My husband and I get massages every year on our anniversary. This place was clean and had a good spa atmosphere throughout. The staff was friendly and professional. Our massages were both great, although we were shorted 5-10 minutes which is pretty significant on a 60 minute massage. I was also disappointed in the massage table. It was pretty uncomfortable which is okay if the sheets and blankets make up for it, but they did not. The sheets were cheap and very uncomfortable and lacked the thick throw blanket that usually sits on top. We’d definitely return but the aforementioned left me feeling slightly disappointed.

My boyfriend set up a 1 1/2-hour message for me at Elements Massage and it was amazing. The staff was polite, and my masseuse did a great job at hitting all areas needed. I can't wait to schedule my next appointment.

Gals at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Made the check in process very easy. Massage with Gabriel was amazing. I'm 6 months postpartum and he made everything comfortable and really listened to where I needed the most help. He's got a great vibe and just made it a positive experience. I appreciate everyone making my visit so great.

The atmosphere here is cozy and welcoming. Every massage therapist I've seen so far has been super helpful and very professional. I have a congenital spine deformity that occasionally causes me pain in random areas on my back and shoulders. Every time I come back they have been able to tackle those areas and minimize my pain significantly. In my case, the pain relief from the massages has allowed me to finally be able to make progress with a physical therapist on the side, and it has allowed me to postpone having to resort to surgery. So I am very appreciative!

Thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Cheri. She was very thoughtful, very thorough, and an absolute pleasure. Incredibly strong hands - and attentive to necessary pressure. Absolute delightful massage therapist.

The atmosphere at Elements (Chesterfield MO) is cool & calming - every time I walk in I feel welcomed without feeling "shushed" or rushed. There is always a sense of things being exactly as they should be there: everything is getting done, efficiently without any sort of anxious energy. I love that there is a great variety of options in terms of massage and massage therapists. This location has an excellent selection of both male & female therapists who represent a variety of specialties. I have been working towards visiting each on on-staff therapist at least once as time & finance permit - both for myself and to be able to refer knowledgeably. I know now that whether I'm making an appointment because I just need calm & comfort, or whether I'm coming in for specific pain relief this location has a professional on staff who can meet that need. I also know even if a 'preferred' therapist is already booked solid, it is likely another will be available to provide the service needed... and all of that without that assembly-line feel that some of the major massage chains can leave you with. Every massage I've had here to date has felt personal and personally tailored based on what I asked for and how my body responded during the session. If only I could get there more often!

It was great we did a couples massage. We both enjoyed it. Curtis kind and informative very attentive to both of us. We live 3 hours away but odds are we will be back.

Cheri is amazing! She really listens to your concerns and works out the areas that are the most troublesome. The whole staff is great! Beautiful, welcoming, and tranquil facility. Would, and have recommended highly!

Excellent Massage and very professional. They know what they are doing.. I go every week for a Scheduled appointment with my regular Therapist a she knows what to do and how to do it. Highly Recommend. I get so much good out of these messages that I have a weekly schedule and book 2 months in advance. My Therapist "Trish" is the absolute best.
