Love wawas sandwich station. Easy to order . Lots of options to choose from. I love their salads and flat bread sandwiches . Got a salad and it was fresh and tasty . Priced ok. Not too expensive . Service could be a bit faster . They also have breakfast and coffee . Love their coffee . Overall a good experience 👍👍

It’s normally a good experience, but they have some goofy child by the name of Alexis who gets attitudes with folks for asking “how much longer will it be?”. Considering a mobile order that was placed isn’t out yet, but people are walking in, ordering at the POS, and getting their food before the order. Her response to the question was “why? are you not wanting to wait.” So I asked my question again and got “whenever she’s done making drinks”. So I asked for her name. When I finally got the order, I said “finally/about time.” Then to ask for my name and laugh as if she could ever intimidate me. Should have a discussion with her about customer service and staying in a child’s place. Also leaving review so Alexis can remember the name

Team worked well 2gether. Cashier was helpful and curtious. Store was organized.

I stopped here to use the Tesla chargers and I needed to use the bathroom so I go to use the bathroom I finish and it won't flush, I come out of the bathroom and tell the guy waiting for the stall hey the toilet isn't flushing.... The employee in the bathroom who's babe tag said Bryan says the stall is closed that's the the wet floor sign was there.... Now not having a working bathroom at a rest stop is completely unacceptable anyways then when I come out I can hear him talking about me like I'm the jerk because they have a broken toilet .... Wawa is really turned to trash no changing tables for babies and the other one I stopped at the toilet had no seat..... I'll be sure to make stops at different locations I'm done with Wawa they won't be getting my business anymore

This location has been my go-to WaWa for at least 5 years. I work nearby and get breakfast & lunch there 4 or 5 days a week, so I spend a lot of money with them every month. But lately, the service has taken a nosedive, and the staff's attitude has increased. My food orders are being made wrong, things I paid extra for aren't being added, and the response I get when I ask it to be corrected is almost surly. The staff seems to be having a good time, with lots of joking around and loud conversations going on between them whenever I'm in there. And that's good: if your workplace can be enjoyable and your co-workers aren't toxic, your job isn't going to make you miserable. But you still have to make orders accurately. I'm paying for food and have a reasonable expectation I'll get what I just paid for, as I ordered it. And for the love of God don't cop an attitude. I'm painfully polite in my interactions with every store employee, and don't deserve your disdain. This has happened multiple times in the past couple of weeks, and while I'm loath to go somewhere else and change my daily routine, there are a dozen other places I can spend my money. WaWa is a huge corporation, and won't miss my business, but it would be a shame to lose any customers over staff problems that can be easily remedied by management, or just by paying attention to what you're doing.

I ordered a chai tea latte and there was a new guy I think he is under training he added expresso shot in it and the lady working with him didn’t even check and they mashed up my morning chai tea latte. If somebody is under training then the other employee has to make sure his work, who add expresso shot in chai tea latte?

Miss Pat who works overnight is incredibly nice, and always remembers me and treats me kindly. She always gives me her QR review, but I always lose them. This is a shout-out to you Ms. Pat, your customer service is the reason we stop here.

I only get Wawa during the holidays since I left my childhood town and no matter where I go it’s consistent . The sandwich was filled and delicious , the veg was fresh and crisp, the aioli always putting a delicious garlic kick to my sandwich. The drink was a double chip coffee frap , and it was delicious and the perfect refreshment to start my day. ✨

TERRIBLE food service they don’t listen to what you ask for and make your food any type of way just to get customers out the door and the people that was working there was rude.
