I've been here several times and seems that its slow with getting my food. I don't know if its the kitchen being backed up or what but its been a minimum of 20 minutes each time. Waitresses have always been nice but just wish the food could come out quicker

The staff was friendly and sat us swiftly. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and what it offered. The booster was offered for my child but it was so short that I had to just squeeze her in the booth with me. The food took a really long time to come out. The food was staggered when coming out so some people had food and others did not. Majority of the food was hot but some was cold. The food was overall good and had the appropriate amount of sauce. The bathroom had all the necessities.

After 9 hours on 95 we decide to get hooters … thinking yum haven’t had this in like for ever… the moment we walked in it was depressing… no one has been there in like forever… the ceiling was leaking all over the floor … they have duck tape on the ceiling to try to slow the leaks?!… possibly black mold on the ceiling as well… place was dead, 2 guys at the bar own other table.. this was a Saturday at 7:00pm. Ordered food … 40 minutes later … the waitress asks us are we doing okay…. still no food… and the order hadn’t even been started yet. For so many reasons Hooters is a thing of the past. I wrote a review because if you have a vision of hooters from 10+ years ago - you won’t find it here.

Great place for watching a game, appetizers, and some drinks. Not so much of your ordering a meal. They are understaffed, and the one there are overworked. I called in my order, and they said it would be 45 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later and still had to wait another hour. I didn't complain or give anyone a hard time, and the staff was very apologetic. The hostess was waiting tables, working at the bar, and cleaning. They need to hire more cooks or more staff but cutting both is causing major delays and don't order food through Uber or something your driver will literally be waiting for over an hour.

Terrible experience at this location. I paid almost $100 for mediocre food and Terrible bar customer service for one person. I was in the area because I stayed at an hotel in the area. I will absolutely not suggest this place to noone. I sat at the bar and the lady basically ignored me the entire time. I guess she had regulars and attended to them instead of me. Kelsy was absolutely horrible at the bar. I will never visit this place again. Waste of time and money.

Got seated super quick because the place was dead. Got seated, ordered drinks, and then the waitress never came back to our table. Other tables got seated around us after and got their drinks first. So after 25 min of not receiving anything, we just talked to the hostess and left.

This is a horrible location. It took about 50 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I got my food (a salad). They were not really busy. Maybe a little busy with to go orders. First no one greeted me at the door. I wound up walking almost all the way to the bar before someone asked if I wanted a table. Then I didn't get helped by my server for about 10 minutes. Then she brought me my drink and said she would be right back. About another 10 minutes later another server finally asked if I had been helped. I told her I wanted to order a salad. She told my server to put the order in. Then it proceeded to take another 20-25 minutes to get my salad. After I ate my salad my server did not check on me for awhile so, I asked the bartender to get a manager. The manager came over and tried to make excuses for why it took so long. He did take the food off of my bill. Thankfully. Also, while this was happening I noticed that none of the girls seemed friendly. They didn't say hello. They didn't smile. If you want friendly girls and good service don't come here. Go down the highway to the Tilted Kilt.

While our server was pleasant enough when present, she was not attentive even though the tables to server ratio was very low. She took for ever to bring a drink and did not ask about our food until we had had enough. (Not meant pleasantly!) She and the other servers spent their time congregating with each other, coming hair in public or anything other than what they should have been. Oh yeah, the food sucked. The amount of salt on my burger was ridiculous and that was with too much of another seasoning or taint. Fried foods dripping with grease. Some food served cold. Food and service was so atrocious that asking for fixes seemed like a death wish. Location should be shut down.

Typically I’m always here if I want to go out and catch a game but never again. I ordered wings and not one but two of my wings were bitten off… I swear I was so mad I could barely react, the waitress was cool, the manager didn’t care he basically was holding back his laugh. My friend ordered fish tacos and ended up with food poisoning. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here to eat anything.

