👍👍 Great food and service. Had the burger and wife had the fish tacos. Both were really good. Friends got the pizza and ribs . Said they were really good. There is a smoker in front of the restaurant where they smoke their wings, ribs and pork shoulder. Saw a sign for a weekend wing and bucket special... My boss swears by this place so we went here for a team lunch. The food was excellent, I had the Big Al and both the burger and the pulled pork on top of it were great. Service was a little slow, but I think they only had two people working <-- I can fully understand in this job market. Regardless, the server was so friendly and helpful that she made the most of her time with our table to make up for her being busy. Since it was a business lunch, I didn't get to try any beers, but the selection looked nice. Maybe I'll try and get the team to get an after-work drink here sometime soon! Would definitely recommend this place just for the food, though. I'm hoping they can find some more help that was as nice and efficient as our last server!

Great Buffalo chicken pizza!! Not frozen bar pizza, it's made here - great selection of draft beers too

Update: went back and took the kids too but this time it was totally different. We waited a while to be seated and no one even spoke to us or acknowledged us. Someone finally seated us and no one ever came to take our order! They walked by many times and never even spoke...even after we tried to get then to help us...3 servers, no service. We finally left after about 15 minutes of being ignored. This place is awesome! Food was good and service was great! We had the pulled pork nachos and the sampler. Both were super yummy! Smoked flavor is awesome too! We will be back!

I went to StackHouse in an effort to have a good meal and some downtime. Instead, what I found is the following. Christine, the bartender, was rude and crass. I originally ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which came out brown, well done, chewy and tasteless. The beans that accompanied were equally subpar. I was asked if I would “like something else”, so I ordered wing(crispy). They came out burnt and black. They were set down in from of me with nothing but attitude as if I had personally insulted someone. Apparently, Christine was having problems outside of work and decided to bring them in with her. Not only do I not recommend this place, it’s wasted retail space that a real bar and grill could flourish in.

First and foremost the attending waitress was super nice and the right amount of attentiveness. My family and I had come here once before and super loved it. My mom especially loves the French onion soup. I enjoyed, the first time, a delicious platter of chicken strips. The second visit, I ordered the same thing. This go around included three strips, one the size of a my finger, so quite small, sitting in a pool of grease. For 9.99, and the obvious disproportion of quality, I do not have an interest to revisit. Second go around was just very lack luster.

Service was below average. Buffalo chicken tasted like boiled chicken. No clue of server's name she never properly greeted us . Waited 10 minutes for a second beer but she did spend plenty of time attending to her text messages.

You've gotta get the French onion soup. Made to Famous-Barr recipe. Great burgers!

1 star review for predatory and unethical business practices. I haven't even touched my food yet. There is a 10% additional charge for carryout orders. You don't find this out until you get the bill after the food is already being made. It isn't on the menu anywhere and I wasn't told about it when I asked if carryout orders were an option. I had to ask the waitress about it after signing my receipt. This does not go to the waitress as a tip as I inquired about that specifically. The extra charge goes to the business for... reasons? I'm sorry, do you need to increase the price of all your menu items by a tenth to pay for boxes and bags? If a dine in customer asks for a box, is their bill also increased by 10%? Absolutely ridiculous. Its not even about the money its the outright hidden nature of the actual price of the food. The menu price was a 14 dollar burger. My actual bill was just under 20 after I tipped a dollar. *Edit* Response to owner: You need to include this information on your menu. For instance, you include the auto-gratuity of parties of 8 or more. The point is that you only find out this information after the order has been placed. Customers need to be able to make informed purchase decisions with prices upfront - not hidden. Especially in the post-covid inflation market you mention. If I had known upfront it was going to be closer to a 20 dollar burger instead of 15 and some change, I wouldn't have ordered it.

Deluxe pizza rivals St. LOUIS' "best". Chris did a fantastic job on wings and pizza. Soda not just fizz but flavor. When waitress unavailable another stopped by and took care of our needs. Will b returning soon!

