trust & Co Chester to anybody looking to purchase jewellery, because I know for sure that you will be very well looked after and that you are in extremely safe hands. First time out shopping for an engagement ring a year ago. Went round most of chester and got fed up of everywhere "whats your budget" from the off . Had a really warm welcome from metin and a jayne. Was apprehensive to go inside as the window looked out of my price range but they insisted. Can honestly say the service and customer care was another level.Couldnt have got better value for money for the quality of ring anywhere else and was surprised on the price in comparison to 15+ jewellers. Have been back today to get it cleaned and the service was just as friendly even though i wasnt purchasing today. Wouldnt think twice about going anywhere else if you wanted to be looked after. Highly reccomend.

Having bought a ring from Trust whilst in Turkey, with their very friendly nothing to much trouble attitude towards designing a bespoke ring at a good price, very pleased. We returned home and visited the shop in Chester to have the ring altered and cleaned. Again the staff were very welcoming, so much so we recommended them to my son Lee who purchased an engagement ring, liaising by email to design a ring of choice, all done without visiting the shop. They to are over the moon with the ring and the service. Very warm welcome ever time, nothing is to much trouble. Middle ring in picture & added diamonds to the others.
