I was recently Given a recommendation for this jeweller by another independent jeweller who was not able to carry out the work required on my ring. O'Hare's carried out the required work to an extremely high standard and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this jeweller and will be using them again in the future.

I have had my engagement ring professionally cleaned and polished and wow!!! It looks brand new. My engagement ring is platinum and almost 3 years of wear, I was so nervous taking it in as never had it done before but I'd wish I'd of gone sooner. I asked O’Hares to reduce the size of my wedding ring, and they provided me with a quote for the work and I left it with them. When I returned to collect the ring I was informed that the work could not be completed as my ring was hollow, so a repair was carried out after they had done an initial cut, and there was no charge. However by doing this the ring size was actually reduced and it fits perfectly, but they still would not charge me for the work. Such an honest business, great customer service and helpful throughout, now my jewellers of choice. Thank you so much.

Wonderful service from Adam and the team ! we have had several repairs and alterations carried out in the last year. O'Hares always do a very high quality job, they have managed some very difficult repairs and restorations on silver, gold and platinum. I don’t know the first thing about jewellery. Went in looking for a present for my girlfriend. The Lady working the floor was amazing and patient. Gave me tons of information and helped me pick out a pair of earrings which my girlfriend loved. Very recommended.

I contacted the shop, 1st by telephone then was advised to call in. regarding a problem with my 35 year old wedding ring (never removed). Staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Adam put me at ease when it was cut off. Highly recommended this shop.

My palladium wedding band had become cracked and misshapen, and so I took it to O’Hares jewellers in Chester. Initially unsure whether fixing my palladium wedding band would be possible, they gave it a go anyway, and advised it would be a couple of weeks. Just over a week later they advised it was ready for collection. They did a great job, reshaping the ring, fixing the crack and polishing it up. Would definitely recommend, the chap we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

A good friend recommended O'Hare's to me when I was looking to renovate, and resize, my nearly 40 year old wedding ring. I am very pleased with the result. The ring is like new, and a perfect fit again.

I’m so disappointed. After waiting three months for a personalised design for my 45th wedding anniversary we arrived today to find that virtually no thought had gone into it. Generic/stock designs from their archive and a few poor drawings which didn’t incorporate anything personal! Excuse- they’ve been moving shop! I won’t be going back.

I had a repair alteration for resizing of ring very quick and reliable. I also made a purchase which was very good value for money. Fantastic customer service. I came in on a long shot with a odd request of some small empty cardboard boxes for Christmas presents. The lady and gentleman in the shop did all they could to get these boxes for me. It’s the small things that mean the most. Thanks!

I've had a white gold engagement ring rhodium replated, clean and polished. The service was amazing, the ring looks brand new and it was done on the same day! The lady that served me was lovely and very helpful, so overall I can highly recommend O'hares!