I had their Philly, and it was good with the exception that the bottom piece of toast was really soggy with juice from the meat, etc. I'm not sure how they can fix that, but it really detracts from an otherwise outstanding sandwich. Maybe a piece of lettuce on the bottom to block the juices.

Table of 4. No one had a good meal. Chicken was over cooked. Pulled pork was greasy and oddly, had no flavor. Server was great, fast.

Food was absolutely delicious. Service was very slow. Pulled pork nachos were so good and enough to feed a few hungry people. The Big Al burger was great and the fries were some of the best I have had in awhile. Will be back.

We went for a soccer team gathering. A party of 20 maybe. I ordered the most simple thing—wings. They were unseasoned and absolutely terrible. My husband ordered a pizza. Supposedly another waitress gave it to her table. This wasn’t communicated to us until the last minute. So he had to sit there while everyone ate around him. I will never go back, and won’t recommend. *They did remove the price of the pizza from our bill.

I tried a Moscow mule to start and was very impressed the bartender Kim made me feel very welcomed. They were playing great music and the drink did not disappoint. I would say it’s the best Moscow mule I’ve had in a long time. I ordered a bread pudding and I was told Chef Rook makes the best & I was not disappointed at all, probably the best I’ve ever had !

It's not a bad place, I'm just use to Jimmy's Place that closed. The food was ok, we got pizza all around, the pizza reminded me of Cecil Whittaker's, there were 5 of us, my wife and oldest son got some French onion soup, it was bland and I ordered a side of onion rings that never came. I did however end up getting the order when I mentioned it, they did not charge me for it and I took them home. So, like I said, not a bad place, the atmosphere was good but for me, it just didn't have that spark, maybe it was because it was our first time going there. I would recommend you try this place at least once.

Let me start by saying I'm from TX so in comparison, St Louis BBQ is just ok. But this spot in Chesterfield is a nice place to go. Friendly staff and nice food. Their burgers looked really good, so I'll probably return just to try one.

Not busy, really chill. We went for lunch and there were a few other people at other tables, but it was relatively peaceful and a nice time. The food was good. It was a lot to eat, so I didn’t finish. Josh was really nice and he made the whole experience run smoothly, which was impressive, because it looked like he was working alone. We’d go back for lunch again. I got the pulled pork sandwich with fries. My boyfriend got the loaded fries.

Had the pulled pork. Liked it. Service was good considering they were low staffed. Bartender always had a smile. Which makes you feel valued as a customer.

Adding extra stars for this one ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 first of all.. the people, atmosphere, food, and service was absolutely incredible. The Tuesday steak special comes with an amazing hand-cut filet and marinated, all in-house. It also comes with garlic green beans and a baked potato for ONLY $12.95!!!!! Incredible, 10/10 would highly recommend! I’ll see you next Tuesday!😉

We hadn't planned on going to Stack house, but on a Sunday evening we tried going to two other restaurants and they were closed. My wife ordered the pulled pork platter and I ordered the BBQ sampler that had pulled pork, turkey, and ribs. She thought hers was just ok. I didn't care for most of mine. The meats were overcooked and dry. Maybe if they were more fresh they'd been better. The ribs had really good flavor, so I bet they're really good fresh of the smoker. The more I ate of the ribs, the more I liked them. The coleslaw was ok. Some more flavor and it could be really good. All in all, there was potential there. Maybe we caught them on a bad day.

Food was pretty basic. We might try and go again. Maybe we didn’t get something good? Seems they offer trivia on Tuesdays. Be careful: on hot sunny days their front door handle gets extremely hot.

Food was delicious it was our first time, waitress mess up the order but she was delightful. 🙂 Also my husband asked about the beers she couldn't tell us much because she was under age. She got a sweet guy that help us out. He was awesome! We found out he was a busser. We will definitely be back . Also when we came it was a trivia party very loud.

We went early evening on a Sunday so it was quite empty, but the wait staff was nonetheless attentive and very kind. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu, a quality that seems to be disappearing these days. My burger was quite good and we loved the battered french fries.
