The manager of the shop is the rudest business owners I have dealt with. I have left the car with them in the morning to change the brake fluid told them they can have the car till 2 oclock thinking its enough time to do such a basic job.. After an hour they rang me and were trying to sell me 4 tyres for £500 and I said that I will think about it and let them know. At 2.30 I rang the garage asking if the car is ready and was told that it should be ready in half an hour. I have turned up an hour later and the car was still not ready apparently because I did not tell them that I don't want the tyres and it was my fault so I should wait for a bit longer till they finish other jobs and find some time to bring the car out. When I finally (after 30 minutes) got the car back I have noticed that the computer was not reset and brake fluid light was still flashing. When Ive told them about it they said its a tyre warning light as I should have change the tyres.!!!!! I ve told the guy who turned out to be a manager that it's not the tyre light but he was trying to ignore me. I insisted he checks himself if he did not believe me. Angrily he went out to check and started to be rude to me when he realized that the brake fluid light was still on. At that moment I lost my temper as I have never ever been treated as a costumer so bad and got into an argument with him. From start to finish the service was appalling lacking any professionalism. Such a basic job took them all day and they still could not do it properly let alone treatment of their costumers they were rude to me throughout . Absolutely shocking !!! Avoid at all costs there are plenty other decent garages

    Quoted one price on-line, popped down as reviews suggested they quote one & charge a higher amount. Hilarious experience to be honest, clutch & fly wheel replacement, parts & labour, 40 hours to be precise but would need our car for 2 days 🤔 over £4000, independent mechanic/garage £760 all in & 4 hours later the car was ready to be collected. Jokers for sure 🤡 id recommend shopping around & avoid!

    ******** AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID ******** I Had a vehicle service at this garage recently. When returned home oil spilt all over the drive, as 'car mechanics' had not put Vehicle back together properly causing a leakage. I Had the trouble of having to return the vehicle back to the garage so they could correct it. They couldn't come out to see and resolve any problems as they are not insured to come out... Also all oil all over the passenger seat , where they had been working... When I contacted the garage they said they would put it right. They have not as yet over 3 months down the line... They have failed reasonable care and skill they are now saying after 3 months that they have not got oil on the seat and still oil on the drive... They have been totally unacceptable, after endless emails and letters its now in the process of going to court. *******AVOID AT ALL COSTS********

    Was 15 mins late for my appointment, the manager was so rude. He said he couldn’t do it as it’s a 45 min slot even though I was booked in for 1hr 30. I tried to to tell him that I called prior to let him know but they don’t answer their phones.. so I wasted an hours journey and the manager was just so rude and unhelpful. Not a great place to go.. definitely better places to go with better customer service

    Car failed it's MOT (at another garage - Not F1) The repair work couldn't be done straight away either so wanting to get things sorted as soon as possible I called F1 and not only could they ge the work done on the same day, they were better on price than the MOT garage too! By the time I got to F1, the part had already arrived, I went and had a coffee nearby and 1hr later the part was fitted - needless to say the car then passed it's MOT. Overall really happy with the experience, straightforward and no messing about. Thanks.👍

    Just had a tyre change, first time with them. Cannot fault how professional and efficient the staff were, even suggested to me something that would make the car better off. Very quickly dealt with, finished and resolved within 10 minutes of arriving. Good quality product and great price, cheaper than most places. Overall very happy with the service I received and will definitely use again in future. Thank you.

    So annoyed with Formula One, We’re do I start. Well I’ve been talking my car there for years and the last time I took it I was treated horribly if that’s a word, Took a day off and was laughed at and said they can’t do it today 🤯,Complained and they said I would get a discount on my next service and that didn’t happen, But what did happen is that done some damage to the bottom of the car so now I have no air conditioning, Unbelievable, I’m hoping this will get sorted, I will keep you updated, Like I said been using this place for years.

    Took over 6hrs to change one tpms on my car, got told they were busy even though I'd been given a set time to collect the car upon arrival was told to come back in an HR. To their credit they fitted it for free..

