Egg fried rice in clumps, got told it's because it's late at night, and the rice is sticky. Oh so I pay good money for my food and you can't cook it right. And she was laughing when she gave her feeble excuse.

My favourite Chinese takeaway. I've been a customer for at least 6 years now. Always perfect every time. During the lock down I tried else where once as they were closed and no other place will ever beat the amazing service, food and prices New Diamond have to offer. Loved the satay sauce and spring rolls - they are not the tiny ones you seem to get tons of these days these are proper ones ! Plenty of food couldn’t eat all the toast we really enjoyed it

Ordered the soup which was tasteless. However the noodles were rubbery with no taste, the crispy chilli beef was very soggy and not nice. The salt and pepper ribs were horrible with no salt on. And the kung po chicken was not crispy at all. Even the prawn crackers were done wrong. Probably the worst Chinese I've ever had.

I have never felt strongly enough to write a review before but I need to say how dreadful this meal was. The 'fried rice' was tasteless and sticky and the beef and chicken very poor flavour not good either. If you want an oriental meal DON’T buy from here. I do not recommend this place.

The food itself is fine but the waiting time for delivery is a bit all over the place to say the least!!!. I'm told 40 minutes then it ends up being an hour, then another time told an hour but it's close to an hour & a half. But frustrating really, easpeally as there's quite a lot of competition around. If they sorted out the delivery side of things a bit better then it would be bang on.

Food was disgusting!! Was all cold. Very oily and had no flavour. And what did have flavour tasted nothing like it was supposed to. Was bought for me for a treat for my birthday. Very disappointed. Would not recommend ordering from this place.

Good value nice good

1 star that being generous, for simply fast service. The food itself... Terrible. Chicken chow main was slimy in texture and the chips, hard, oily and tasteless. As for the curry sauce it was watery. Will never be order here again. Waste of money and time.
