First time visiting, will be back! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. We order the pulled pork sandwich with fries, a cheese quesadilla and mac & cheese. Everything was delicious!

WOW!!!! Extremely awesome hospitality to mimic the wonderful, flavorful goodness of food. Every person that walks in the door is greeted with love and excellence! The World needs more places like this! The food is a Plus, the Love and wholesomeness is the Treat!!! Thank you Phat Daddy, you and your family are awesome!

After leaving, My wife sat in the car and looked at each other and said “holy sh$t”. This was the best bbq we honestly ever had, and we love bbq. Everything was excellent from the food to the welcoming customer service. We highly recommend stopping by Phat Daddy’s BBQ Shack and giving it a try, it’s 110% worth the trip! Our pictures say it all!

I am gonna give 5 stars because the food is delicious, the service is sincere and energetic and it is a local family ran establishment. Was a little disappointed to wait over a hour for wings that were luke warm upon delivery to the table. I am a server and take all elements into consideration. Overall they are trying, gonna try again on a less busier night.

OMG the ribs and fish and chips were so delicious. Had my mouth watering even while taking pic of my food. WAZE map is off by 500 feet, Phat Daddy is located opposite of the Dollar General store behind Bennet gas station. And if you still can’t find it just roll down your windows and wait for the barbecue aroma to invade your soul.

Me shipmate and I shared the sampler platter, ate a lot, and still had enough for the next day's lunch. Everything was delicious! The ribs were tender and flavorful with plenty of meat, the sausage had excellent flavor, the pulled pork was exceptionally perfect, as was the chicken. The brisket was tender and tasty. The sides of coleslaw, mac and cheese, and cornbread were great, too. We should have got more hush puppies, though. They are 👍👍 Situated across from a Family Dollar, Phat Daddy's is worth the effort to find. Casual atmosphere with plenty of napkins and paper towels for cleaning up your hands after you tile down on amazing BBQ.

Awesome BBQ! I’m so happy I finally checked this place out! We had the loaded pork fries and requested without onions(allergy) and they made it happen! We also ordered the brisket with collards, Mac & cheese, and hush puppies everything was awesome! The staff was perfect and accommodating to everything we needed. I also enjoyed all their sauces and they even hooked it up with the vinegar.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly face. Basic delicious menu for BBQ, Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, and even Turkey. I decided on the Fried fish (cod I believe). Food arrived at the same time, hot fresh and delicious. As we were sitting I think the owner came out to ask how everything was going… and it was going good. Nice spot. Get your grub on in a town with limited options. open late and a friendly place to eat and meet.

My club group of 9 people was in town for a competition and needed somewhere to eat. Found this place online with good reviews so checked it out. Service was great and the food was even better. I had what was probably the biggest burger I've ever had. Chef even came out to welcome us all. Overall great experience.

Been hunting and dining on the Eastern Shore for 40 years. Stopped in yesterday for some dinner. Great food, great atmosphere, and friendly service. Enjoyed talking to the owner/pitmaster. Pulled pork sandwich, fries, and Mac and cheese were all excellent. We will be back. Todd

Last time I was there the week after father's day, this big guy with dreads was cooking and everything I ordered was amazing and he was very cool. We talked about playing chess next time I come. Very disappointing to see he wasn't there and I came ready to play. That and the vibe was very off. Food tasted like the love was not involved. Maybe it was his day off I guess. I definitely want that chess game

The fried cabbage might be the best thing I've ever eaten. This place has fantastic food with so much heart. They make you feel like family effortlessly. I haven't had anything to eat here that I didn't love.