    After having my wheels refurbished in February I had 4 new tyres fitted in August , which was booked in for 2.30 and wasn’t finished untill 5.30 pm each alloy came back marked , and the garage said it was the dioxidise of the alloys , this garage is shocking and basically calling me a liar , they won’t even admit responsibility , I’m still fighting my case

    Normally don't write bad reviews but this was just beyond a joke been to this store a few times but this time I took It for a coolant leak and oil leak they identified the oil leak as a rocker cover gasket which was done straight away but not fixed properly its leaking oil worse than ever and they snapped part of it so I've got a constant rattle as for the coolant leak they was waiting on a pipe that should have took a couple of days to come I called them daily for update and just kept blaming vauxhall. After two weeks without a car I had enough and in the space of an hour I found the part and fetched it myself(from vauxhall). when I finally got the car back it was really jerky I just thought not being used for two weeks just needed a good run but all of my traction control lights came on so I took it back to F1 they charged my battery and clear all of the errors which I appreciate but my car still isn't as smooth as before F1 had it.

    Can't thank Matt at the chesterfield Sheffield road branch enough! super customer service and very professional. I took my civic in with a bit of an ABS myth and break pedal rumbling when pressed. Matt was very reassuring he checked everything and he sorted it in 2 days I was so relieved and glad to have my car back and safe on road again.

    Booked a slot and paid for the service up front. Arrived early to book in and turned away saying they weren't notified of the appointment as it was booked by another company. Customer service non existent, rude little bloke on the front desk, basically lying about why they couldn't do it. Would definitely not recommended this place!

    Took all 4 of my vehicles for mot and tyres. Not anymore. Arrogant bad mannered. Told to move my vehicle, Where to? no designated mot parking space as I could see. Couldn't be bothered to say hello or look up. "Wheres your keys" ? .When he told me to wait round corner it will be 45 minutes I told him not to bother pick my keys up and went down the road to ATS with pleasant staff. The other branch told couldn't repair a run flat I said it was repairable he argued no run flats can be repaired LOOK ON GOOD YEARS WEBSITE and learn something BYE BYE

    Very good service. Had to go to a different formula one to which I am.used to. Excellent service. But could not understand how the same company charge different for the same MOT. To which I was quoted from my original center.

    I had great service when I visited in the 9th September, I had suddenly got a flat tyre whilst travelling and was an hour and a half away from home. Contacted AA who came to save the day and kindly called the garage to ensure they had the tyre needed, they had my car in and out so I could get back on route and allowed me to pay my invoice before completion so we could head straight off. Thanks again for saving the day!

    Yesterday I took my Citroen C4 Cactus to the Chesterfield branch for a full service. Considering the price, and the fact they even charge extra for fully synthetic oil, I was expecting the very best service. What I got was unacceptable... Today I checked over the car with my uncle, an experienced mechanic, and we found that the oil hasn't even been changed, just topped up, it is black and filthy. The engine coolant is nearly empty (the chesterfield garage told me that there's traces of oil in the coolant which isn't a good sign) but they couldn't even be bothered to top it up. I had ran out of screenwash prior to the service, and they didn't even top that up either, it's still empty! Considering that checking the screenwash and wipers is an advertised part of the service, how exactly does this happen? Either the branch is dishonest, and is charging money for services not completed, or they are completely incompetent. I have already left a review on trustpilot and will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid at all costs. I now have to find another £200 to get an honest, competent garage to reservice my car.

    Would not recommend at all, they do not price match as they say. Also had 4 attempts at tracking my car eventually requested a refund as they could not get this simple task correct. And to top it off didn't put any protective cover on my leather seat and none on my car mat so grease on these too, very disappointing

    After having my car serviced and being told that the locking wheel nut was damaged I needed a new 1 , which when I dropped my car off it wasn’t damaged in the morning as I checked . I phoned up to speak to area manager with regards it and spoke to somebody completely rude and ignorant and said that I didn’t understand anything about the wheel nut it was not there problem I should have to pay to renew it and it’s only £33 pound from ford .I WILL NOT be taking my car there again !!!
