Wanted to love it.. at first bite, flavor & heat was pretty good. I thought the chicken was a little thin, but figured it was just the outer edge of the chicken. Nope. 2 small very thin pieces of chicken. See pictures. It never got any thicker than that. Pancakes are thicker. Do not waste your time & $. On the bright side, the fries were great, but not worth $14 (for the nothing sandwich + fries).

I blasted this place on my initial review, but having come here a few times now since here are my tips on sandwiches: The heat is inconsistent. The medium I ordered the first time I was here came out diabolically hot. Since then they’ve been better. Medium is reasonably warm heat. The OG Nashville is hot without heat. The buttermilk isn’t as tasty as you might expect for a butter chicken sandwich. The honey butter and club are my favorites. Make sure your club comes with the honey mustard and aioli sauce on the side for dipping. They are quite fast for lunch hours and parking is actually not bad- it’s free for under 2 hours. Other notes, they didn’t have a special straw for milkshakes (too small), nor spoons for the custard (used a fork). $9.99 for a sandwich if you’re on a budget go to Popeyes.

This place is awesome. Only one size for fries but it may as well be extra large fries. The chicken is very flavorful. Be aware that their spice level is quite strong. I got a medium and was able to feel the heat. Friendly staff and great food. I ate at this place three times in few days

When I walked in, it was a little confusing because people were waiting for their food at the register so it looked like folks were in line. When I asked, they said they were waiting so I went to the register to order and was ignored. I was not greeted or acknowledged. I continued to wait for awhile. Finally an employee said ahuh what do you want to order. I placed my order. When it was ready, I will have to say my sandwich was hot and fresh. The coleslaw definitely has more of a lively flavor, you can tell it has cilantro, very light on Mayo, it had a refreshing taste. I didn’t like the seasoning on the breading that the chicken had. My fries were cold, which they did forget to give me and I had to go back and ask for me. The tables were all dirty, I moved around a few times and had to clean each table I sat on. Oreo milkshake was very delicious, the ice cream they use is very creamy. In my opinion, the place wasn’t anything special. Typical fast food, reminded me of Five Guys but Five Guys is better. Employees weren’t friendly or professional. I speak Spanish so I could hear what they were saying. The food wasn’t good in my opinion. I wouldn’t go back. Not clean, there were cleaning supplies at the stairs, surprised it wasn’t put away in a closet or out of customers way.

Wow $11 for a chicken sandwich yea it seems like a lot but it’s sorta enough for 2 people for the price of 1 lol. And they give you 1 large cup of fries. But yes the sandwich slaw was fresh, chicken was hot. I’m full would definitely recommend

I always visit this place at least once when I'm in town, and the food is always great. I usually get a sandwich, but this time opted for tenders and fries and was not disappointed. The menu is limited, they focus on what they know, and therefore really shine at it. It's in the Rose and Pike shopping district, so you'll have to park and walk a bit, but maybe you'll find other places you need to visit. You know, pick up some clothes, camping gear, or a luxury sports car ...

The good: 1. Friendly staff 2. Clean restaurant 3. Chicken and fries tastes crispy and fresh, made to order. 4. Great tasting rooster sauce! 5. Big portions. The bad: 1. Price is kind of high, 10 dollars plus tax for a chicken sandwich is kind of steep. 2. No way to taste the sauces before ordering, I think medium was a little too hot for me. 3. Lack of street parking. 4. Only one size fries, almost 5 dollars and it's a ton of fries, didn't know what to expect so I ordered two.

OG Nashville Chicken sandwich is really good. Ordered extra hot, it was nicely spicy, but by no means a test of will. Chicken was juicy and tasty. Good portion of fries, very sharable. The chicken nuggets were also quite good.

Don't order "hot" your first time here, even if you think you have a high tolerance for spicy food. Our sandwiches were so hot we couldn't finish them!🔥 The buns, freshly toasted for each sandwich, were really nice and soft. The frozen custard shakes are outstanding! Looking forward to going back and ordering mild or medium spice level.

An Ethiopian owned restaurant with amazing flavours, chicken had a really good kick, was juicy and my parents really enjoyed it so that’s a plus

Food was worth the price. Seemed pricey at first but the amount and flavor made it well worth it. I liked the use of space for the seating. Enjoyed sitting on the "2nd floor". Had a quiet enough space there to have a good chat with a friend.