Don’t bother ordering from here if you’re going to use Uber eats… The Uber eats menu is not updated to reflect what Hooters currently offers. It shows that they have waffle fries but they don’t, they fries have curly fries and they haven’t had waffle a very long time. Also if you order a sauce that they don’t have, you won’t get notified, you won’t get an opportunity to make a substitution. They will just completely forgo any sauce at all because doesn’t everyone just love chicken tenders without the sauce? Also, I ordered the ranch for a dollar more in addition to my spicy garlic sauce that I never got. I spoke with the manager about this and they weren’t taking any responsibility for the fact that Uber eats presents incorrect items. Well then take yourself off of Uber eats if it’s going to end up with a customer paying the ultimate sacrifice of what seems to be an incorrect item which would be the curly fries but the curly fries are all that they have.

3 waitresses, 4 tables seated and still waited 20 min to place my order and waited another 40 min for my food to come out. The onion rings looked like the ones that fall to the bottoms of the frier. Would not recommend this location.

This place setup for seating is a little awkward. But service was extremely excellent. Waitress was so pleasant and on top of her tables. Only gave food 4 star because for pickup food is always sweaty but if they can fix that they'll be 5stars.

I didn’t want to have to leave this review, but seeing as how no one ever answers the phone when you call, as well as not giving me the requested call back after completing the survey, I feel it necessary to leave this feedback. Terrible, terrible service. I walked in to pick up my online order. When I walked in, I was asked if I was dining in (no). I told them I was there to pick up my order and I was ignored for the next 15 or more minutes. No one even asked my name. Nothing. I don’t even know how long my food had been sitting in the back before it was brought out. Asked for extra dressing after getting my food and had to wait at least another 5 minutes because I guess no one felt like getting it. And they weren’t even busy. On a side note - the bathrooms are completely disgusting and have been for quite some time now.

Kelsey the bartender provided excellent service and had our order done and out fresh within 15 minutes while providing great service throughout the whole visit 10/10 service

The servers were so sweet and prompt. The food was great and we got it in a timely manner! The restaurant was clean. Our order was correct and fresh. I forgot to order fried pickles with my to go order so I went back in and ordered some and they were quick to get them to me!

I will not be ordering from this location again. My order was over $100 for pick up. Got there and waited forever at the front, no hostess in sight, this location wasn’t busy maybe 10 people together at a table and 2 people at the bar. So taking it upon myself went to the bar and was sent to the kitchen window. My bag of food was sitting on the gross floor. Finally got home and my fries didn't have the cheese I paid for and were soggy/old and all the ranch is missing from the order.

Horrible horrible !!!!! I went to Hooters to enjoy a meal. We were sat promptly but after sitting down for 30 minutes no one had even acknowledged us or took our drink other nothing. Finally I asked who was going to be our server. About 5 more minutes later a young lady with the nastiest attitude comes over and say I’m just here to take y’all drink idk where the server is. At this point starving but over the atmosphere I said can we please just place an order to go. I placed two orders to go. After waiting another 40 minutes no food ever came out. They never even put our order in. The restaurant was not busy and more than enough severs was on duty. However I did see members of the kitchen going in and out on smoke breaks. We finally just left ! This was a horrible experience !

I placed an order for delivery and because the option to purchase extra cocktail sauce is not available on any apps (hooters app, doordash, and ubereats) I tried calling. I called several times pressing option 2, and no one ever answered. I tried pressing option 1, and they were unable to help and unable get through to the restaurant. After my order finally arrived, it was wrong and cold. This was not the first time either. Several times, I ordered smoked wings and instead received regular fried wings with little to no flavor. Never ordering from his Hooters again.

My son wanted to come for his 18th birthday. Worse Hooters I’ve been to in awhile. It was not busy but the service was soooo slow and the food was terrible. The servers did a lot of standing around instead of paying attention to the paying customer. Being a “retired” hooter girl myself the way the atmosphere was here would not have tolerated at my store. Not even a happy birthday.

