Incredibly disappointed by the Chester Clinic. I had a great initial consultancy with treatment advised, but the aftercare support has been abysmal. I was worried about continuing my treatment as my skin seemed to be reacting, so I tried to contact the clinic for advice. I made 3 separate phone calls over the space of nearly a week and was promised a call back on each occasion, but this did not happen so I had to call again. I could not get support from the Chester clinic, but the call centre eventually put me through to someone in a different clinic who obviously knew nothing of my personal circumstances so couldn’t really help (but at least they tried). For a premium price of private skincare consultancy I expect a far better service.

Went for a consultation, Lydia was great and helpful however I have called 3 times to chase the refund of the initial £25 as the treatment wasn’t suitable and it hasn’t been actioned and I’ve had no call back .

On my last treatment, I left with these patches and they are itchy and give burning sensation and these pictures are afforded couple of weeks treatment and getting worse. I tried to call them few times and they answered the phone and no one speaks while I can hear the conversation on background. I just called them now Wednesday 1.30pm( twice) and no one spoke, all I can hear they talking to someone.

I wouldn't bother getting laser tattoo removal here! A 60mile round trip on 8 occasions to have the tiniest of fades visible. Had more luck after 3 sessions elsewhere. I knew it wasn't right when the removals didn't hurt or scab over. Had 3 before here which killed & scabbed bad, the 2 recently did too! No wonder it's cheap @50% off. But honestly save your money, I wish I hadn't bothered, but I'd block booked the 8. Shame too because the staff were really nice.

Very helpful and courteous staff as always. Having a top up laser treatment on my legs and also a partial bikini, which is a new treatment. Legs are super smooth already, just doing a top up to catch the odd stubborn hairs. Very happy with the results so far.

Had a lovely experience getting a tattoo removal at skin clinics. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Katharina who did the removal was lovely. Tatto has completely gone. Would highly recommend!

I had one mole on my face removed by laser at SK:N Chester, and it was a quick, professional operation, with pleasant staff in a pleasant building. Now the scab has fallen off where the mole used to be, i'm pleased with the improvement in my appearance. I'm well satisfied with my experience at SK:N.

I bought a course for laser tattoo removal for a small 3cm tattoo on my finger. I was led to believe that I would only need 6 sessions as it was black ink and small. After 6 laser sessions over the course of 9 months, my tattoo hasn't budged. I have one tiny mark faded. I even paid extra for the after care treatment which i feel was a waste of money. Very disappointed. One good thing is that every staff member I have met there has been very friendly

Katrina dealt promptly with all my concerns and questions prior to the removal of my birthmark. Having felt slightly unsure about the treatment she reassured me and talked through the process from start to finish. While having the treatment all staff were exceptional, couldn’t recommended more. I was recommended to go to the Chester clinic from the Liverpool clinic. This was to continue my tattoo laser, because the remnants have green tones in them. The Chester clinic is set in a lovely location, really nice period looking building. Staff are helpful and friendly. So far a great transition after spending years at the Liverpool clinic!

Can't recommend this clinic highly enough - the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I have witnessed some exceptionally rude clients in the reception area, yet the staff still remained so calm and professional. I'm currently receiving tattoo removal treatment with Katrina who has been nothing short of wonderful - she discussed the process thoroughly, answered all my queries without making me feel daft, and kept me at complete ease through a very painful procedure. Without a doubt I will be using the clinic for any future treatments, as I know I will receive 5* service and aftercare.

I've been going to the Chester Lane clinic for nearly 6 months now for ongoing laser hair removal. The clinic is always clean and all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. The girls are ao professional and always make me feel comfortable considering the exposure that is required for my treatment. I'm really happy with my experience so far. I went to this place for first time to do my filer treatment, after treatment I didn’t really see the difference between before and after the treatment!! I waited for more than a month I thought it will probably get better but unfortunately didn’t ! And I contacted them I spoke to customer service staff she said we will call you back but they never did! I’ve done my first treatment in middlsbrogh i was very happy even after two years was still better than the one I’ve done in Chester! Just wasting my money! I will never use SK clinic ever and will not recommend anyone visit this place!
