Very clean and quiet. Front desk staff were great. The only issues , and they aren't deal breakers, are the breakfast. It was institutional at best. Survival food really. Also, we put a do not disturb sign on our door. The wife and I went out on the town and came back to a cleaned room. Not too bad, I guess but what if we were having some personal time? Overall good experience though.

Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. A couple of design flaws though. The TV should be mounted between the two beds. It is not even across from one bed, making it difficult to lay in bed and watch TV. The other small detail it that the shower has no shelf to put soap or accessories. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

Great location for going to the fairgrounds. Clean, well kept property & rooms. Comfortable beds. Very spacious room and nicely priced. Complimentary breakfast is provided. Only complaint is that the hot water in the shower did not last long at all, and fluctuated in temperature throughout use (granted it was a high occupancy weekend)

The staff was incredibly friendly! Made you feel like family. We were left stranded in Cheyenne due to a vehicle breakdown, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate our family group of nine. I guess there was different management and staff in the past, but this was an all-star crew! The hotel is quite new and modern. Very clean. The breakfast was really well stocked and the hot food was hot and fresh. The potatoes were really good (potatoes are a rarity at continental breakfasts). The rooms were large and spacious, and I really liked the hard surface floors in the rooms (hotel carpet grossed me out).

Great location and perfect for a one night stay during a long road trip. Parking seemed very safe. New hotel with extra spacious, modern areas and large room. Quiet room and restful sleep. Breakfast had healthy options and more. Just fine for a quick meal. Dog friendly. Family friendly. Many guests using the indoor pool. Will stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent location for your stay in Cheyenne. A very clean and modern hotel. If you are luck enough to meet Krissy, at the front desk, she can make some great recommendations for meals and sites. Kelly I believe was the night audit, she was great, very kind and was able to accommodate us after a very long night of bad experiences of other local hotels. Rooms are very clean, spacey, and quiet! Breakfast was decent just standard hotel kind! But the customer service was top tier and felt very welcoming!

Nick, General manager came up introduced himself, very welcoming. Crissy met me at the desk and offered to show me the room and showed me the ice machine and laundry in conjunction with the room. So helpful and welcoming. I felt very warm and welcome. Our stay here so far has been very pleasant. And we look forward to returning on our next trip.

Pros: Great prices, safe area, modern rooms that are very large, pet friendly as well. Looks Brand New, Clean Cons: Upon checkin, the front desk staff looked like they would rather die than be working there, I was very friendly, and was met with silence and single piece of paper to sign. I asked about breakfast and only then was I told 6-9. My partner and I were shocked as we arrived around 9:30 PM and Rooms were still being serviced, seemed a bit late but better clean than dirty rooms. sheets were clean but it definitely seemed like certain areas such as furniture and tables had not been wiped down as there were pen marks and coffee stains on furniture which I found sad for a new hotel. By 8am breakfast was already completely picked over and definitely was in need of attention. We asked the woman at the front desk about a rolling cart kindly and she took a strong tone with us which we felt was unnecessary as we just were inquiring about where they were. Overall, I think this hotel needs better staff, in order to recieve 5 stars