The place was empty on a Friday night, after waiting 20 minutes we were told it was going to be another 45 minute wait even for appetizers. Food came out slightly cold like it wasn't fully thawed in the microwave. Louder than usual music, almost had to yell to communicate. Neglected parking lot and trash cans. Slick flooring everywhere like they just waxed it up. High top table in the verge of collapse.

Only issue is when there's only one bartender and one server at 1 p.m on a Saturday and the place is packed. Same with West broad,just had to walk out. I wish I had read the reviews but I have gotten good food here. Hello ownership?? I used to spend 100$ every time I passed a hooters,now I just pass it

Over 1 hour to get our food. The waitress was so apologetic and tried hard to make the situation the best she could. The food was good when it did arrive.. Don't think we'll be back.

Watched a rude toothless manager treat multiple customers with disrespect and refuse to talk with them. After our food being over 45 min late we wanted a refund and he refused to do it. Then said he was refunding us but I’m pretty positive it was just to get us to leave and then he pocketed the money. First time we picked this place and now i realize all the rumors about the workers are true. Disgusting, unkept. The workers on Sunday are some faxes multiple people will never forget. I’ll never eat anywhere I see any of them working with food. Better business bureau along with others would shut this place down if they stopped by unexpected one day.

The wait staff was extremely friendly. The place was busy but they still managed to keep on top of everything going on. Appetizers, drinks, and food all came out rather quickly. Overall a good experience.

I had never been to Hooters before. I was invited there for lunch. I've been to numerous restaurants/ sports bars, and Hooters was no different. I had fish and chips. Let me tell you, I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a worse fried piece of fish in my life. There was so much breading on the fish. It was overcooked and not seasoned. You should not expect that much from a sports bar, but damn, they could have put in more effort. So, to be perfectly honest with you, and at the risk of sounding like one of "those guys," the only reason for me to go to Hooters would be to look at the scantily clad women and, let's be honest, how long is that going to last?

Thus was really the worst service I've had in a long time. It started out good and we ordered drinks and a couple appetizers to start and that went well and the the waitress disappeared and never returned to take our main order. She only returned 30 minutes later when another customer asked for his bill and she incorrectly returned to our table with it. I explained that our order has yet to be taken and she informed me that she had been switched to the bar and would have to switch us to another server. I then waited another 15 minutes when finally another server arrived which by then I was ready to go. I waited and waited for my bill then I had to walk up and ask for it. The pity is the food was good and the lady wasnt rude just inattentive. It wouldn't have taken anything but a bit of proactive communication and some basic attempt at "fixing" the lack of service to repair this situation. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this one is well earned.

The bartender was good. I waited 2 hours for 15 wings and fries. Everything was cold and the wings weren't even sauced/seasoned. I'd ask for my money back but I don't want to wait another 2 hours.

My wings were room temperature. Seats are torn open. Waitress was nice but blamed the kitchen in being backed up for not having our queso out, she forgot. Food took forever and was not even warm. Quest and fries were great.

I tried the watermelon margarita, it didn't taste like watermelon but it was good. For my appetizer I had the buffalo shrimp, they were way smaller than the picture on the menu. Buffalo chicken salad is delicious. Then I finished off with their yummy caramel fudge cheesecake 🤤

I ordered off of door dash tonight. It took 2 hours for my order to finally arrive, and when it did WOW. The order was wrong I ordered bbq chicken tenders and mild Buffalo wings and they did the opposite for each , but the worse part was that the food was so cold I found it unsafe for me and my kid to eat it so it went in the trash.

I remember when hooters used to be sooo much better a few years ago. Service is now really bad and the food ain’t even that good anymore lol. I understand that prices have gone up but the food ain’t worth the price… I recommend buying from Americas Best Wings instead😚

I got the 20 piece wings with the Daytona sauce. Chicken was great, but I feel like the breading that is on the wings isn't nearly as present as it used to be. No real crunch. Still, good wings.
